[Anyone around The Bay would likely notice something happening. A light seemed to be shining from within, and after a few moments that light would explode into a dazzling rainbow of color washing over the surroundings, making it dull by contrast. At the center of this light was a woman. Tall, slender, and wearing a fashionable if revealing dress and hair that encompassed just as many colors as the light surrounding her. She stood at the entrance of The Bay, looking around with mild disdain before finally beginning to walk, wandering the streets as she gathered her bearings, the light seemingly following her everywhere.]

[It had been a couple hours and Ragyo was shown seated at an outdoor cafe, a coffee next to her as the pamphlet she'd woken up with and the odd currency laid out in front of her as if she were analyzing everything that came with her. As the video started, she was putting down the pendant she had received with a soft sigh.]

La vie est drole... I would commend the audacity of anyone brazen enough to attempt to kidnap me, and the skill to follow through with it. However, cowardice is unappealing. I may be able to help with that foundation of yours. I'm something of a scientist myself, despite the looks. Unfortunately, dimensional physics is a bit out of my area of expertise. My field of research lies primarily in textile research and engineering.

For the textile research, is it normal fashion-esque textiles, or perhaps more along the line of military advancement [ like invisibility suits or temperature-negating suits, stuff like that.. ], or something else that you're typically researching? [ Because fashion Weiss isn't going to particularly be concerned with- she's got her own sense of fashion that doesn't appear to match whatever it is Ragyo is wearing, but if they could develop something that could help them fight against spirits or block whatever the barrier sends out to knock them unconscious.. that might be more useful.

And engineering too she guesses but there are like a million engineers, Nova City is full of them. Weiss would rather acquire the rarer talent if it's there. ]

A little of both, actually. The advances my company has made in my world have been nothing short of revolutionary. Just to give you an idea, the dress I'm wearing now is completely bulletproof and I could be shot anywhere it isn't covering and be fully healed within seconds.

It's a sort of smart dress fusing biotechnology with the natural abilities of the human body, creating a an almost indestructible material as well as greatly enhancing the body's healing capabilities.

Does it come in a version with slightly more coverage?
