[This is going to be a long month. David is very prepared to take it on, though. He starts up the video feed. He needs to go over some things.]

Until this is all over, Genessia City will have a curfew. Tentatively, it will be set for 10PM until we have a better grasp of when the creatures appear. This curfew is only for those who have no way to defend themselves from the monsters.

[It honestly feels like it should go without saying that anyone that can't fight these things shouldn't go out and put themselves in danger, though.]

There is no punishment for breaking the curfew, but it is highly suggested that if you can't fight those things that you should either be inside of a building when they appear or in another archway. Judging from what’s going on in other cities and given how long stuff like this usually lasts, It’s a safe bet that they will be making a few encore appearances.

I will try to have safe areas set up on every city block that I can for people to take shelter in should they need to. The creatures appeared to be unable to go into buildings, so that's a good thing. The GCPD will also be out to help combat the creatures and lend aid where they can. I will have groups of them positioned throughout the city.

If you can actually fight against these things, your help would be very much appreciated when they attack. Genessia isn't a small city so it's impossible to cover every inch. If you would like to receive some sort of payment for giving your help, then I can try to have something arranged. I ask that if you do come to Genessia City to do this, to make sure you help anyone in need and make sure they get to the nearest safe area.

Anyone that can't battle these creatures can also have someone that can escort them through Genessia City or request a police escort if they really need it.

Alright. I want each of you to take a quadrant in the city and patrol it when the creatures come. If you guys want to partner up and patrol them together, you can.

The police are under instruction to assist you with anything that you need, so don't be afraid to request help from them. I'm also here to give help if you need it. Like you all, I will be out patrolling as well. I'll keep in contact with telepathy while we are out.

It's what Genessia City is getting, at least. The other cities seem to have their own issues. [The monsters seem gone for the moment, though he has no idea when they are going to appear again. However, they most certainly would come back unless the stuff in the other cities stopped too.]

The red areas on the map. GCPD's forces are more concentrated in the green areas, that way they can get to the outer or inner part of Genessia if called for. While there are officers in those areas too, there aren't as many. So helping in those parts of Genessia would be very much welcomed.

I'm pretty sure on these type of nights, they'll leave anyone alone as long as they see them fighting the monsters out there. It's not like they don't need the help.

[He links a map to him.] The green part is the most protected with the outer and inner parts having less forces. It's easier to get the forces where they need to be by keeping them in that middle ground. So those red areas are going to be the ones where you are most needed.

You already know I am 100% capable. Plus since I can't go out during the day and have to at night right now, being able to defend myself is a very good thing.

Yeah. I know out of everyone, you can definitely take care of yourself. If they always do attack at night, at least that gives people defending the city time to get some rest. [He'd have for the city to constantly be under siege for 24 hours.]

I'm not exactly a fighter as much of a medic, but I do have a pistol if I need it. What can I do to help out? I can't sit idly by while people are in danger.

I'm certain there are going to be people that get injured out there. Not everyone is going to want to stay inside. So your medical expertise would be appreciated in treating the injured.

You might want to pair up with someone if you are going to be out, though. You might need more than a pistol to fight some of these things off.
