I'm not wanting there to be water, mind, but isn't the point of boardwalks to handle the rising tides? And what's the point of kidnapping people if you're going to let them wander around freely and set up establishments? What are even the ransom demands? It all seems as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I don't know much about boardwalks but there's no flooding that I know of so you're okay. We currently don't know any demands from them, but they gave us free stuff when we wake up so don't loose them. Chocolate teapot sounds yummy. And, you should be careful around Fayren and Everglade if you're just human with nothing to protect yourself. But if you need a bodyguard, I can do that, with compensation.
