[A man glanced around and took shaky, shallow breaths, with eyes as wide as saucers. Behind him was some part of the forest in Fayren but, even in the coming evening gloom, it was apparent something had happened.

The trees were scorched, but there was no fire. They were drenched, but they weren't next to any apparent water. And, on top of that, something had ripped through some of them and torn a few in half.

Bracken was unscathed even if he looked alarmed. He clung to his staff like he needed it to live, and otherwise had some plain looking but clean robes. The only notable thing would be the necklace tied to his belt, rather than placed around his neck.]

H-Help! A, A little girl is after m-me!

[His voice was tense and manic with fear.]

[Action - Fayren]
[Bracken wasn't particularly hiding. Anyone could stumble up on him if they wanted.

They wouldn't find any little girls anywhere. She didn't exist. The damage done to that piece of the forest, however, was very real, and was only around the area that Bracken was standing.

Rather than introducing himself, he had managed to find an area that looked most familiar to him and wandered there. And there was no reason to stop him - he was quiet and wasn't causing any trouble. But after meandering into the forest for a while, well, somehow this had come about...]

WHO: Chrom, OPEN
WHAT: Chrom arrives in Genessia! But there's no trumpet fanfare or anything cool like that, just a confused lord who has no idea how holograms even work.

Amazing...it's so futuristic!!

[With no introduction or warning, Orihime's wide-eyed expression just appears on the screen. She's a little too close to start, but backs up once she can see what the video feed looks like in the upper corner. Just a bit further...there, now she's aligned just right.]

[Ah...maybe she should have thought about what she wanted to say before fiddling with the device.]

A...anyway, nice to meet you! I'm Orihime Inoue, and I just arrived. I'm a little surprised how calm everyone is! Is it really okay not to be worried?

[Because she actually is, despite her curious and awkward smile.]

I guess I'd better keep this brief. I just wondered if there was anyone here that I know. Hup!

[There's a light splash as she pushes herself off of the cocoon bed, the water immediately soaking her shoes.]

I'm going to take a look around, but if you have any advice, or if I look familiar, please let me know. And feel free to say hello if I pass you on the street!

[Orihime bows slightly, and the feed ends.]

[he takes some time to peruse the materials, listen to the hologram, and note maps and things, all the while bemused. He would say it was a dream only he can't remember the last time he's slept. And in that other sleep he doesn't dream, thank whoever, so he knows it's not that.

So a kidnapping, is it? The Soul Court is going to be pissed. Joseph can't help but smirk a little at that. He's glad and a little apprehensive to have slipped the leash for a while.

He mulls a little over what he finds and then decides to see who or what else is out there. It feels a little awkward introducing himself; like those college orientation classes all over again. But a bit of awkwardness never hurt anyone.


Still when the feed clicks on he's standing a little stiffly, gloved hand on the sleek black sheathed sword at his side.]

Uh... hello... My name is Joseph Fukuzawa.... I enjoy... uh... reading... parasailing... and uh... horseback riding.
