Sparring is great for that. You punch the hell out of someone, they punch you back, you work out all that rage in fisticuffs and then you relax with in a nice hot bath afterwards to ease the bruises from fighting.

I used to do it all the time when I was a much angrier teenager.

Alternatively, if brawling isn't really your style... well... maybe it's best if I don't suggest my other idea since it would require a good partner for it.

I usually find building something to be a good stress burner. I know everyone else here thinks that finding something or someone to fight is good for the same purpose, but when that's the cause of the stress to start with, the feeling of accomplishment of just... building something with your own two hands, creating instead of destroying, can be quite cathartic.

If you're not good with tools, maybe try artwork instead? Putting that nervous energy into some creative form, no matter what that form is, may help.

I like to find a way to do target practice and shoot a few things. Not living things, usually, but it's still a good way to work out the frustration.
