5pm-6pm: Seating
6pm-7pm: Dinner

Choices:
1. Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb w/ a Bordeaux
2. Pan-Seared Halibut with Roasted Asparagus and Beurre Blanc Sauce served w/ California Sauvignon Blanc.
3. Mushroom, Chestnut, and Camembert Puff Pastry Parcels (Vegetarian Option) w/ White Cabernet
(All items served with a choice of garden salad or spicy cucumber salad.)
(Wines will be substituted for those underaged or upon request with a choice of water or white grape juice.)

7pm: Dessert is served

Choices:
1. Hazelnut Chocolate Star Cups - Design ref. A dark chocolate balloon cup coated with finely chopped hazelnuts so that look like stars in the night sky. Inside, it's filled with a layer of nutella mousse and topped with a fudge frosting and a piped tempered white chocolate star.
2. Coconut Pannacotta and Pineapple Stars. Design ref. A creamy yet light pannacotta dish with star-cut pineapples with caramelized edges, covered with a thin and crunchy spun sugar display.
3. Tiramisu Glasses - Design ref. Tall glasses filled with a marscapone whipped cream, a layer of coffee-soaked lady fingers, and topped with puff pastry stars and berries.
(Dessert is served with a choice of a 6oz coffee, tea of choice, or hot cocoa.)

7:10pm: Weiss Schnee's Speech (Here.)
7:30pm: Live Music Performances by Celebrities: Muse and Minako Aino
8:30pm: DJ plays, Planetarium goes on for a star show while staff clears tables and chairs out to open a dance floor. (Modern and fun music selection, not full-on rave, but not classic ballroom either. There is a variety of music styles played, more upbeat in the beginning, then slower songs toward the end.)
11:00pm: Music is quiet, open mingle, and a fundraising area for the GSRF is opened.
11:30pm: As party closes and guests begin to exit, a fireworks show begins to say goodbye for the night and thank everyone for coming.

"Oh right right. Sorry about that." Natsu said with a laugh. He just had a bit of a problem with names on first meeting. Something Lucy or should he say 'Luigy' was more than familiar with.

"Figures you'd keep track of that, Lucy." What with her close bond to the celestial realm and constellations and everything. It was quite fascinating though to hear that this particular sky actually shared the constellations they had back in Earthland.

"It's fine, I wouldn't hold it against you." She was a tiny bit amused honestly, but she guessed it would be remembered later anyway. She hoped.

"Are you both fans of stars then? Since you mentioned you figured she would keep track of that?" She asked feeling more than a little interesting in knowing more about them, which was always a positive to say the least, especially with waiting around.

Lucy would assure Yukiko that Natsu would remember her name eventually. She was living proof! Grinning warmly over at her partner, she nodded, "Of course. Good food and dancing aside, it's the stars that are more important to me."

Oh, and the whole reason for the gala too she supposed. Glancing at Yukiko, she chuckled softly, "Ah... a little more than 'fan' I'd say.." But saying she looked out for them, almost like a caretaker, sounded a little odd to someone not familiar with celestial mages. "They're old friends." Metaphorically and literally speaking.

"Yeah you bet. Heck I used to call Lucy Luigy for the first day she was in the guild." Yes he was quite proud of that mess up if just to get a reaction out of Lucy over it.

"Well I wasn't always but it's easy to start liking the stars when you hear Lucy talk about them" He was giving her way too much credit than she probably wanted but it was genuine. He hadn't started paying attention to the heavens this much until he met Lucy after all.

She held her hands in front of her quietly, listening to each and every word and just smiling as she nodded, paying attention and show them that she was.

She soon looked over slightly, they did make the stars sound rather nice and something she wanted to know a little bit more about really. However it wasn't going to be for a little while yet, so she had to make do with other things until then.

"I think I can understand why. the stars can be very beautiful if you watch them from the right spot. But old friends? What exactly does that mean?"

"It wasn't -that- funny!" Lucy huffed hat her partner's amusement, folding her arms at the huge, HUGE offense (only not really offended).

Glancing to Yukiko, she let out a breath, smiling faintly, "Well, I am a celestial mage - so I'm friends with the celestial spirits - the physical representations of the stars. The Constellations to be exact. You know, Leo, Virgo, the Southern Cross, Scorpio, Aq.." She cut herself off slightly. "I'm uh, able to call on them when I need to." In a nutshell.

"Yeah it was. Should've seen your huffy face whenever I said it." Oh yes he was watching and committing all of it to memory from way back then.

He caught that trip over the name of Aquarius and frowned a little knowing all too well what that was related to. "They're all really cool too. Cancer did Lucy's hair the way it is now."
