He is actually wearing a decent shirt and you can clearly see his hair since it's not longer hidden, his short blond hair with some longer strains in the front, short bangs. He actually look like a decent young boy for a change.

[Percy couldn't handle being bored. His mind needed something to focus on so that it wouldn't remember what he'd been through. That's what he had nightmares for. So when he wasn't looking for work, he was practicing. Currently he was walking down the street and trying his best to call small rocks along the road.
