Video; Important questions okay
[While most everyone seems to be suffering from the heatwave, Dorian seems less than annoyed by it all when the feed initializes. Now, he's not wearing his robes, and his dark shoulders prove he's wearing an outfit without sleeves, but he seems perfectly comfortable, more so than usual, one could say.
He looks rather pleased with himself, also, and while most of his surroundings aren't in view, it's plain the device is nestled on a desk surrounded by very untidy notes in a flowing hand and that said desk is surrounded by bookshelves that are equally in a state of disarray. No one every accused Dorian of being an orderly worker.]
Hello, Genessia! You know, all this talk of a heatwave, and all the lamentation thereof, have gotten me thinking about weather. I know, I know. It's the topic of bores and the unenlightened, something to fill the void at an awkward social gathering, what have you. But, the reason I bring it up is simple: this weather is much more similar to my homeland, which, coincidentally, is in the north of the land from which I hail.
[He folds his hands in front of him on the desk, leaning forward slightly in interest.]
What I would like to know is this: is warmer weather where you come from associated with the north...or the south? Call it a research project.

I've been told Fayren has a beach. Though we might cause a riot. There is probably a river around the area.
[He sees no reason why not.]
no subject
I aim to cause trouble, Seth. You shouldn't tempt me so.
no subject
Then where shall we meet. I can't stand the heat a moment longer.
[As if to make is point more clean Seth removes his shirt completely and tosses it to his right.]
no subject
Oh, I think I'd like somewhere a bit more private, really. What do you think?
no subject
Sounds good to me. Find a river in Fayren? Far enough away from the town.
[It's the only private place that Seth knows though Dorian has been here longer, he might know somewhere else.]
no subject
[He smiles, though, his eyes heavy-lidded.]
If you bring a basket with sandwiches and wine, I'll call it even.
no subject
Consider it done.
[It won't take Seth all that long to get together sandwiches and wine.
His tongue drags across his lip before reaching the silver ring there. For a moment or two Seth flicks the ring back and forth before finally speaking again.]
You'll beat me there, don't have to much fun without me.
no subject
I'll do my best, but I make no promises.
no subject
I'll just have to be quick.

-> Action
Seth is dressed in the same attire that he'd worn when speaking to Dorian though his shirt was draped lazily over his right shoulder. He pauses when he nears the waters edge, placing the basket down.]
Did I take to long?
[Seth has difficulty dividing his attention between Dorian and the water. It's far to hot out.]
Action
I started to think you'd never show.
[he patted the ground beside him.]
Come in out of the sun. You look like you it's trying to murder you.
Action
[Seth teases lightly but does as he's instructed. He places the basket down first so that Dorian can reach it if he has a desire to look through it. Seth had been careful to pack the items that needed to be chilled with a small block of ice that he suspected would melt in an hour or so while sitting out of the sun.
He tosses his shirt on the ground and then takes a seat, running his fingers through his hair.]
I think the sun is murdering me. It's just making it as slow as possible.
Action
[Olive eyes move over Seth's frame as he takes a seat. Dorian licks his lips and diverts his attention to the basket Seth's brought with him, reaching out to open it and see what he's brought with him.
Oh! Grapes! Seth passes. Dorian takes a cluster from the basket and lies back against the trunk of the tree, seemingly pleased.]
But this will help. [He pulls a plump grape from the bunch and holds it up.] They do wonders to cool you on a hot day, you know. Care to try it?
Action
[Seth teases as he pours them both a glass of wine. He takes a seat next to Dorian, almost flush against the other mans side, and gently plucks a grape from the vine.] I had a feeling you'd like these.
Wine? [He asks with a devilish smile.]
Action
Is that right? And what made you so certain I had a fondness for grapes?
Action
[He chuckles softly, rolling a grape around his tongue before swallowing it.]
I thought we came here to swim?
Action
Oh, were we? I wasn't aware a schedule was required. Such a shameful oversight.
[He laid back, crossing his arms behind his head.]
Shall I be punished, then?
Action
Do you want me to punish you Dorian? I don't think you'd enjoy a good spanking. [He teased lightly while imagining a few creative ways to punish him.] Or I can go in without you. I don't mind an audience.
[He leans forward slightly, pressing a grape to Dorian's lips.]
Sometimes I wonder what's going on in that head of yours.
Action
[He ate the grape, never taking his eyes from Seth's.]
I am full of mysteries, it's true.
Action
It still might be fun. We'll have to wait and see. [His shirt has already been discarded but the heat continues to be more than Seth is comfortable with.] If you'll excuse me. It's too hot. [Seth makes it a little unclear if he's talking about the sun or Dorian himself.
He pushes himself to his feet and unclips his belt to remove his pants. His underwear isn't anything exciting but dark blue boxers with a button at the front.] That's much better.
Action
[He stands, pulling his own shirt off before moving closer to him.]
Or is it too hot for you to partake of any sort of exercise?
Action
It depends. [He muses in a lower tone.] With you? I might be convinced.
Action
I can be very convincing...but a swim sounds divine.
[He brushes past Seth toward the water, deftly unfastening his belt as he does so.]
Action
You're so mean.
[He turns towards the water, after making sure that his clothing is out of the reach of any splashes of water. It's cool against his skin as he steps into the river, turning to watch Dorian undress with a curious and appreciative gaze.]
