[This is going to be a long month. David is very prepared to take it on, though. He starts up the video feed. He needs to go over some things.]

Until this is all over, Genessia City will have a curfew. Tentatively, it will be set for 10PM until we have a better grasp of when the creatures appear. This curfew is only for those who have no way to defend themselves from the monsters.

[It honestly feels like it should go without saying that anyone that can't fight these things shouldn't go out and put themselves in danger, though.]

There is no punishment for breaking the curfew, but it is highly suggested that if you can't fight those things that you should either be inside of a building when they appear or in another archway. Judging from what’s going on in other cities and given how long stuff like this usually lasts, It’s a safe bet that they will be making a few encore appearances.

I will try to have safe areas set up on every city block that I can for people to take shelter in should they need to. The creatures appeared to be unable to go into buildings, so that's a good thing. The GCPD will also be out to help combat the creatures and lend aid where they can. I will have groups of them positioned throughout the city.

If you can actually fight against these things, your help would be very much appreciated when they attack. Genessia isn't a small city so it's impossible to cover every inch. If you would like to receive some sort of payment for giving your help, then I can try to have something arranged. I ask that if you do come to Genessia City to do this, to make sure you help anyone in need and make sure they get to the nearest safe area.

Anyone that can't battle these creatures can also have someone that can escort them through Genessia City or request a police escort if they really need it.

Alright. I want each of you to take a quadrant in the city and patrol it when the creatures come. If you guys want to partner up and patrol them together, you can.

The police are under instruction to assist you with anything that you need, so don't be afraid to request help from them. I'm also here to give help if you need it. Like you all, I will be out patrolling as well. I'll keep in contact with telepathy while we are out.

The red areas on the map. GCPD's forces are more concentrated in the green areas, that way they can get to the outer or inner part of Genessia if called for. While there are officers in those areas too, there aren't as many. So helping in those parts of Genessia would be very much welcomed.

Y'got anybody tryin to coordinate people - the non-deputies - fightin these things?

Yeah, anyone inside of a building is safe. Doesn't matter if it's a house, shop, gym, whatever. Once they are inside, they are safe. We are going to have some businesses keep their doors open to provide extra safe places.

We are going to work with and stay in contact with the GCPD throughout all of this. So we will coordinate with them and whoever else contacts us to let us know they will be out. [It's only been one night and he's not even sure how many non-law enforcement types are going to be out.]

[ Considering everything that just happened with him and his friends in Attleton, Shinjiro wanted to err on the side of caution. The last thing he wanted to do was alarm more deputies, Guardians, or police.

Well, me 'n my friend are gonna be out there, so if there's somebody we need to call or contact? We'll do that, try not to step on any toes.

[ He was confidant that they could help, and knew that there'd be no stopping Akihiko from fighting these things, anyway. But if he could do it without landing them into more trouble? All the better. ]

Trust me. We can definitely handle any trouble which comes our way.

The Police aren't really going to get in your way unless you can't handle the Monsters. But I think most people aren't crazy enough to go out and try to fight them if they can't.

If you find anyone in need, just make sure to get them to the safe zone. Or take them to a cop and have them escort them to the safe zone.
