8th Campaign [Video] / [Action] Backdated August 7th
[At roughtly 9 am, a young woman adorn in white appears in the feed, with a rather smug smile upon her features.]
Denizens of Genessia. Though it is behind schedule, the time is finally right to present the project I have been working on.
[The ground in the northwest region of Genessia City trembles. The shaking is strongest around the area of 12th and 13th street, though thankfully not enough to make buildings collapse. Anyone who has passed by the area before would have noticed a wall keeping civilians out, but what is in place now is absolutely nothing like what had been seen just the evening before:

What appears to be (from the outside) some sort of Colosseum stands in the area of Genessia city, atop a three story high asphalt hill.]
The construction of the school is nearly complete! I invite interested parties to meet at 12th and Hawthorne for a tour of what was formerly to be called Wily Academy, but now goes by the name of Second Honnouji Academy, located in Genessia City!
For those who do not know of me, I am Satsuki Kiryuin, Deputy Guardian of Nova City. Several months ago I had expressed my desire to bring students together in hopes of achieving unification. Unification so that we may work together as a productive, disciplined and motivated culture.
[The young woman's eyes narrow.]
However, following the calamity of Genessia City a mere two months ago, I have noticed that many have found themselves troubled by their self-perceived shortcomings. Therefore this Academy shall also become half Military Academy, to mold those that view themselves as 'useless' to become dutiful and organized emergency respondents.
Just so I am clear, those that arrive for the tour are not automatically considered enrolled in this academy. This is an opportunity to see what I have to offer, and obtain even more feedback- though based on the surveys many of you have filled out, I am confident that nearly everyone's needs should be met. I am also willing to answer any questions you may have, of course.
The tour will start at 1pm sharp and is estimated to be roughly 60 minutes long for the twelve floors.

Satsuki stares a moment; just when she had thought she had gotten used to this girl's actions, this is certainly a new one. "Either or," is her answer to the relationship of flooring and heels, and the mention of Koishi wanting to 'follow her' can really only be responded with one thought: That hopefully enough will feel the same way.
"That sounds rather convenient," Satsuki speaks once more, "It is a shame humans are not capable of learning in the same manner- much could get done in an alarming amount of time. Though I suppose that may not really encourage innovation.. Hm."
"I have no plans of doing any teaching here but instead partake in the learning process. But if it comes down to it, I will assist in teaching disaster response strategy. As for what you can do.. I will get back to you on that."
[Action]
She smoothed her sleeves, reaching up to straighten her hat, shifting her weight in the air. Her powers of flight were, as always, shockingly refined.
"But then who will do the teaching?" She tilted her head. "You could teach many things. You're so smart Miss White. I bet you would be a good teacher. But you would have to shout less. Since students make mistakes. Expecting instant perfection is foolish."
[Action]
"I have asked several adults to volunteer in the matter; I will be assembling them at a later date to see who is still interested." she replies, "There is still much left to do before we officially open. That said, I have enough responsibilities- volunteering to teach combat strategy is already a strain in my time management."
And less shouting? Where's the fun in that??
[Action]
"You're teaching combat strategy? Does that include strategy in danmaku? There are specific ways to dodge certain attacks that really helps if you know them." She drifted around in front of Satsuki. "And don't forget! No yelling at the students for little mistakes. If they're being bad though you can yell at them all you want. But they'll respond better if you don't yell at them."
[Action]
"Danmaku? I will leave that to Betelguese for the time being, my teachings will be more focused upon disaster response to situations similar to," beat "The great fire from a couple months ago." No yelling for little mistakes. A sigh passes her lips. "Yes, I will not forget, Komeiji."
[Action]
She grasped Satsuki's hand, squeezing it. "You're full of glass and ice and keep filling in fractures over and over again. Now no one can see through it and you're never water. Please, relax. I wont let bad things happen." A pause. "You look so tired. You can trust me, okay?" This might not be a bad thing. After all, with how much Koishi liked to talk, there was no doubt she would speak up if someone lied to Satsuki or approached her with ill intent.
That and the girl's offensive powers were nothing to sneeze at.
"Good. If someone makes the same mistake over and over and they're not trying you should yell though."
[Action]
Well. When she isn't placing things in disarray or stumbling in during Satsuki's baths to show off a new find.
The Deputy Guardian stares silently at her tiny companion, and while there is a reflexive twitch of her hand, she doesn't outright draw it away. It's curious to her; the time they've spent together is a drop in the bucket compared to the time Satsuki had spent with the Elite Four and yet when she's asked to trust Koishi, she's so close to feeling that she can.
Though, logically, why shouldn't she? She's practically bared her soul to the youkai already. "I will try, Komeiji. I just think that I need a little more time." she replies with an almost sad smile.
"It is almost time.. I should prepare."
[Action]
"Miss White? Let's have some jasmine tea later, okay? And turn on the box that plays music. There are spinning circles in your mind. So many of them." She felt a faint wave of calm ripple through her. It wasn't enough to completely calm her down but it did help her focus a bit more. "I can help but I can't fix it for you, okay? You wouldn't appreciate it if I did."
She straightened up, readjusting her hat. "I'll be quiet and let you get ready now. Do your best, okay?"
[Action] *sobs* She's so cute. T_T
No, that's a lie, she does no, but there's always that reluctance inside her when it comes to emotional investment. Perhaps it's already to late and she's just in denial. She just doesn't know right now.
But what she does know is that an evening with jasmine tea and music sounds rather wonderful, and she'll be looking forward to that. ".. Certainly. That sounds acceptable." she murmurs. And with that she steps out into the bright lights of the outside world.
Do her best? She wouldn't have it any other way.
