Video -- More of a Hawke, Really
[The video opens to what appears to be a rather ordinary man - dark hair, square jaw, and a smudge of something red over his nose. His face is too close to the screen, brow furrowed in concentration. It quickly melds into surprise, then disbelief - and maybe even a hint of amusement.]
And here I was, hoping I'd just landed in the Fade somehow.
[His tone is very light, and he sighs, pulling back from the phone enough that he inadvertently allows the camera to focus better on him.]
I'll have to admit to being at something of a loss. Attempts on my life usually don't come with instruction manuals. It's an interesting change, but I do prefer things a little more straightforward!
Oh. And if you are trying to kill me? I have to admit my head feels a little foggy and I appear to be unarmed, so it's probably a good time. We can talk about this whole thing, maybe get some drinks while you ramble on about your plan?

Not quite. An Abomination is what happens when they let the demon into their body. They don't always go on a murdering rampage though. Sometimes they just leave pamphlets all over your house.

It's just a saying. Anyway, Fenris is hardly human. Not that an elf could more literally fulfill it.

[Nao has battled demons before in throughout his journeys, one such demon being the jealous personification of a wealthy woman who lived near Mount Jofuku. He frowns instinctively when he thinks of that harrowing battle. The Shinobi doesn't quite like demons very well.]
The Hannya is a nefarious demon from my realm, a yōkai from my realm that feeds of the bitterness and jealousy of women. They sound closely tied to the demons of which you've mentioned. There's others similiar to them but the Hannya are particularly dangerous.
[He arches his brow some at that pamphlet bit.]
Sounds as if you speak from experience.
[Nao blinks his eyes some at the mention of an elf. Didn't he see one earlier this week?]
...did he have glowing marks upon his skin?

I am. He means well, but to be honest if I found one of his manifestos here I wouldn't be surprised. He probably has one shoved in one of my pockets.
[There was a sigh, long-suffering that none-the-less was caught short.]
White hair, sword almost bigger than he is? [He was trying very hard to be smooth. It was failing a little.] Probably seems angry about something?
[He didn't leave time for an answer. Honestly, he was fairly sure he hadn't needed the questions. Fenris was one of a kind.]

That's the one! He's very much so rather small in stature with a large sword. Quite unpleasant and somewhat...
[He leans in a little and whispers the following.]
