[Anyone around The Bay would likely notice something happening. A light seemed to be shining from within, and after a few moments that light would explode into a dazzling rainbow of color washing over the surroundings, making it dull by contrast. At the center of this light was a woman. Tall, slender, and wearing a fashionable if revealing dress and hair that encompassed just as many colors as the light surrounding her. She stood at the entrance of The Bay, looking around with mild disdain before finally beginning to walk, wandering the streets as she gathered her bearings, the light seemingly following her everywhere.]

[It had been a couple hours and Ragyo was shown seated at an outdoor cafe, a coffee next to her as the pamphlet she'd woken up with and the odd currency laid out in front of her as if she were analyzing everything that came with her. As the video started, she was putting down the pendant she had received with a soft sigh.]

La vie est drole... I would commend the audacity of anyone brazen enough to attempt to kidnap me, and the skill to follow through with it. However, cowardice is unappealing. Shoving me into that pod thing was simply uncalled for. As for the hologram claiming this is some other world? You'll forgive me if I maintain some doubts.

I suppose I should introduce myself anyway, should any of that information prove true. My name is Ragyo Kiryuin. I am CEO of the Revocs corporation, and a very powerful woman. It would be in the best interest of my kidnappers to release me and return me to Japan. I have very important work yet to do.

Ragyo didn't slow down or even adjust her course, she simply brushed Koishi out of her way with surprising strength. Still, in that instant that she couldn't help but see the little Youkai, several things jumped out at her. First was the uniform. It was definitely Satsuki's style, yet a 3-star uniform seemed odd for anyone other than her "elite four." Then came the flying and tentacles, both of which she simply assumed for the moment were side effects of the uniform.

"For someone who is so easy to miss, you sure make a lot of noise. To satisfy your questions, I'm fine, you've done your duty."

She stops at a corner, glancing around at her surroundings debating which way to pursue next.

Well that was a thing. Of all the possible reactions Koishi didn't expect to be brushed aside. Literally in fact. This lady was strong. Far more so than any human.

Still, Satsuki was counting on her.

She zipped forward again, drifting along with Ragyo this time. "Miss wait. You're Satsuki's mom, right? You shine just like her and I know all about someone like you from her."

Koishi is just going to get a look. More of annoyance than anything. Of course that's when she notices the lack of any discernible life fibers in the uniform. Nui had mentioned that the Mansion was intact meaning there should be an abundance of fibers to work with, yet Satsuki had this made without them. She would have to investigate further at a later date.

"Yes, I am. I am curious to know just what my daughter has been telling people. However I have issues that require my attention. If you must talk, do so while I walk."

"Oh she hasn't been telling people all that much." Koishi, at this point, had drifted sideways into the air, reaching up to hold her hat to prevent it from falling off. She was drifting along with Ragyo, not interfering with where she was going. "But I'm Miss White's specialist in supernatural affairs! Also, I watch her back when she's doing things that are supposed to be peaceful. Just in case."

"Miss White is in an important meeting right now. She's very important. So she sent me on patrol, but I'll send her a message about your arrival." Koishi took out her phone and proceeded to poke at it. She wasn't good at texting, okay? "I'm glad I met you though. Because I can show you around if you want. I know most of the places around. Or I could just help out in any way you needed."

There was a soft huff at the word 'supernatural.' Clearly someone wasn't a fan of the idea.

"Of course she is. She wouldn't send her underling here if she weren't. And her standards are slipping if you haven't already notified her. Satsuki requires a steady stream of information to do her job, and any hiccups in that reflect poorly on her."

"I'm normally someone that handles things in person. Technology is still really new to me since I spent over four hundred years in a world imitating feudal Japan. Youkai don't really do well in the modern world usually. I'm decent with phones though ever since I got to be an urban legend."

She tapped send and pocketed her device. "Oh! I'm Koishi Komeiji, by the way! I'm a satori youkai. By eye is broken though so I can't read minds anymore so you don't have to be scared of me. Instead I can manipulate the subconscious. That's why you couldn't see me at first!"

Ragyo takes a moment to take out her device, tapping a quick message to Nui, asking for confirmation of Koishi's claims. For now she's just going to maintain her skeptic attitude.

"If you say so. However you are mistaken. I did see you at first. I simply didn't choose to acknowledge you."

As far as I've been able to find, she's telling the truth, or at least believes herself to be.

She doesn't lie at all, in my experience! Of course, it doesn't mean that 'magic' exists, just that not everyone here subscribes to the same rules of physics!

Oh btw we can't die. If something kills u, u show up in the hospital! That happened somewhat recently to the flying brat, in fact.

Interesting. I will have to test the extent to which someone can be 'killed' here then. Perhaps I will be able to continue my experiments here.

Koishi just giggled. "You're lying kinda. I know you didn't see me at first. I didn't startle you though, and that's good. I always know when someone is lying to me. But I can't lie myself either so I suppose it evens out."

She tilted to the other side, spinning a little in the air. "I have been following you since you first stepped out of the bay. Though you're very observant. That makes me happy."

She gently patted her pocket housing her device. "But anyway I'm here to make sure you're situated and comfortable so if you want to get some tea or if something strikes your fancy I'll get it for you, okay?"

Ragyo glances down at her device as Nui responds, quickly tapping in a response with her thumb before sighing and resuming her walk. This was getting annoying quickly. If this was the quality of her daughter's subordinates in this lace, she needed to have a talk with Satsuki about picking her allies better.

"I was well aware of your presence before you made yourself known. However I'm more than capable of taking care of myself, not to mention I have my own people here to tend to any needs I may have. Your assistance is not required."
