First (?) Mission [Video/Action]

[The video feed shows a woman with prominent red hair, wearing steel armour and standing in front of the Fairy Haven building. She had arrived a few days ago, and after taking some time to get settled in, she's decided to address some of what she has heard. After fiddling with the camera to get a good angle, she addresses it.]

Hello, everyone. I am Erza Scarlet, of the Fairy Tail guild. I've been told that I've been here before, and while I don't remember that, I won't let that stop me from completing my work. If there's any jobs that you asked me to do before I left, then I will complete them to the best of my ability.

As well, if anyone knew from my previous time here, feel free to re-introduce yourself. [She hopes that she won't get billed for any past property damage, but you've got to take the good with the bad.] I already know that none of my guildmates are here, aside from Mavis, but if anyone ever sees someone with this stamp on them, [She points to the blue wing-like mark on her arm] let me know immediately.

[After making that video, she'll be wandering around Fayren. The main places that stand out to her are Fawn's Forge (definitely a place that she wants to keep in mind, considering how much she (over?)prepares for and how often her weapons and armour break), Mokona's Magical Cafe (she's trying to avoid spending a lot of money until she gets a job, but the sweets might be too tempting), Scribes and Scripts (she'll be seeing what books they have on magic, and when she thinks that nobody's looking, she'll also be checking the romance section), and of course Fairy Haven.]

[Stopping by the smithy is something Xander likes to do when he has the time -- and being Fayren's newly-elected Guardian has meant that he's been too busy to do so since the year started. Until today. Though he also had some business there himself, as he was looking for a new lance.

Today, he happens to be there at the same time as Erza. Xander never met her during her first time spent here, so he doesn't know who she is. But this is the first time he's seen her here before, and he's curious about the armor she's wearing, so he approaches her.

Erza will see a tall, conventionally attractive man with a strong gaze step over to where she's standing. Like her, he is dressed in full armor, though his is jet black with gold trim -- a design that even applies to the hilt of the sword sheathed at his hip. The armor also appears to be designed for horseback riding rather than infantry.]

Hello. Is this your first time coming here?

[She's not too sure how to answer that question at first.] Yes, as far as I can recall. This place is quite different from home, so I'm glad that there's a smithy around here - there's a lot that I should be ready for.

[As far as she can recall? If she's questioning her memory, then that must mean that she was here before. Xander is able to figure out that much.]

What kinds of things do you hope to be ready for? Will you be taking work as a bounty hunter?

[Xander is always on the lookout for skilled warriors, even moreso now. Anyone who can help keep Fayren safe is welcome as far as he's concerned.]

Yes - I do the same sort of work back home, so it's an easy choice.

Back there, I'm used to dealing with a wide variety of magic, and since people are brought here from so many different worlds, that adds a lot to what I'll have to face. [Then again, Erza tends to prepare for everything, to the point of buying magical armour that she doesn't even have enough magic power to use, or ones that are incredibly situational.]

True, though the powers of royalty aren't quite the same. [Well, aside from one king who decided to build a giant dragon robot.] As far as I know, kings and queens can't breathe fire or transform into animals.

[Erza glares at the screen - given how seriously she takes everything, she's not a fan of being laughed at - but she lightens up a bit when the talk turns to her guildmate.] At a book store, I assume? It seems like something that she'd really enjoy.

[Fai couldn't help but give a tiny sigh of relief to not have to work ridiculously long hours anymore, but yet at the same time, he kind of misses it at the same time. But he knew at the end of the day he had to trust people and that was what he did.

So now his main focus had been to focus on what businesses he did have, one of them being Mokona's Magical Cafe. he was figuring out the new menu for the cafe, wondering what flavours and such would be the best bet.

As he was sitting behind the counter, he could hear the door and as he looked up the Dragonair, which had once belonged to a close friend of his had popped out of behind the counter to check it out.]

Hello. I was wondering if you had any... [Her train of thought is derailed a bit when she sees the blue snake-like creature. She's seen (and been poisoned by) large snakes before, but this one seems rather unusual (in part due to the lack of a mouth).] ...What is that?

[Fai was about to speak if he had any what when she asked the next question and it quick to notice one of the pokemon.]

This is a pokemon, though given the name this one is Dragonair. It belonged to a close friend of mine.

Can't say I've heard of that kind of creature. It doesn't look like a dragon, though I suppose the same could be said about dragonflies...

[She recalls why she came here in the first place.] ...Oh, right - I was wondering what options you have for desserts.

[Mavis is sitting on the ledge of the balcony, on the second floor of Fairy Haven, her bare legs swinging in the air and her long pink dress floating around them like a sail. She's watching the sun rise above the horizon. She's so captivated by it that one could think it's the first time she actually gets to see it. Then she closes her eyes and smiles, feeling the sun on her skin.

When she finally notices Erza's presence, she turns around and smiles at her.]

Good morning, Erza. Did you sleep well?

Action - Fairy Haven!

[She nods enthusiastically.] I wasn't sure how it would be compared to the dorms at Fairy Hills, but it's been quite comfortable!

[Erza gazes out at the horizon, taking in the colours of the sky.] Strange how this place is similar to home in so many ways - I guess sunrises are a little awe-inspiring no matter where you are.

Action - Fairy Haven!

[Mavis' smile widens a bit.] Lucy, Natsu and, well, you... were very adamant in making it an exact replica of our Guild Headquarters. You had lots of help from people from other worlds, too. [Her expression softens.] To be honest, you guys reminded me a lot of Precht, Yuri, Warrod and I when we were building it for the first time. And all the help we got from the people of Magnolia.

[The petite girl nods, staring at the sun for a while longer.] Yeah, it helps me think and keep faith when things get complicated.

[Then she turns towards Erza, her expression slightly more serious.] I'm glad you're here. That makes us two members of Fairy Tail... and three people from our home world total.

{ He's quite certain that he and Erza have not met in their own world. While he's spoken with Erza on multiple occasions in his time here - they even had formed some kind of truce during the Hands of Decay crisis - he honestly can't remember a single instance in which he has met Eileen's daughter, either on Tenroujima or during the invasion of Fiore. Of course, he'd heard plenty about her; she was an S-class mage of Fairy Tail, known for their absurdly high standards for who gets the lofty title, for good reason. He remembered watching her during the Grand Magic Games, and remembering hearing from Obra that Raven Tail dreaded going up against her, Laxus, or Mirajane, as well as the possibility that Fairy Tail could have managed to hunt down Gildarts and drag him kicking and screaming to the Games as well. And from what he has seen of her here, it was a well-earned reputation.

Mavis had invited him to live at Fairy Haven, though he still wanted to give her time to tell Erza about it, herself. Thus, although he'd indeed settled in - his few belongings were packed in a single dresser, in the upper level of the building, in the small private quarters reserved for the First Master - he had made himself scarce and ensured he would not stumble across Erza by accident.

Whenever he was in Fairy Haven, a certain magical grimoire was placed gently in the center of a writing desk. Zeref still spent time at the inn during the day; after all the time he spent there, he'd grown fond of the place. Whenever he wasn't at the Haven, the book was nowhere to be seen.

When Zeref saw Erza's message, he was actually at the inn, waiting for Mavis, a still-steaming cup of black coffee set onto the table in plain view of the feed. A wooden suitcase trimmed in gold and emblazoned with a gold, rose-shaped insignia was also near the window next to him, next to a tiny teacup much to small for the average human.}

Hello again, Erza. { The smile on his face would be hard to decipher as genuine, or if he's just being his typical self. } I don't believe I need to re-introduce myself, do I?

I'm afraid you'll have to - I don't remember anything about my previous time here. [At least she's off to a good start - she figured the first people to get in touch with her that knew her previously would be people trying to get her to pay for damages that Natsu, herself, or Gray might have caused, since the Master wasn't here to dismiss them.] Hopefully you didn't hire me for a mission; I'd be happy to help, but if time was a factor, I might not be able to get it done.

I have one, yes, but Mavis is, and has been handling it. { Zeref has been accused of many things, a lot of which he'd even agree with, but being not being a man of his word is not one of them; though admittedly, his 'word' is is usually very, very open to interpretation. }

I trust Mavis will tell you about it, when she thinks the time is right. She's always done what she believes is best for her guild.

Yes - the Fairy Haven building has dorms, so I'll be living here to stay close in case I'm needed for a job.

And then, suddenly, she seems to realize something. She places her hand over her heart.] My, my... But where are my manners today? My name is Yuuko Ichihara. I am the owner of the Mysterious Wish Shop. [Conveniently located in Fayren too.]
