Why are people giving me orbs?
It was quite generous of them, that it was.

[ She caught and kept whatever Pokeballs people threw at her. A much smaller rodent made a sound. The Togedemaru appeared on screen, looking somewhat similar to its unaware trainer.]

Am I a mother now?
I have yet to find a mate, and I'm​ quite sure that I don't lays eggs, that I am.

Could it be because you resemble certain types of pokemons, a group of creatures that recently appeared all across the city. Those can be captured with the pokeballs, which I am assuming is what people had thrown at you.

And you are not a mother per se, that creature that's with you it's one of those pokemons.

And I assume you're being mistaken for a pokemon. Just throw the orbs back at them and make it hurt, that should teach them to mind their own business.
