Let's settle this once and for all. Sun Wukong was a thief. However, he is also a good person and has taken that know-how and turned it into a viable business in Fayren and can now support himself with that. He's more mature than he once was even if he's still a dumb teenage boy sometimes and he still needs to apologize to Satsuki Kiryuin for physically pointing a weapon at her at a peaceful gathering as well as drudging up the past about a situation she clearly developed from and worked to improve upon.

Satsuki Kiryuin needs to apologize to Sun for treating him with disrespect regardless of whether it was rooted in his own stupidity at the time or of a discriminatory nature instead of explaining the matter he was mad about like a mature adult. She also needs to apologize to the public for using his accusations- which, by the way, were made without consulting me first and I would've told him to speak to Satsuki privately with a mediator present- to waste the public's time trying to explain how she deserves redemption for her actions but he doesn't, despite that they've both come a long way from the people they once were.

I'd personally like to apologize to everyone who's had to watch either side of this bickering. Vote for who you think would be a better leader and protector of this city, not who can dig up the oldest, most out-of-date information possible about someone who isn't even a candidate.

Now: Does anyone have any questions about what any of the candidates are actually bringing to the table?

Satsuki may have her reasons, but it doesn't excuse how she treated him. He didn't have to act the way he did either and I don't think he has all the facts, but she actively challenged him to do so, then acted like she was the victim being attacked when he spoke up. In short: They're both in the wrong and they're both being stubborn dolts about it and I'm sorry that everyone has to deal with their argument, particularly since I'm friends with at least one of them and I was on good terms with the other until I suspect recently.

[ Weiss knows that second part already. ] I noticed. We've ordered a new one, it should be installed in the next day or so.

I do remember the "mandatory education" thing she had brought up back then, and I was one of those who opposed it. Though I haven't spoken with her much, if at all, since then, so I don't know how she's changed. And I had never spoken with that guy before his recent message.

[At least that guy isn't running for Guardian. Still, Karla's still iffy on the whole politics thing and will likely decline to vote at all.]

As was I, but she backed off on that and took the suggestions she was given to improve. It was actually what made me come around to respect her in the first place. Sun is from my world and he's a Faunus, so he's used to being discriminated against. Even I treated him poorly when we first met, but most of the time it seems like Faunus are driven to have to break the law because they're discriminated against so heavily. Which doesn't make it right, and Sun's come a long way since I first met him. The biggest problem with Satsuki is that she only chooses to see her own improvement and not that in others, even going so far as to believe an article that called him a furry and said he threw feces with zero evidence. I'm surprised she hasn't tried to call me a discriminatory child who refuses to see anything other than what I want to.. but I suppose she didn't know me back then.
