What? Anastasia's wants to learn how to swim!

[After having a brief conversation with Nagisa, Anastasia spent a day to shop for a swimming costume.

Oh, how unbearably scandalous these swimsuits were. An old-fashioned girl like Anastasia would never want to wear something that revealing. But eventually, she found more modest outfits, but then found something almost absolutely perfect. Then, she had a brilliant idea. She got a pink one-piece swimsuit and will wear it with a pink mermaid tail skirt. The tail was open-ended for her feet so she can walk.

So now it was a new day and Anastasia went to the pool that Nagisa has been telling everyone about over the network. She was dressed in her pink mermaid swimming costume, with a towel draped over her shoulders as she stood by the edge of the pool, watching the water. Water in her own country was beautiful, but she was clearly in awe at the clarity of the pool.

Anastasia merely stands by the edge of the pool, occasionally looking around for other people.]

WHERE: Nova City (Beacon Academy subarchway + electric company) > Everglade (Hospital) > Genessia City (David's prison)

Nova City seemed armed to the teeth when it came to one subarchway in particular. The gateway to Beacon Academy almost looked like it was facing a robotic military invasion with how many of the robot police were stationed there. Despite that her “public announcement” had been filtered away from Cinder’s party, it wasn’t hard to discover that ever since Emerald’s alleged revealing of truths, whatever Ozpin had told the City Guardian and others from Remnant had resulted in her making what appeared to be a strong show of force to keep enemies out of the Beacon subarchway, which seemed to still be in the pristine state it had been before its Fall in their world.

What most seemed to think were desperate attempts to hold the criminals from her world on a short leash by granting clemency to Mercury Black, Roman Torchwick, and Neopolitan, Weiss had essentially convinced the world except for those in her inner circle that these criminals were walking away without any price to pay beyond not committing future crimes. One of those names were what she had really prized in this gamble, though, and he would be the one to finally make sure that Cinder got the idea in her head that that power she sought back on Remnant was here, was available and she could have even more of it. If Ozpin didn’t believe it was possible, after all, there would be no need for such precautions at the archway.

It was finally time for the moment of truth- whether Weiss was going to win this game of chess or if they would fall at Cinder’s heels yet again.

Who does she think she is? No one tells Cinder Fall to get their permission for anything, especially if it's about power and (more) power that belongs to the Fall. Maybe she thinks she's some important person here what with having made a name for herself but clearly someone should return her back to the damn ground.

Cinder remembers Ozpin telling her, that she will be overpowered here but... Honestly, Cinder either doesn't care or she doesn't believe it -- probably both and this can be a test. She doesn't take Mercury and Emerald with her, calling it a plan B in case anything goes wrong. Not that she's expecting that to happen but there's also a plan C.

Roman and Neo on the other hand get orders to make a distraction somewhere else while Cinder arrives here alone. If they get in trouble or worse, caught, it's not Cinder's problem and she'll be too busy here to help them.

She smirks at the sight of the robots, sending some explosive fire at two of them as soon as they see the witch before she starts walking toward the subarchway. She's looking confident as ever as she sees no reason not to stay that way.

Well, looks like they might take this a little seriously after all but overpowering Cinder Fall? Please, as if they even have any idea of what they're dealing with.

[ At last, it's moving day.

When the video feed clicks on, it isn't to the warm candle-lit room at the Dancing Donner but instead to a view of Garden Park on a sunny day. The camera pans to show Adela, wearing a small smile and a pretty blue dress in her new home. Really, the only reason why she's comfortable is that only the top part of the dress is showing. Even if the hem reaches her knees she's still not comfortable with that thanks. ]

Hello, everyone. I thought this would be the best way to let those I care of to know that I have moved, so I no longer reside in Fayren but in Genessia City. I still intend to work at Fawn's Forge, of course – there is no need to worry for my absence there. Perhaps I will see more of you more often, now.

[ Later, Adela can be seen wandering the halls of the Garden Park Apartment building, because she'd mostly taken it because of the view and wants to see what else is there. Granted, much of the machinery is new to her and she has to ask about how to use it (or to look at some handy signs in the case of the washing machine, that's convenient), but in fact the girl seems unusually cheery. She's enjoying herself, just learning and trying to live a little differently.

She finally meets the eye of another person however, blinking a little. That's when she realizes that she's basically out in public in the dress, immediately flushing before trying to shake it off and act naturally. People normally dressed this way, didn't they? So it was normal to show that much of their legs and arms... Even ones as scarred as hers...

No, still too hard not to blush and to get used to it. Still, she can make conversation, right? ]

What? Ryuko stretching her legs; lost in her thoughts. Come bug her!

[It's been a while since Ryuko first came to this place. She's gotten used to the different cities - but she like Genessia, best. It's big and busy, and familiar... which of course brought her mind back to her sister's place. That seemed a little too familiar for the moment, though. She isn't exactly sure how she feels about it.

She finds herself at the Hamete Strip Mall, eventually. Staring into a clothing shop, and feeling a familiar ache. She doesn't exactly have any spare cash to go shopping, so. She turned away to move on. She was fine with what she had, here. It wasn't like anything was going to change just staring into windows. The world didn't work that way.

Or the worlds, she guessed.]

[It was late night of May 16th, and what was Jessica up to? Why, it was the annual watching of one of her favorite movies! It was the film's anniversary, after all! Sure, Tom Cruise certainly wasn't one of her favorite actors (and the karaoke scene with him on piano singing with his wingman was cringe worthy for someone in the music industry), but like she always said to her friends. There was only one reason to watch the film, and that was because F-14 Tomcats. The movie was around 50 years old in her time, but it was still good, even for how cheesy it was at points.

By the time she switched on the feed, the credits were rolling and Jessica was singing along with the ending theme, which could be softly heard in the background. Being an idol singer, she was pretty damn good at it too, so it at least wasn't horrible on the ears like Maverick and Goose's singing in the movie. Yeah, and she totally sang along with the opening theme too. It was a crime not to.]

I'd say I'd be horribly disappointed in everyone if they didn't watch this movie today, but there's also that "other world" thing so I don't even know if it exists for some people. Or maybe it actually happened somewhere! [Actually no, that was a bad thing. She liked Goose.] Either way, does anyone seriously watch that movie for the actors? The F-14s steal the show. I sure wouldn't watch it for that volleyball scene. Needs more F-14s. Always.

[She was so absorbed in her ramblings about Top Gun that she didn't immediately notice that the clock had ticked over to midnight. Which meant it was the seventeenth now. When she finally noticed, her expression seemed to drop. She bit her lower lip, looking back at the feed and smiling nervously, but now she seemed pretty dejected. Someone clearly wanted to just be carefree in talking about F-14s again.]

Uhm. Would anyone be interested in going to a karaoke club or something later in the day? It's kinda selfish, but I'd kinda rather not be alone today. Well. What's now today. Meaning the seventeenth.

[She didn't want to publicly say it was her birthday. She sounded like she was pandering for attention as it was, she didn't want to add "it's my birthday" to try to guilt trip people or something. She wanted to maybe invite Weiss, but she wrote off that idea because she figured that girl was busy.]

Oh, and uh. What are some good job options here? I only really know how to sing. [And fight evil doers but she won't say that one out loud.]
