8th Campaign [Video] / [Action] Backdated August 7th
[At roughtly 9 am, a young woman adorn in white appears in the feed, with a rather smug smile upon her features.]
Denizens of Genessia. Though it is behind schedule, the time is finally right to present the project I have been working on.
[The ground in the northwest region of Genessia City trembles. The shaking is strongest around the area of 12th and 13th street, though thankfully not enough to make buildings collapse. Anyone who has passed by the area before would have noticed a wall keeping civilians out, but what is in place now is absolutely nothing like what had been seen just the evening before:

What appears to be (from the outside) some sort of Colosseum stands in the area of Genessia city, atop a three story high asphalt hill.]
The construction of the school is nearly complete! I invite interested parties to meet at 12th and Hawthorne for a tour of what was formerly to be called Wily Academy, but now goes by the name of Second Honnouji Academy, located in Genessia City!
For those who do not know of me, I am Satsuki Kiryuin, Deputy Guardian of Nova City. Several months ago I had expressed my desire to bring students together in hopes of achieving unification. Unification so that we may work together as a productive, disciplined and motivated culture.
[The young woman's eyes narrow.]
However, following the calamity of Genessia City a mere two months ago, I have noticed that many have found themselves troubled by their self-perceived shortcomings. Therefore this Academy shall also become half Military Academy, to mold those that view themselves as 'useless' to become dutiful and organized emergency respondents.
Just so I am clear, those that arrive for the tour are not automatically considered enrolled in this academy. This is an opportunity to see what I have to offer, and obtain even more feedback- though based on the surveys many of you have filled out, I am confident that nearly everyone's needs should be met. I am also willing to answer any questions you may have, of course.
The tour will start at 1pm sharp and is estimated to be roughly 60 minutes long for the twelve floors.

"That is not difficult for me to imagine. But worded that way, I am rather pleased that you have taken the time to meet with me." Though really, of course Bridget did as far as she's concerned. Satsuki is destined for greatness and the other woman must have seen that.
The Deputy Guardian can't help but cringe at the other's notice of her security even though she had a feeling that was coming. "Anomolies such as magic are extremely difficult for people of my home to study. As far as I know such things do not exist. On the other hand, it has also been difficult to find someone who I could trust to provide that kind of service. Still, it is something I will need to rectify quickly."
Satsuki proceeds to lead the visitor into the exceptionally large building, and a light at the doorway blinks green, reacting to the tag. Beyond the main doors the most notable thing is a glass-case display to the left with two uniforms inside, one for females, the other for males, of course.
(but without the star symbols). Satsuki gestures toward them.
"These are the uniforms that students of Second Honnouji second are expected to wear. The design is of japanese influence, mostly due to the lack of information to create something more multi-cultural- hopefully none will take offense to this decision. Perhaps further down the line we may be able to create a uniform that better represents our various cultures."
Re: [Action]
Ah, uniforms. Bridget is going to look the display over with a nostalgic smile. She'd been spared from wearing the standard issue even during her lower ranking days thankfully. Partially by talent, partially by rank, partially by gender. Still... It might be fun to try on a cute fuku in the absolute privacy of a cave bottom. "They're oddly cute... Is a student allowed to choose which one they prefer? I tend to wear skirts because it was indecent for a young noblewoman to wear pants in public while I was growing up, and it serves as both weapon and handicap now." And she looked like an idiot in pants after all this time, not that she'd admit that to Satsuki just yet. "But I know that not all young women would be comfortable kicking a man's jugular while wearing such a short skirt."
[Action]
"..." Cute? Satsuki has to say, she wasn't expecting that response, but she's pleased with it all the same. And students to choose? "There is.. Somewhat of a system for that," she replies, "While the uniforms are gender specific, I would see no problem with allowing skirt-wearers to be able to wear shorts underneath. There will be a level of modification allowed but that, ideally, would come at a price."
"I feel a certain level of, shall we say, 'school pride' would need to be displayed to allow that sort of individuality. It would also give the students a side-goal of sorts to strive for; get them inspired. Perhaps not for the best of reasons, but it is a start."
Beat.
"So what art of combat do you practice?"
