01 BRAINS ; VOICE

I come from a world where there aren't exactly any non-humans, so sorry if this has been asked a million times, but:

How many non-humans are there here? What kinds of non-humans? Is this really common in most peoples' worlds? Do any of you have to like.. hide? What and how do you eat?

[ No, any more specific than that it'll seem questionable. She just needs information though. And maybe to not feel quite so alone sitting in a morgue with not enough bodies in it to make her feel comfortable that she's going to be okay the whole time. ]

Back home, not here. It doesn't seem like there's much need to hide that sort of thing here, if the vampire running for office means anything.

That's a good question, but I have no idea. They were defeated in my world, but this guy managed to live way past his time.

[David wouldn't be surprised to hear that many people came from worlds where they existed, though.]

You don't have to worry about that. [He'd be fine, though. It wasn't like he didn't have experience with something similar. Though it would be interesting to see the conflicting personalities and memories within her.]

Both questions depend entirely on the mutant and their ability. For instance, someone that manipulates electricity might need to absorb it from different sources if they can't generate it themselves. Some of us can use our abilities without end, while others stamina will drain and make it harder to use their ability.

For medical care, we have enough allies or mutants themselves that are skilled in that area. If someone with a physiology that is greatly different from normal needs medical care, they can usually figure out how to treat them. Though we do have healers that can heal a body with a simple touch or through giving their blood to the injured person. It's not out of the norm for mutants with different physiology to be given a full physical, just so the way their bodies work can be better understood.

I'm the only mutant here, at least from my world. And you don't have to worry about me needing medical care. However..people are here from different worlds. It's possible that their biology could different from what you might know too. It might not be a bad idea to put out a call to willing people here and schedule some physicals, if that is something you'd like to do. I'd be happy to help you set things up.

Just try not to wave any sharp objects at them? Still, if you wanted to be a doctor, you do have the knowledge, don't you?

I won't try to get you to. But it's never bad to know that there is a doctor in the house.

Exactly. So if I ever burst into your place of work to drag you away and into a situation, know that it is an emergency.
