Action for Genessia | Eventual Video
[He had several questions, upon waking up. An uncomfortable concoction of emotions and reactions bubbling around inside of him, all demanding he do something.
... So he collected his communicator. And the money he'd woken up beside. And then he consulted the hologram, memorizing every word. He went outside, and grabbed the appropriate pamphlets, reading it all very carefully, noting well the map.
At some point, anyone down by the bay would find him sitting, calm, at least by all appearances, slowly scrolling through the communicator, reading, listening to, and watching every single post he could access.
Granted, if anyone came near, they'd find themselves being addressed.]
Excuse me, if I may have a moment of your time?
[And there he is, looking calm, cool and confident. Still outside, apparently, the sounds of street traffic make that pretty clear]
Before I begin introducing myself, is there anyone present who knows what I mean when I say I'm currently looking for members of the Voltron Coalition?

Re: [Video]
[Circling back around to his assumption that time really has no definitive meaning here.]
I've yet to encounter any issues with the locals so far. I'd have to agree with you.
The Central Command System. A space station. You appear to be human, I'm going to suppose your point of origin is earth?
[As if she weren't won over before, this guy is awesome!]
I am, that's an excellent guess! I can never tell which places have a version of Earth in their universe, but it's nice to know you're familiar with it.
What did you do in space? Were you a captain? Did you pilot a space ship?
Re: [Video]
There is indeed an earth in my universe. There aren't a great deal of humans that have traveled far outside of their own system, but some have managed it.
[Well, she asked, and he's not going to lie.]
I am the highest standing General, and Emperor, of the Galrans.
[Orihime gapes with a start. A general! And an emperor! A general emperor!]
Really?! I don't get to meet space nobility very often, I'm so lucky!
[She might short circuit at this rate. And he's been so modest about it, leaving his title out of his introduction.]
How should I address you? I want to make sure I'm properly respectful.
Re: [Video]
[To be fair, Orihime, not a lot of people meet space nobility in space either. And not a lot of people are usually too pumped to run into Lotor.]
My name works just fine. I'd rather not draw too much attention to it.
[He can fight angry tentacled aliens with giant fros while he's at it, won't that be fun?]
[She blinks, surprised that he doesn't want to make ample use of his titles, but smiles and nods her head once. That's actually kind of really cool of him.]
Okay. Lotor-san.
[Now they are friends.]
Did you pick up some of the maps? They'll tell you where you can get clothes, toothpaste, groceries... The basics you'll need right away. I can help you find things too, or loan you something if you forget to pick it up.
Re: [Video]
[Exploring even while stuck here was something he'd prefer to do. He might go mad otherwise.
His head cocked slightly though at the honorific.]
San?
I found the maps, yes. I'll have to find a way to transpose them onto the phone. I would appreciate the help, thank you.
The hologram also stated that the time spent in the free housing was limited. I must find a profession before this ends.
Which city has the most openings for scientific researchers? Genessia or Nova?
[At least she isn't calling him -sama? Yay!]
Well, there's a research group here in Genessia, but it's all comprised of volunteers so you wouldn't get paid for it. Nova City is probably going to have better opportunities for you so you can rent a good apartment. I think they make a lot of money, so you can probably afford something nice!
Re: [Video]
[Which was, frankly, a new thing for Lotor.]
Nova City... Yes, I read a bit about it in the pamphlet.
What is the fastest way to get there?
[She beams.]
Well, you could hail a taxi for a fee, but it's not too far to walk. It's to the north, the gate spanning from 14th to 16th street. The gates are huge, so you can't miss it!
