Here's one thing I don't understand. Why do people think it's sport to answer genuine questions seeking help, by "trolling" or telling them to kill things? And then get to show off how "badass" they are by the number of people they've beaten or corpses they've accumulated?

That, by the way, was a rhetorical question. They do it because they're attention seeking and the only way they can get said attention is by making someone feel inferior or at least afraid of their "mad killing abilitez" as the kids say.

Actually, I think punching is a perfectly sensible solution. You release all your rage in a primal bout of energy that mankind has been using since the dawn of time.

She doesn't really seem like much of a punching kind of girl though, so I suggested she try to talk her problems out. I've been a bartender for a number of years, so I've had a bit of experience talking to people to solve their problems.

Oh I know all about the primal bout of energy that mankind has. Trust me, you get over it... and then back into it, then over it again. It's actually a sort of fluctuating theme with you lot.

As for talking. ...Honestly it usually works, but this time I doubt it.

Would you like to try talking about it yourself? I know she's angry but perhaps as her friend you're having a bit of trouble too. I may not be a thousand years old, but sometimes it helps to bounce ideas off of someone with their own set of experiences. You never know.

I've said it about a thousand ways to her as I know how but there are some things that can't be solved. What she needs and what I can give, despite what she says by the way, are two diametrically different things-- But that's fine. I can live like this. It is what it is. She'll get through it as she does and we'll all breathe a little bit easier until we can figure out how to get out of here and I can go back to what I was originally doing.

Well I have a few things I'd like to say to you. First and foremost? I don't like you. I really, really, don't like you after hearing just a small fraction of some of the things you've done. You're very arrogant, egotistical, and worst of all blind to some of the most important things about humans and humanity as a whole.

With that said? I think I have managed to talk to Rose and she might feel just a little better. You on the other hand, I think need to get your act together. Like it or not, you're here, you're here in the here and now with Rose, and you can choose to keep floundering about like an idiot, or you can try... just try to enjoy what little time you do have together. Treat this experience like a firework celebration, it may be short, but it can be absolutely fantastic while it lasts. Make your moments so bright and brilliant that they leave you with cherished memories that can last you a lifetime. She's still your friend isn't she? You still love her? Then act like it a bit more and don't give up, just like you taught her.

It's my business now Doctor because Rose Tyler is my friend too. Whether you or I like it or not, she still loves you, so get off your high horse and deal with it. Don't run and hide, because that's not going to work here, and don't try to push her away or reject her because that won't work either.

I will do whatever I damn well please and I'm not answerable to you, whom I don't even know and frankly don't care to. So you can get off your high horse of thinking you can boss someone around just because you know someone else.

I'm telling you because I care about those you claim to love or have befriended, and I'm telling you because you need to learn to be a bit smarter for an immortal. You can choose to ignore my words if you please, but they will catch up to you like it or not.
