6pm-7pm: Dinner

Choices:
1. Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb w/ a Bordeaux
2. Pan-Seared Halibut with Roasted Asparagus and Beurre Blanc Sauce served w/ California Sauvignon Blanc.
3. Mushroom, Chestnut, and Camembert Puff Pastry Parcels (Vegetarian Option) w/ White Cabernet
(All items served with a choice of garden salad or spicy cucumber salad.)
(Wines will be substituted for those underaged or upon request with a choice of water or white grape juice.)

7pm: Dessert is served

Choices:
1. Hazelnut Chocolate Star Cups - Design ref. A dark chocolate balloon cup coated with finely chopped hazelnuts so that look like stars in the night sky. Inside, it's filled with a layer of nutella mousse and topped with a fudge frosting and a piped tempered white chocolate star.
2. Coconut Pannacotta and Pineapple Stars. Design ref. A creamy yet light pannacotta dish with star-cut pineapples with caramelized edges, covered with a thin and crunchy spun sugar display.
3. Tiramisu Glasses - Design ref. Tall glasses filled with a marscapone whipped cream, a layer of coffee-soaked lady fingers, and topped with puff pastry stars and berries.
(Dessert is served with a choice of a 6oz coffee, tea of choice, or hot cocoa.)

7:10pm: Weiss Schnee's Speech (Here.)
7:30pm: Live Music Performances by Celebrities: Muse and Minako Aino
8:30pm: DJ plays, Planetarium goes on for a star show while staff clears tables and chairs out to open a dance floor. (Modern and fun music selection, not full-on rave, but not classic ballroom either. There is a variety of music styles played, more upbeat in the beginning, then slower songs toward the end.)
11:00pm: Music is quiet, open mingle, and a fundraising area for the GSRF is opened.
11:30pm: As party closes and guests begin to exit, a fireworks show begins to say goodbye for the night and thank everyone for coming.

Lucy flinched slightly at the confrontational question. Goodness, it was like he knew she had a habit of hiding that kind of thing or something. ...coff. Well. WELL. She already tried lying to him and kind of failed miserably at it not a few minutes ago, so naturally she's going to ... try to fib a little. A LITTLE.

"...No, I'm not just saying that..." She DID dare. And huffily too. It was only a small, teeny tiny fib. She -could- make it back to their room at Fayren fine. It's just, her feet would be killing her afterwards.

Maybe because she had a habit of lying or avoiding his questions. THe fact that even he caught on was proof of how much Lucy did that around him. To the point that even he'd realize it was happening.

So here have Natsu getting even more in your Grill Lucy as he just stares wordlessly into your eyes.

She should have been honest from the start, considering he called her on her fib earlier, but she had been hoping he'd think she wouldn't dream of fibbing again so soon. She can meet his eyes for only so long before she has to look away, fighting back a blush.

"...w..what are you looking at me like that for. You don't have to worry so much..." You're killing her, man. WHERE IS THE THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE WHEN SHE REALLY NEEDS ONE.

"Trying to get the truth out of you~ Since you're not gonna be honest I'll just carry you anyway." Lucy had best try and run if she wanted to stop him now. Because it's clear that he's 100% serious

Oh god. "What... You can't...be serious." Try and run is right - she usually has no problem running in heels, but these ones were different from what she normally wore. They weren't meant for running. She actually backs up a step or two, but when it's obvious that he's -serious- about carrying her, she squeaks and turns to make a break for it. Though it's probably futile, she's making the effort anyway, even though she doesn't run as well. HELP, RABID DRAGON!

Not a chance. Natsu scoops her up off of her feet and holds her to his chest before walking through the Fayren gate. "Stop making a scene and just let me take care of everything, weirdo."

ACK! "What are you doi.. p-put me down..!" She squeaks. Dear lord she didn't think she could handle be this close to him. "N..Natsu...!" At least she wasn't squirming? She didn't want to make him accidentally drop her, for all of her fussing. Although she should stop making such a fuss, or she'll draw attention from a bunch of people, and she wanted that even less. She covered her face with a hand, blushing apple red. How was she supposed to rebuild her denialfence if he kept doing things like this?

"Told you to stop making a scene didn't I? People are gonna start looking at you." Since he could care less how the rest of the world saw him. So that kind of issue would only affect her and not him. That was his flawless logic and he was sticking to it to the end.

His shamelessness was an eternal source of flustering embarrassment for her! But ... Okay okay she knows that she was making a scene and she was drawing attention, but he was holding her so close she couldn't -not- notice it. She made a vague noise in her throat to stifle the urge to shriek and fuss more.

Taking a breath, she glanced at him, "T.. this is silly, you don't..have to carry me all the way through town...!"

"Well I already am so it'd be kinda silly to put you down now. Just stay still until we get to the Inn okay?" Natsu said shaking his head and picking up the pace with ease as he carried her along the main street. Thankfully for poor Lucy, the Inn was already in view.

"Oh we're already here huh?"

Lucy sighs slightly. What is her life, really. "That... didn't take so long." She was almost disappointed, actually. Embarrassment aside ..well -- no no, don't go there Lucy. More importantly, he's going to put her down now, right? ...maybe?

Nope still not letting her down. That was only until they got the Inn door. That was when he finally let her go. Pity though sine he felt like carrying her all the way up to their room really but something told him Lucy wouldn't have appreciated it. So back to her feet she went.

He was such an intuitive creature. She would have been unbelievably flustered if he'd carried her all the way up to their room, but as it is, she was safe. Though the innkeeper was raising an eyebrow at the pair. "Is she all right?"

Lucy waved a hand dismissively, smiling, "I'm fine, I'm fine, My friend just...worries." A bit too much sometimes. Despite her unappreciative behavior, she adored that part of him. It just..made things awkward.

Glancing at Natsu, she smiled slightly. "See...?" She's absolutely fine. She's just...uh..., going to make for the stairs quickly, looking forward to being able to sit down.

IT was all natural too. So while Lucy quickly went up the stairs he stayed behind to explain the state of things to the Inn lady.

"Her feet were sore after all the dancing so I just carried her the rest of the way. That's all there's to it really."

The innkeeper chuckled, watching Lucy make her quick escape, turning back to Natsu. "Oh, is that all it was? That's a shame, you two make such a cute pair. But if you're not more than that, I just lost my bet. Oh well." She tsktsks softly.

Man, she could have made a whole five hundred clams~! .... not really clams though.

"A bet on what?" Oh dear. He had just gotten curious about what the Inn Keeper was talking about. He clearly did not have a single lcue and he'd taken the pair comment as meaning that they were partners.

Oh dear indeed. The innkeeper gave Natsu a puzzled look - he really hadn't an idea? "Oh, I was betting one of the girls here that the two of you were in love, so when you came in carrying her like that... --well, Maybe I'm an old romantic, but I think you'd be cute together, and you must have noticed the way she-" She paused, suddenly realizing. "Ah, d-don't mind me, I'm just an old blabbermouth after all...!"

She didn't want to get strangled by certain cute blonde girls.

And Natsu returned that puzzled look right back at her. "Uhhhh me and Lucy....?" He repeated sounding a little further away than he actually was. Lucy was a great many things for him. Something precious, something dear. Something he would do anything to protect even if it meant quitting his humanity. Did all of that translate as...love?

The innkeeper panicked a little, smiling nervously. "Y-yes, well, as I said I do tend to talk too much ...you're always together, and you are staying in the same room so naturally I suspected -- erm. N..Nevermind. After all, it's not like you've kissed each other -- If you had, well --" She coughed. "Oh! Listen to me going on about such things! I do apologize." She's so nosy. "In any case, you should hurry on or your ...partner will worry won't she?"

Natsu gave a very noticeable flinch when the Innkeep mentioned a kiss. They hadn't actually kissed until that night since the scarf had always been in the way. But that had changed tonight and hearing it come up as an example of...yeah his brain might just be going into overdrive right now before the Innkeep mentioned Lucy worrying.

"O-Oh. Um yeah I should probably...get going yeah." And with that he turned on his heel and headed up the stairs.

The innkeeper wonders if maybe, just maybe, she spoke too much! Oh dear. "Yes, of course, have a good night." Maybe she'll apologize in the morning, since she was mistaken.

In any case, Lucy left the door open for him, and was sitting on the bed with a book, absently rubbing her feet now that they were free of her shoes. She'd need to change out of her dress before bed, of course, but for the time being? Blissful shoeless freedom!

In another world two evil schemers would be paying the innkeeper for a job well done. Natsu was still ruminating the implications of what the Inn Keep had said. Would a kiss really be evidence that Lucy...no that couldn't be.

Natsu let himself into the room shaking his head briefly before he lifted his eyes and saw her there. A book already in her hand something which got a chortle out of him.

"You really didn't waste any time huh?"

If they caught wind of that conversation, you can bet they'd be tipping the Innkeeper in secret! When Natsu stepped in, Lucy glanced up, having at least calmed enough to flash him a warm smile. "Well, you took so long..." She teased. Didn't he know he was her entertainment? But seriously, she tilted her head, absently brushing her hair back with a hand. "What kept you?"

"Huh? Oh uh the innkeep was wondering why I had to carry you back so I told her about what a great time we had at the party and how your feet were sore from dancing." That was about the safest half-lie he could say right now. Hopefully Lucy bought it.

Hmmm... well it certainly sounded valid enough a reason, so she didn't think to question it. "Oh... that's ..." She paused, deciding to not finish her sentence. At least not with what she originally was going to say. "..good. That's good." She didn't think he'd blab about ...that other thing. "Oh, I figured you'd want to change first, so ..." Well, that's why she hadn't changed out of her dress yet.
