8th Campaign [Video] / [Action] Backdated August 7th
[At roughtly 9 am, a young woman adorn in white appears in the feed, with a rather smug smile upon her features.]
Denizens of Genessia. Though it is behind schedule, the time is finally right to present the project I have been working on.
[The ground in the northwest region of Genessia City trembles. The shaking is strongest around the area of 12th and 13th street, though thankfully not enough to make buildings collapse. Anyone who has passed by the area before would have noticed a wall keeping civilians out, but what is in place now is absolutely nothing like what had been seen just the evening before:

What appears to be (from the outside) some sort of Colosseum stands in the area of Genessia city, atop a three story high asphalt hill.]
The construction of the school is nearly complete! I invite interested parties to meet at 12th and Hawthorne for a tour of what was formerly to be called Wily Academy, but now goes by the name of Second Honnouji Academy, located in Genessia City!
For those who do not know of me, I am Satsuki Kiryuin, Deputy Guardian of Nova City. Several months ago I had expressed my desire to bring students together in hopes of achieving unification. Unification so that we may work together as a productive, disciplined and motivated culture.
[The young woman's eyes narrow.]
However, following the calamity of Genessia City a mere two months ago, I have noticed that many have found themselves troubled by their self-perceived shortcomings. Therefore this Academy shall also become half Military Academy, to mold those that view themselves as 'useless' to become dutiful and organized emergency respondents.
Just so I am clear, those that arrive for the tour are not automatically considered enrolled in this academy. This is an opportunity to see what I have to offer, and obtain even more feedback- though based on the surveys many of you have filled out, I am confident that nearly everyone's needs should be met. I am also willing to answer any questions you may have, of course.
The tour will start at 1pm sharp and is estimated to be roughly 60 minutes long for the twelve floors.

...The idea of Laharl being 'his Overlord' would take some getting used to.]
Aha...yes, I must thank you for making sure I was well taken care of. I appreciate it. Thankfully, I am feeling much better than I was.
Hmhm, I may have to come and take a look in person.
Indeed. I believe she was...reasonably impressed with my efforts in battle, at least.
[She wouldn't mind talking to Vyers a bit, she has some questions that getting answers from Laharl would be like pulling teeth.]
You would be more than welcome; perhaps something may inspire you. I confess I did not have many demons in mind for attracting students and have noticed several more appearing as of late. Perhaps you could provide some valuable advice.
[It appears she's going to let the conversation about Nonon drop there.]
Whether or not he'd give her the answers she wanted remained to be seen, however. He had no reason to distrust her, yet, but for both Laharl's sake and his own, there were certain pieces of information he wanted to keep secret.]
Ah yes, I gather a few more of us have arrived recently, although I have not spoken with them personally yet. I would be more than willing to offer a little advice. We can be a little unpredictable in that regard.
['Honour Student' and 'Delinquent' had rather different definitions in certain parts of the Netherworld, after all.]
[And not because she's a cutie pie, but due to 'clearly' being the more level headed of the two.]
Then I look forward to speaking with you on the subject.
[She's most interested in asking about Dimensional Gates; but is hesitant to bring it up over the feed; perhaps she can cooly slip it into the later conversatione. Which her mun will post eventually. *cough*]
[Sadly, love-freak Fallen Angels aren't too common in Netherworld terms, from what he's seen.]
Indeed. I hope to see you in person soon, then.
