[There's muffled childish cursing and a weird angled view of a little blond boy with pointed ears. He's dressed in green and has a shield that's too large for a child, and a sword that's just right.]

This is weird.

[The boy peers at the camera, big blue eyes curious.]

[There's a small yelp, as the boy almost drops his device. He fumbles with it and hesitantly responds.]

I'm Link. I think I'm lost. This stuff doesn't make sense.

[Oops, probably shouldn't ask children about the significance of their names]

Ah, not to worry; I think I know exactly where you are. Possibly even where you want to go. What "stuff" are you referring to?

[The boy hesitated. He didn't really trust adults, but, a home just for kids sounded good.]

[About five minutes later, lo! The clown. Or someone clownishly dressed. Link's short so it takes him a while. He's holding a towel.]

Didn't get to wet, I hope? And not too tired, either? If not, it's about a half hour's walk. Ready to go?

[Link tilted his head, taking the towel.]

I don't mind walking. I've walked all across Hyrule and climbed a mountain.

I'm helping my friend, Princess Zelda. We're gonna save Hyrule from an evil man. Her dad won't listen to her, so we made a plan.

I had a smaller shield, but, it got burnt up. Death Mountain is also a volcano. It doesn't seem to bother the Gorons, but, it can get a little hot.

[That was an easy question. And, it distracted him from being worried about where he was.]

Have you fought in battles?

[He apparently isn't making any judgement on the boy being perhaps too young or too small.]

I--I've killed some monsters. One was eating the Great Deku Tree....another was blocking the Gorons from getting food, and they were starving. The last one cursed the Zora's guardian spirit and was making him sick.

[That was normal, right?]

Are the Gorans your people?

[Having been fighting in wars since his own childhood, Grievous does think that's perfectly normal to have been killing monsters.]

No, I'm a Kokiri.

Gorons are big rock-like people. They eat rocks, but only good ones. I...uh....don't really know which ones are good, but, they can tell.

I do not know of the Kokiri.
