[The feed opens, and there's a teenage girl with purplish hair, staring curiously into the camera behind ENORMOUS glasses. Behind her is the familiar decor of Genessia public housing, and barely visible in the corner is an odd configuration of boards, cinderblocks and tools that any chemist, physicist or engineer would immediately identify as "That Workbench They Had in College That Was Cheap to Make, and Easy to Tear Down if They Got Kicked Out For Blowing Up the Place." Lucca had already been busy scrounging for those and scraps to take apart, as well as doing... other experiments, before she'd even gotten around to her tablet.]

--So THAT'S how the video feed works! fascinating... Oh, wait, that means it's transmitting now isn't it?! Ah, uh, hi! My name's Lucca, and I'm new here, although you probably already figured that out...

[She realizes she should probably open up discourse to help, you know, meet people, so she starts with the one thing fresh in her mind:]

Soooo are we really trapped here? What's causing the barrier? Does anyone know? 'Cuz it would have to be pretty powerful to stop... Well, to stop all of us from getting out.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The plaintive wail of having lost his job in one fell swoop was something Sadou Maou was keenly aware of. He screamed to the heavens at the injustice of it all, being ignored mostly by the other newcomers as he dropped to his knees.

"My job...!" He wailed. "My perfect attendance record, just... gone...!"

And his friends, servants and even noble steed Dullahan was gone.

"This sucks."

Backdated 3/20 An Hour Later

Walking into Everglade in an exploration made Sadou realize one thing: this place gave him so much power he felt at full power.

As a rule, he didn't transform into his full demonic form, and yet he rounded the corner to see a young girl being chased by a werewolf. As she passed him by, he grabbed the werewolf by the snout and slammed him into the pavement.

"Huh, so I did regain a lot of power just walking in here," he said, as the girl thanked him. And the werewolf whimpered as he picked him up. "Hey, buddy. Don't prey on innocent girls."

And he punted the werewolf across the yard towards the police station.

NOW - 3/21

"Welcome to Geraldi's Pizzeria, my name's Sadou Maou I'll be your waiter for today."

HE SECURED WORK! And sure it was the bottom of the totem pole, but Sadou was glad he found work. He needed work, and the first thing to buy was a new bike. And then find a new home to make his Demon's Palace.

And then... well...

"May I suggest the special for today? It's a two pies for one deal, and it comes with a fresh batch of chicken fries."

[Hello Genessia, have a rather bemused looking frog-man peering with some great interest at the strange flat device he'd been given upon his arrival. Though the pictures and instructions have helped a great deal in teaching him how to use the thing, he's still new to this and not 100% sure he's doing it right.]

...ah! 'tis sending an image to the masses, aye? A curious object, forsooth.

Though mine abode is a humble one, I shouldst thank the denizens of this town for offering shelter upon mine arrival. I know not what hast happened, nor how I may leave this place... methinks I shall venture forth 'fore long and learn more of the environs and its people.

[Oh... there's another thing that others may spot in the background as Frog talks. A microwave seems to be happily whirring away, containing a few items of food, two of them being wholly intact eggs. As far as Frog is concerned, the device is supposed to be used for cooking food. Nobody told him about any exceptions to the rule!]

Shouldst anyone bear witness to this message, perchance we may meet with one another in time. The matter of--

[There's a sudden bang, a startled croak and a final exclamation of 'zounds!' before the feed cuts off.]

You know, you'd think that getting out of bed was hard, but you should try getting out of a pod and waking up in a strange cavern. The blunette stretched herself out, her Magical Girl clothes turning back to her regular school uniform. Sure, she was confused at first, but she came to the realization that maybe this was apart of a witch's lair? Luckily her suspicion was wrong when she listened to the hologram.

This..was definitely a joke!

So she made a voice message.

Hey, is anyone there? Madoka? ..you there? [there was a spark of worry, realizing Madoka hadn't made her wish yet] Augh, you better be safe, you hear me? Where are you?

[she tried to remember what had happened before all of this. Sayaka tried to reach out to Kyuubey too, he should be around...]

[While waiting for a response from anyone, she walked to the city, taking in the sites and strangeness of it all..actually it was pretty cool! But first she spotted a small cafe. Maybe a quick drink will help?]

The brunette listened to the hologram many times over. He understood, and yet didn't understand a thing. Luckily a lot of the basics were easy to figure out..he just wished that he had his eye-sight back. Once the hologram was done, Lark went to put on his necklace, and hold the key. He knew certainly well that he was fighting, was controlled, was blinded, and died..so this was probably a form of the underworld of sorts. Take deeeeeep breathes, Lark told himself, any challenge could be faced...

The concept of being kidnapped, though, and how real this place felt like it wasn't a spiritual place. In fact he could feel the sunlight from the cave he was in. The young warrior paged through the pamphlets, the supposed money, and made sure all of his tools were in place to gather more questions. Just from hearing the young woman (but not feeling a true presence) his mind immediately knew that this was a magical place. No doubt the audio came from it. Biting his tongue, knowing how hungry and thirsty he was, Lark stepped forward.

That was a mistake.

The sun was harsh and it burned him until a new sensation flooded his whole body.

Blinking, Lark opened his eyes and saw the brand new world around him! So unlike his world this Gennessia was! And he could see again on top of that! This was great! The only problem is that everything was dropped beside him. Lark guessed the excitement got to him about seeing until seeing..paws. Brown paws. He staggered back, shocked, Lark glanced in the pool near him and saw a wolf before him. Was that him...? Aah he was going to have a rough time..so many questions....

He took as much of the papers as he could, along with the key in his mouth and slowly started towards the new place. Someone had to know about how to lift this curse!
