Not playing nice.
Action - Morning - The Bay
[Waking up was unceremonious for Perfect Cell. As it normally would be for a being with no need for sleep. Glaring up at the cavernous ceiling with all those white lights brought back some memories. None of them good. Nothing but screaming, burning and falling. With a defeated sigh, he sat up within his cocoon, giving it a once over; the box sliding down to fall open in his lap. An audible chuckle left him and echoed throughout the cave.]
How quaint.. Reminds me of my youth. Strange, I didn't regenerate in such a way after the explosion..
[Perhaps the spilled contents, more so the 'welcome pamphlet' between his knees, would answer some questions that buzzed about his dome. It took Cell no time what so ever to read every tiny detail of what the paper had to offer. All of which made his lip curl disgust. Room and board, money, a job? Preposterous! He had no need for such things as a normal being would! Taking only the real necessities, the android freed himself of the cocoon, levitated across the water and out the closest exit. What he thought was freedom was only more annoyance being greeted by the hologram.]

Yes, yes.. I get it!
[Cell snarled, swinging an arm out to all too easily backhand the magazine rack and hologram aside with a wave of energy. A small way of venting frustration. Pity for the giant insect, it was going to be all down hill from here because of it. Sour as ever, he stood and leered out across the landscape.]

[Too late. The defensive gas from the hologram unknowingly to the perfect android did its job. Cell slumped down onto his knees then just as undignified, crashed forward into the dirt. Out like a light as once before.]
((OOC: Hope I did this right to let the guardians come in and teach the bug man to be nice! Please by all means tell me to take it down and edit it if need be!))

It was strange. She was difficult to focus on. Not really invisible but... More like she wasn't actually there? Except she was?
Either way she would be poking him again. "Helloooo?"

Cell lifted up off the ground, righted himself but remained in air. Just a few inches for a easier 'escape' if need be. While brushing the dirt off his always handsome face, he glared at what looked like a small child. "And you are? Clearly not human.." he scoffed, "I don't believe they're capable of being transparent.."
no subject
"Oh! There we go! I'm glad you're okay, Mister." She was all smiles and sunshine it seemed. "Me? I'm a satori youkai. We're spirit-monster-demon-things. And satori are psychic, but I can't read minds anymore so you don't have to be scared of me."
The artery over her left shoulder looped itself into a heart. "You're not human either, Mister. What are you?"
no subject
"I am partial human. A proper term for me would be android." but Cell wasn't here for little rounds of friendly chit-chat. "Now, little miss youkai, answer me this.. I've read that pamphlet of yours, went over the rules.. Is this Hell?" It certainly felt like it to him. What with all the bells and whistles to make it all seem like a holly-jolly holiday. "As if being killed off by that stupid little boy and his more idiotic father was bad enough already.." he growled, followed by what seemed to be a aggravated chirp of his wings. Bug talk.

As useless as the kid may be, he rushes over and drops to the ground next to Cell.]
A-Are you okay? Hey..! W-Wake up! [And he's taking off his own pink winter coat, afraid Cell might freeze.]

It was either suffer with a 'concerned' person wailing or process faster. His bio mass won that argument, hands down.
Perfect Cells eyes snapped open, "Gah! Shut up, you little cretin!"
no subject
"Nnngh..." He tried to apologize by bowing his head a few times, then held out the winter coat. The pink winter coat, which was obviously not Cell's size... But it was something. Better than being cold, Shi hoped. It wasn't as if not helping was an option either.

Ah, yes. Perhaps the cowering human knew.
"You.. What happened to me? Some sort of poison? Is that how your 'city' greets it's prisoners?"

And not interact directly with them.
It was super boring, he's sort of more used to constant movement.
He'd only just caught the tail end of Cell's ill fated mosh party of one, and by the time the android began to come to again, any action that would lead to looking up would have him seeing... Well Skyfire.
All forty five feet of him, carefully hunched over his formerly inert shape, a look of profound concern on his face.]
... Are you alright?
no subject
"Who-" No, that really wasn't what he wanted to know, "What are you!?"
Calling back to stored memories of the older Red Ribbon army, Cell did recall there being large robotic creatures. 'Destoryers' as they were titled but this was no Destroyer. Far too advanced and sleek.
no subject
"Well you... were a bit more correct with who, sir..." But-
"I'm a Cybertronian." There! Question answered!
"I see you are, in fact, quite alright though. I had no idea the hologram had a defense system installed in it."
no subject
"Is that your model name? No doubt an upgrade from the Destroyers.. Did the Red Ribbon Army summon you here to give me a new objective? I hate to break it to you but since the good doctor gave me freedom all those years ago.. I won't be taking orders from anyone, anytime soon."

It's not until Cell recovers that he senses it again - given that Cell's energy is a mishmash of various friends and foes of his, as well as Goku's own energy, he thinks it's Vegeta's energy at first. Acting too quickly for his own good, he taps a finger to his forehead, teleporting to the source.
"Hey, Vege--" It's a bit of a shock to see, instead of a short and irritable Saiyan, a seven- or eight-foot tall green bug-man. "Wait, Cell?!"
Goku's baffled and concerned, to be sure, but he's more excited than one would expect, given all that Cell did and tried to do. Sure, he couldn't beat Cell when they last met, but he has gotten a lot stronger since then...
no subject
"Goku.. So, this is Hell.. Where else would I be brought to suffer than to be a prisoner here with the likes of you!"
no subject
"Didn't you listen to that hologram thing? It did a pretty good job at explaining where we are!" Sure, there's also the pamphlets, but Goku isn't exactly the type to read if he doesn't have to.
no subject
"I already wanted to leave here as soon as possible but now with you here? I'm making sure to blow this place to smithereens before I do!"
Sorry I'm late!

This place truly has no sense of style in who it grabs...
no subject
"I couldn't agree more.." the chimera snarled. "Let me guess.. You're stuck here as well?" While asking, Cell took the time to preen himself, making sure all dust was brushed in her direction.
no subject
"Stuck is such a strong word. Instead of wallowing in self pity, I've decided to make the most of my situation and bring my business to this world. A business you could no doubt benefit from."
She has nothing but annoyance in her tone as she talks, and as she does, light seems to well up around her. Almost as if several people were using solar flare just behind her.

His hands rested in his pockets, not a hint of worry.]
Couldn't withstand some gas. It was stupid of you to try and damage the thing anyway.

More groaning, evolving into light cursing as he finally found his feet. A hand went right to his nose, checking for any imperfections. No doubt it would have healed crooked, given his genetic makeup. Sure enough, it was. The perfect being sucked his teeth and without hesitation, snapped the bridge broken only to reposition it into it's proper place.
"Enjoying the show.. Brother?"
no subject
"Don't call me that." He calmly stated. "Actually. You looked a lot better when you were dead."

Elias had stood by, quietly watching as the... he had no idea what Cell was, honestly, attack the hologram, and fall victim to the subsequent self defense system.
Well.
A gentle nudge would soon be coming the afflicted bug mans way as the mage prodded with his cane, the boney head cocked slightly to the side. Truth be told, it was terribly amusing. That was the feeling, he knew what amusement felt like.
As funny as it was though, it was probably best to make sure the newcomer hadn't died or something. That'd be unfortunate.
"You haven't died, have you?"
no subject
"And what are you? Some sort of stage performer? Such a ridiculous mask to be wearing.. At least you look more elegant than most I've seen.." Which wasn't saying much. One (goofy) man with his team of misfits and a camera crew were hardly the example to compare to current his company. Not that they needed to know that..
no subject
He didn't seem surprised at the question, though granted, it didn't look like Elias could look surprised at much of anything. Or indeed, make much of any expression to begin with, though the lights within the darkened sockets flickered faintly brighter.
"No." Good, very helpful, Elias. No what? Not a stage performer? That's not a mask?
Well yes. Yeah. He's not elaborating but yes.
"What are you?"
