September Catch All + Fairy Tail Guild Invasion by DW cast & OTA

[September will find Rose increasingly more and more scarce, until she almost all but disappears until the second week of October. She went from attending as many of the 12th Doctor's lectures, and even hanging around the campus of Attleton University testing products ostensibly; but after the first week of September, she pretty much disappears for a bit. No sign of her on the network, and even around the TARDIS, or her usual haunts, she's hard to nab. Even for someone like Captain Jack Harkness who spent a good portion of a century tracking her and has a good bond link to make sure she's safe will find Rose a bit scarcer than usual. 3 years of acting like a ghost has made it a lot easier for her to be invisible in a crowd if she wants.]

[Whatever appearances in public appear to be marketing and testing related, survey, and throwing things literally into fountains or against walls or collecting data.]

[But finally she makes a small appearance on the network!]

First round of drinks is on Mirajane. All of the Doctors are required to make a presence or I'll make life hell for ya, more'n usual, yeah? [Tongue out to the side.] River, Martha, Jack, Gwen, Demyx, Koishi, Satori, Belle, Rory, Amy, and apologies to anyone I forgot. [Laughs.] You can make excuses, but I'm draggin' ya all out for at least one drink. Be there! Everything after the first drink you're on your own.

But since I'm officially quittin' after this crazy last month, I might be able to spot ya. Some.

[Grins.]

[And locked to Demyx:] First mission, find us a suitable tower. Nova city. Price is negotiable. Capacity for modifications is not.


[And indeed anyone hitting up the Fairy Tail Guild during the first round of drinks on Rose / Mirajane can probably sneak in a free drink by saying they're friends with Rose Tyler. Just might want to make sure you actually know who that is if pressed.]

"Four?" The twelve years she had sort of expected... that many psychiatrists? She must have had really stubborn parents/guardians.

She shrugged. "they kept insisting he didn't exist, didn't like my counter arguments."

[mira_strauss]

"Should I ask what those counter arguments consisted of?" She knew in her rebellious teen phase it would have been fists, and pulled out hair, and possibly some broken furniture and psychiatrists.

"I used to bite them when I had enough." She grinned a bit. There was a reason she was more in trouble than Mels as kids.

"Well that's reassuring. I was so much worse as a kid." Oh the horror stories Natsu and Gray could tell you of her days as the 'demon' of Fairy Tail.

She laughed. "Ah, that was the easy stuff," she said with a laugh.

She could see why Rose liked this girl so much, Mira's going to take a seat next to Amy now, since it seems the others are taking their sweet time in getting here. "That's a fair enough point. How about this then? What's the most mischievous thing you can think of that you've ever done? Child or not."

"Besides snogging the breath out of the man I ran away with the night before my wedding?" She grinned. She shifted so she could face the person she was talking to, still cheated out so she could also see the room at large though.

Mirajane was... unfamiliar with the term snogging, though she's fairly certain she'd heard Rose say it once or twice, and usually in reference to...

"I do hope snogging means kissing." Because otherwise, she'd have to feel really bad for that girl's betrothed. The blush on Mirajane's face is certainly a noticeable one, because one of them here is clearly a virgin, and the other...

She burst out laughing. So tempting to lie. "Mmmm, kissing more than a friend kiss less than my true love kiss."

"Ugh... I feel like I'm in so over my head with you girls of the Doctor." She's so embarrassed... why is it that for once she's the inexperienced one when it comes to romance?

She laughed. "You work here, right? Want to learn more about snogging and earn some primo tips at the same time?" The grin was downright impish.

Okay, that's going to earn Amy a sidelong glance. She's been a bartender since she was 16, and she knooows how to flirt for tips, she just started holding back a little as she got older to give the other girls a chance. Mira was mostly all tease with little substance, while it seemed like Rose and Amy were teases that actually backed up their teasing if you got friendly enough with them. "You're not going to snog me are you?"

It seemed like a fair question considering the statement.

"Only if you want me to, used to be a kiss-o-gram for a while. Fun way to earn a few bucks. Cute costumes. It's a hoot."

A bunny girl! "I used to little tricks like this all the time back at the guild hall back home, but there's been little call for it here. Most of the boys in the guild aren't here, and the only girls aren't heavy drinkers anyways."

She grinned, setting down another drink for Amy because she liked the girl, and... "But I'll take a rain-check on that kiss." Why not save it for when they can drive her husband or some of the other boys of the doctor crazy.

"Now I'm going to have to find my cop uniform and bring my A game, huh? Shame, they boys'll be here soon, coulda been fun to make them sweat."

Mira's now shifting to a school teacher, just so she can push her glasses up her nose. "I don't know about a cop uniform, but I do know Erza and I both have a collection of costumes for when we like to tease the guild hall. Want me to take a quick trip to the dorms to see if anything fits? It might make for a fun after party show... or we could always wait until I can rope Jack into taking over the bar for me while we go check."

Wait... was she seriously considering this? Well she did love to rile everybody up, it's one of the reasons she agreed to becoming the cover girl and bikini model for Fairy Tail. "Well it's something to consider if the doctors get overly stuffy."

"Hey, I'm up for it tonight. But maybe we'll wait for more people to show up. Wanted to show off my new skirt anyway. Neat costume changes, though. Think you could teach me that trick?"

[mira_strauss]

"Hmm..." Now that was difficult to say. "I'm not sure if I could teach you since I'm not sure if you've actually got magic inside of you or not. Fayren itself might make it possible, but I've never tried teaching students who have never used any magic before. It might be a challenge."

Mirajane shook her head. "If you do want to learn to use magic to change outfits, you should ask Erza. that's her specialty, I actually use transformation magic myself, so it's actually a little more difficult for me to change outfits than it is for her. I'm much better at changing faces."

"I'd love to learn both, and never ran from a challenge in my life. I say bring it on. Let's see how badly I can freak out Rory..." She laughed a bit at the thought. "Oh, but one thing, my legs have to stay amazing, and no one touches the sunglasses." She pulled them down enough that she could wink.

Okay that's going to get quite a bit of a giggle and a wink right back. "Well as long as you don't envision yourself with terrible looking legs, I'm sure you'll be fine. Although certain transformations don't even have legs you know. Basic transformation transforms just the body but not the clothes, advanced transformation transforms the clothes too, and master transformation transforms shape, mass, and abilities."

"Although, you should probably know before you start taking lessons from Erza, that her magic is not for everybody. Those with a sense of modesty might find themselves in for a rude surprise if their magic fails and they wind up naked in the middle of trying to change outfits." Erza fortunately did not really have that problem very much, but Mira preferred using her transformation magic since she had mor control over how much skin she wanted to expose.

"So only practice Erza's magic where it can horrify Rory, got it." Modesty? Amy? Yeah, right. "More thinking the clothing one for me to start, not sure I'm quite ready to find myself accidentally turning into a Dalek or a Weeping Angel or something." Almost once was more than enough. For each of them.

"So your Hubby's name is Rory eh? Is he here with you tonight? Because I wouldn't want him to think I'm trying to steal his wife." Mirajane was playful, but really the thought of trying would never even cross her mind because she was a chronic shipper. She preferred helping married couples have fun and happy marriages rather than trying to make things difficult.

"Okay, something tells me both of those things are probably monsters you'd never want to invite to a dinner party. You probably don't have to worry too much about something like that though. It takes an extreme amount of concentration on what you want to turn into to even get a limb to change. Unless you were trying, you aren't going to change completely into anything, and most of the time mess ups only occur in the form of a part way transformations for what you were thinking of." Unless she was using takeover magic, but Mirajane didn't think that kind of magic would really suit Amy.

"Yeah, Rory Pond." So how it works. "And no offense, but cuter than you have tried," she said with a wink. "He has a shift at the hospital, left him a note... and a picture of which skirt I'm wearing. Poor boy might not even stop to change before heading over." She laughed a bit. Rory was too much fun, and she loved it...and him.

"Ah, alright then. So long as I won't start trying to kill the Doctor or anything."
