WHERE: The Castle Royale Hotel, Genessia City.
WARNINGS: None.

The event space in the Castle Royale Hotel in Genessia City was decorated for this event. Pink hearts and other decorations were tastefully hung and placed all over the place to help people get into that romantic type of mood. It took quite a while to decorate it all, but it would take less time to get it all down once the event was over.

Just approaching the hotel, you would be able to hear the sound of music faintly playing. The event would have been awkward if there wasn’t any DJ at all to play music to get people in the dancing sort of mood. The DJ has their little area set up so he could entertain the guests with various genres of music. Some slow, some fast, some in-between. But the one thing it has in common is it is all something you can dance to.

The event officially starts at 5PM, but the doors themselves open at 4PM. Though at that time, things are still being set up, but you won't be asked to leave if you decide to sit around and wait for it to start.

Don't bid more in the auction than your character would plausibly have. For instance, if they don't have a job, they can't bid 10,000 redbills. Bidding should be done within their actual means.

Next up is Satsuki Kiryuin.

20 years young. Former Guardian of Nova City. She's beauty, she's grace, and she's definitely capable of stabbing you in the face! But don't let that scare you off, Satsuki is one hell of a woman. She's intelligent as she is powerful in more ways than one. So if you're down to meet someone like this, with amazing looks that somehow literally glow, bid on her.

[Troy raised his hand. His face bore a hint of cringe with his usual easy-going smile. It was only because he's guilty of being the one signing Satsuki up as a joke, not being aware that people can't back out even if they didn't sign themselves up]

[ Weiss can tell that Troy looks guilty. So she's going to screw with him. And Satsuki, why not? It's for charity. She can make Troy sweat for charity. ]

2,500.

[Troy was surprised to hear Weiss' voice one-up his already big offer. He raised a brow at Weiss who was standing not far from him, tilting his head and looking at her curiously as if to ask "Whaaat are you doing?" with a hint of "Don't tell me you like girls too" on his smile]

3000!

[He spoke out loud. He's in a disadvantage here. He's basically going against the richest person in Genessia. But he's not one to go down without a fight. Even if it means he'll have no more redbills by the end of this]

[ She said it, making a yawning gestures. She was being such a little shit to Troy but.. well, hey, he's smiling. So that must mean that he's not mad about it. ]

[Gama had been sitting by watching. Of course he'd be there. He was Satsuki's chauffeur after all. Still, he couldn't just sit around and watch people fight over Satsuki like this. He had to get in there and defend her, right? So, there was now a giant standing up with a fist full of bills.]

[ The fierce attitude of short people doesn't care how giant you are, Gama. A tiny bit of her just wants to bid against him solely because who gave anyone the right to be that tall?? ]

[Troy sees Weiss' yawning gesture, and as he was about to retort back with a "game on" gesture of his own, he surprised to hear another person bid on Satsuki with a big 5 grand amount. Shit, he's in trouble. He frowns for a brief second, gritting his teeth and contemplating whether or not he'll go big or go home.

A second has passed...]

[Immediately, his conscience is yelling at him for basically turning himself to probably the poorest man in Genessia. But dammit, he wants absolution for his crime. Saying "it's just a prank, bro" isn't gonna cut it]

[ Nui what are you doing, you don't even have that much money I'm pretty sure. And if so where did you get it??? Probably best not to ask. ]

[Gamagori had been moving to glare at Troy until he heard the diminutive tailor speak up. Goddammit Nui. No way in hell Gama is letting you get away with this so that glare is now focused solely on you.]

[ Money wasn't really an issue for Nui. If she needed it, she had ways of getting it. That said, she didn't have any obviously legitimate ways of getting it, so it might not be the most pertinent idea to throw too many four digit numbers. Yet.

Instead she just decided to have fun with Satsuki's pet.

She danced over and sat in Gamagori's lap, stroking his chest. ]

Oh, so protective of Satsuki-chan, huh? Sure you can afford all that? You must have lots of cash saved up from when you were a city big shot, huh?

[Gamagori tensed every fiber of his being with Nui so close. He'd love nothing more than to just bat her away, but he also didn't want to cause a scene here.]

I was never one of Satsuki's deputies. I could serve her better in a different role and as such I've been overseeing the academy as well as offering a taxi service within the city. I've saved quite a bit on my own.

How super duper awesome! But I guess you're tired of doing all these favors for Satchin without any reward, so you figure you'll buy her for the night and get something in return, huh??

[Gamagori could put up with a lot when it came to Satsuki. When she forbade him to even interact with Ragyo after learning of what she was capable of until their big coup, he restrained himself. When Ryuko began throwing a wrench into Satsuki's plans, he restrained himself. But this was not something he could abide.]

How dare you? [Nui would find a giant hand pushing her to the floor as he glared down at her.] How dare you insinuate Satsuki's affection could simply be bought on a whim. Of all the people in this place there is perhaps one person that knows her better than I do, and I'll be damned if I allow you to badmouth her.

Grand Courtier or not, even you need to learn your place.

[He was so very close to just breaking out his whip... but like always, he restrained himself. For Satsuki.]

[ Nui effortlessly perches onto a nearby chair, apparently unfazed by Gamagori's declarations. Perhaps causing this scene is what she wanted? Either way the result is fun. ]

Oh no, did I make a boo-boo? Are you gonna spank me~?

[David is there, as if appearing out of nowhere.]

Children, this is a peaceful event. For charity. If one or both of you can't play nice, you will be escorted out.

[Satsuki just watches everything unfold with a (not so) surprisingly neutral expression and adorn in yet another traditional, long-sleeved kimono with as she intends to 'win'. Let it not be said that Satsuki isn't a committed person. However, there are some things she notes.

A) Troy is most certainly going to get his just desserts.
B) She's convinced there is absolutely no way Nui has that kind of money, so her bid just makes her annoyed.
C) Gamagoori was actually unexpected, and she cringe just a bit as he seems to take what she perceives as Nui's bait.
D) This whole auction is rather embarrassing.]
