[Alice was not the traditional kind of leader. She alone controls a vast number of life-like dolls she collectively calls the Doll Legion.

While the notion of there being dolls trained in the art of war and house-making is the stuff of nightmares, Alice herself is a truly benevolent soul. A kind heart she has shown on a few occasions in her own weird way.

Remember the dolls handing out free home-made sweets door-to-door?

As the video began, Alice is in a vast room with magical dolls floating around behind her. Some were practicing with swords and Lance's, others with bows and arrows. Some were performing a choir and some were cleaning. All of it performed with perfect teamwork, and every last one of them is controlled by Alice herself.]

Good evening, everyone. For those who are new, my name is Alice Margatroid. I am a yokai magician puppeteer from Gensokyo. And I am running for guardianship of Fayren.

Some of you may know me as the woman who installed security dolls throughout Fayren's populated business venues, on ex-Guardian Satori's request. While some people did not agree with the move, they only need to look around and see that the biggest through to magic, the Hands of the Decay, is no longer active.

As guardian, I will work closely with mages and others to investigate the fate of the Hands and verify their disbandment.

Secondly, the matter of the next threat to magical kind, the Chimera Infection. While it is dying down, I will support the medical societies to investigate the source, cause and elimination of this bothersome disease. I myself have theories.

And lastly, under me, all people of Fayren, be they magical or non, will be safe from all threats inside and out. I propose the training of new guardsman and the research and development of new safety measures for non-magical residential areas. I myself will happily donate what research I have to this, even if I am not elected.

Together with my allies and my doll legion, we can create a Fayren for all. A Fayren where mages can conduct their studies with confidence and safety, and create a home where every last man, woman, child and all others can be proud of.

[Many of Alice's dolls behind her stopped to face the camera and bow politely as the puppeteer herself performs a curtsy. Then, the video is ended.]

As soon as Alice ended the call, a super excited Koiball attacked, tackling the puppeteer. There would be a great number of incoming nuzzles and hugs.

"Miss Dolls! I'll help you if you want! I'm good at helping!" Koishi was practically vibrating with excitement. "I can talk to people and I can tell Miss White to help too since everyone likes Miss White and you'll get elected for sure!"

Well, she had managed to get Satori elected. So that's something...

Indeed, we haven't spoken often when you were Satori's deputy. My reason is because you defended my security dolls during the last election.

I did nothing of the sort. I simply corrected the faulty assumptions of those that were asserting false claims.

I can't help you there. I have only theories. I haven't yet officially begun an investigation on the infection. What it is, how it came to be, etc.

All I can say is avoid any infected people.

A magical dollmaker, a dragon, and Fairy Tail's First Master. It will be an interesting spectacle to watch, for sure.

{ He remembers, not everybody liked those dolls; they undoubtedly helped with the Hands of Decay, but quite a few people thought they were a bridge too far, and some even argued that they proved the Hands' point.

As for a dragon... he's still unused to seeing them, after four hundred years. Well, besides Acnologia. And Eileen. }

Let me ask you something. Is there something about being Guardian that would allow you to do something you otherwise could not?

Wider support, more access to research and better funding, and better coordination between magical guilds and organisations for efforts.

[She, at least, certainly hopes no one from Fairy Tail tries to antagonize her again.]

None of those things necessarily require the guardian's office, but I do not doubt your sincerity. You were indispensable against the Hands of Decay. Others may not have liked your dolls, but they served their purpose.
