5pm-6pm: Seating
6pm-7pm: Dinner

Choices:
1. Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb w/ a Bordeaux
2. Pan-Seared Halibut with Roasted Asparagus and Beurre Blanc Sauce served w/ California Sauvignon Blanc.
3. Mushroom, Chestnut, and Camembert Puff Pastry Parcels (Vegetarian Option) w/ White Cabernet
(All items served with a choice of garden salad or spicy cucumber salad.)
(Wines will be substituted for those underaged or upon request with a choice of water or white grape juice.)

7pm: Dessert is served

Choices:
1. Hazelnut Chocolate Star Cups - Design ref. A dark chocolate balloon cup coated with finely chopped hazelnuts so that look like stars in the night sky. Inside, it's filled with a layer of nutella mousse and topped with a fudge frosting and a piped tempered white chocolate star.
2. Coconut Pannacotta and Pineapple Stars. Design ref. A creamy yet light pannacotta dish with star-cut pineapples with caramelized edges, covered with a thin and crunchy spun sugar display.
3. Tiramisu Glasses - Design ref. Tall glasses filled with a marscapone whipped cream, a layer of coffee-soaked lady fingers, and topped with puff pastry stars and berries.
(Dessert is served with a choice of a 6oz coffee, tea of choice, or hot cocoa.)

7:10pm: Weiss Schnee's Speech (Here.)
7:30pm: Live Music Performances by Celebrities: Muse and Minako Aino
8:30pm: DJ plays, Planetarium goes on for a star show while staff clears tables and chairs out to open a dance floor. (Modern and fun music selection, not full-on rave, but not classic ballroom either. There is a variety of music styles played, more upbeat in the beginning, then slower songs toward the end.)
11:00pm: Music is quiet, open mingle, and a fundraising area for the GSRF is opened.
11:30pm: As party closes and guests begin to exit, a fireworks show begins to say goodbye for the night and thank everyone for coming.

Koishi jumped a little as Aya popped in behind her, her spell nearly breaking. She turned quickly, blinking a few times before breaking into the biggest smile. "Miss Crow! Hello there!" She would have hugged Aya if not for having her hands full. "I didn't know you were here! More and more of my friends are showing up! Isn't that great?"

Her patters grew more pink in the sky, switching from roses to hearts, the bullets looping into more complex patterns as the little youkai's excitement grew.

Aya's got a smug grin on her face. After all, she was able to sneak up on someone like Koishi for once, with the grin getting wider as she also noticed she avoided a tentacle hug. Not that they were bad, but this yukata was quite important and she didn't want it unduly wrinkled. "Nice to see you too, Koishi. Good to know that others were around like the maid said."

Aya easily matched the pattern's complexity as they grew, adding in more looping circular bullets into the air that crossed over each other multiple times before fading out. "What do you think of the party, Koishi? Could use some oni sake, but I don't really think they've got something like that here."

Though it was understandable that the tengu managed to sneak up on the younger satori. With all the chaos going on in the gala, the psychic presence in the area was quite thick and the fireworks were quite loud.

"Maid? Oh! Yes! She was at new years! There was lots of danmaku then." Too bad Aya hadn't been there for that. "I got to duel Miss Raccoon and Sis got to duel Miss Bats. It was a lot of fun."

"Hmm? Oh yeah, you guys have actually been here for quite a while then haven't you?" Aya replied off-handedly, waving a hand to send a spray of crimson orbs floating through the sky. "Maybe I should hunt you all down for your takes on being stuck here." No Aya, you shouldn't go trying to bug Remilia or Satori in their homes.

"Yeah we have!" The little youkai nodded, her third eye swaying a bit from side to side. She complimented the crimson danmaku with a variety of blues. "That would be really interesting if you did. There are lots of different people here. Maybe you could make it a thing you do regularly? Talk about the opinions of different people. I bet everyone would enjoy it!"

"Hrm....I suppose that would be interesting under some consideration, though I don't want my paper to be just full of other people's opinions." Just her own opinions. "It wouldn't be my paper if I left it like that."
