[Video and Action] Jack, The Pumpkin King
What's this?
*There's only another second before Jack figures out the video function, and there he appears on screen - the most pleasant skellington you've ever seen. Or, yes, just a skellington man, who is seemingly quite animated*
Ah hello, people of Genessia Town! What a charming place this is, and what a pleasant introduction! The technology here is really quite something, isn't it? If only I had the time to examine it all! I would very much be interested in speaking with someone who can explain all these clever...mechanisms.
[Action - Various Places in Genessia]
Jack has never been to a place like this, has never been surrounded by so many things he doesn't understand. Not since his visit to Christmas Town. He can be found in various shops or cafes, picking things up in wonder, or else pressing himself against windows to peer into homes, offices, any kind of building, all with bright curiosity on his face.

There, there now. The scariest thing about me is my face, I promise you.

How about that.
Here was Sans thinking he'd never see another skeleton here ever.
Granted, this one is pressing his face against someone's first floor apartment but you know?
That's okay.]
having fun?
Action
Ah, quite! Isn't this place fascinating?

It was enough to cause the young girl to drop the bags she was holding. It was clear she was generally scared.]
action;
Oh!
*Then he leans over on his long spindly legs and begins picking up things and putting them into their bags*
Pardon me - and I wasn't even trying to scare you!

After a moment or two of staring, she finally decides to actually speak up.]
I guess you must be a new arrival? After all, you look most curious about everything.
Action;
That is right. I didn't even know this town existed. Do you live here?

She was going to keep doing this for awhile...

*Misunderstanding, much?*

I...yes, quite. I may be able to explain a bit about the device, but...firstly...are you an ambulatory and sentient skeleton?
[His Necromancy nerdness is showing.]
Were you bound? Were you willing? For what purpose were you bound? Did you have a master before arriving here?
Video
*Jack nods his head as though he's tipping a hat, apparently quite pleased with himself. Though as for the remaining questions, a firm frown appears on his skull and in his voice*
Indeed, sir, I assure you that I am entirely master of myself and no other.

Hmm...Now I'm not sure you do, I'm afraid. I don't believe I recognise you...

[Maybe a little too happy there, Ted.]
Haha, I don't know about all the mechanisms, but I might know a thing or two. Where would you like to begin?
Video
*Might be strange to hear this man say he is happy for them, but he's being pleasant so what's the harm?*
Electricity is a good place to start. I believe it powers all manner of things! I have worked with electric before, but nothing to the standard I see around me.
