[This is no post from the pod, in fact, he's snuck in a few days ago. He's been watching and observing people in his friendly way, but he hasn't approached anyone yet.

Demyx is bored. He isn't used to having no one to talk to so he activates his device and smiles brightly for the camera.]

Hi! I'm Demyx!

I know you can talk on this thing, so I thought I'd say hi, and do that. This place is pretty interesting, although I didn't think I'd still be here.

[He couldn't just teleport home. Weird.]

Oh well, nothing I can do about it. So, how are you?

[He grins, he knows all about it, that's probably more disturbing than it should be.]

[Louise squinted her eyes]. I'm going more "unnerving and crazy," since, you know, it's not the most common thing that happens in my world.

Unnerving and crazy? Sure, but that's where most of the fun is!

[He smiles wide.]

When I first started traveling, I'd never left my world before either, but that part never got boring. You're not bored are you?

[Which, honestly, she was not sure she minded. Usually she was supposed to be the one jumping into danger. It felt weird to try and play the straight sibling].

Bored? What, you mean like right now? Hell no. I'm so far from bored it's kinda scary.

Come on, live a little. Think of the fun side. [Be more optimistic.]

You say that now, but when the boring times come again, you'll wish for the fun and excitement. Trust me.

Well if the "fun side" includes vampires and monsters or whatever, count me out. You know, mostly since I have no formal combat training yet. I mean, sure, you THINK you could drive a stake through someone's heart, but could you really? Hey, hey! I have plenty of fun back home, I'll have you know! It's just less world hoppy.

Yet, being the key point there. Once you know what you're doing, you can do it.

[He nods a little, voice of experience there.]

Although, to be fair, I've never met a vampire. Vampires are scary.

[He laughs and leans forward, curious.]

What kind of fun?

Yeah, but I don't think I've heard of a place where kids train to go kicking monster ass all over the place.

A REAL one anyway. Not the ones in newer books. Those are scary for way less impressive reasons.

Oh, well. Gambling, boats on fire, avoiding a crazy bully, museum chases. They don't SOUND impressive, but trust me, they were.

[He blinks a few times.]

Wait, what books? What kind of vampires aren't scary?

I don't think those are as boring as you think they are. I'll pick..museum chases. Tell me about that!

You just told me you traveled worlds. I bet there are TONS more people you've met I don't know about, right?

Oh guy. Listen. You ever meet a vampire that sparkles in sunlight instead of bursting into flame like any decent self respecting vampire? You get the hell out of there!

Oh yeah! That was a good one! I was on a trip to this dumb museum with my dad as chaperone, and I had this buddy with me, Regular sized Rudy. Long story short, we sneak into the only good part of the museum because it's closed, probably because they knew it would be fun for kids. Anyway, dad is trying to be the killjoy chaperone, but I wind up convincing him to stay, and we even had bonding time...until we lost our only way of getting down a really high spot, and Rudy needed his asthma pump. Anyway, we scale down, dad takes his stupid chaperone vest and uses it like he's on American Gladiator to slide across the rope! It was awesome!

Wait, wait, wait. What kind of vampire sparkles? That's not scary!

[He's mildly horrified. That's so weird.]

How do you kill it then if it's just sparkling at you?

[Hmm, he's listening to her story, pondering it over.]

Okay, well museums are boring. I know that much. What's an asthma pump?

[He doesn't get the reference, but he nods a little.]

Sliding across the rope? Awesome!

Because teen girls? I dunno. Don't ask me to understand crappy plot devices. Oh, you have to actually take them apart. That's like the only cool thing about them: you have to pretty much hack them to pieces. Especially THIS one! But that amazon exhibit was cool. An asthma pump? You know, when you can't breath properly, you have to pump air into your lungs. I know, like a zip line! It was great!

I've never really heard of that before. I don't think I've ever seen one.

Yeah, I know! Cool, huh? Then good for you. Being asthmatic kind of sucks. For whoever is, anyway.

I guess, if it wasn't trying to kill me. How dangerous could a sparkling non-scary vampire be?

[He smiles and shrugs, different times that's all.]

If he was trying to kill you? Probably wouldn't want to risk it. Hey, I know what I'm talking about. I mean, I don't have it, but a friend of mine sure does. It sucks for him.

Well yeah, obviously, but what if it's just standing there? Is it dangerous?

[He nods a little in understanding.]

It's just a weird thing! I never thought of it before.

He's a VAMPIRE. If he sparkles in the sunlight, obviously the dummy won't be outside so you know, right?

Vampires are always going to be dangerous!

Oh, I wouldn't either! I just have a friend who's like that. He can't help it.
