[The man on the screen looks calm but wet. It has taken him little time to figure out the phones and get all the information from the hologram and pamphlets. He's been to a lot of worlds though this is the first one with a welcome center.]

I'm looking for a man named Rumpelstiltskin. He also goes by Gold.

[Neal's first public stop is to a bar to grab a beer and hear whatever the hell is going on with this city. The information is helpful but it doesn't have a current events section. Once at the bar he pulls out a newspaper that he had picked up, orders a beer and begins to read.

Bounties, job openings... it's a weird mix of Storybrook and the Enchanted forest. He's not sure what to make of it but for the moment he's stuck here. Being stuck here doesn't concern him as much as other things, but that's what the beer is for.]

[Neal gasps for air as he pushes his way out of his coffin. He remembers fighting, screaming, struggling and then nothing. He's dead but this isn't how he imagines what being dead should feel like.]

Hello? [He calls out, his voice thick and horas. He tries to get up but instead feels the weight of a box on his chest.] What the fuck?

[He pushes the box and hears a splash. Great, water. Neal follows his box and stumbles into the water. For a half second he forgets how to use his legs and just rests there on his hands and knees. The box is in front of him and he grabs it before pushing himself up to look around.]

He- [His voice cuts when he sees Emma in a similar coffin next to his.] Emma...

Emma gasps, sitting up suddenly, looking around wildly as she felt like she had just run a marathon and maybe she had. Her hands went to her long hair that hung limply over her shoulders. Her eyes landed on Neal, eyes widening.

"Did they kill me?"

His face scrunched a bit before wading through the water to her pod. He placed his things in his pockets and then dropped the box in the water. He didn't want to keep carrying it around, not with Emma here and freaking out. "Look at me Emma. We aren't dead. I died but this isn't that." He gently took her cheeks in his hands.

"I'm here." Neal had a feeling that he'd know if he was dead. This wasn't death. Somehow, they had been dragged to another world.

(Voice)

It's bad enough we have magic giant cats wandering around the city, we don't need evil gold spinning goblins too.

Did you? Looks like you're being left a bit in the dark to me. [ Considering no one had mentioned that one noteworthy detail. Of course, there was no reason to share if this guy couldn't even say why he was looking for such a specific someone to begin with. ] Complicated because they're complicated or complicated because you have something to hide?
