WHERE: The Castle Royale Hotel, Genessia City.
WARNINGS: None.

The event space in the Castle Royale Hotel in Genessia City was decorated for this event. Pink hearts and other decorations were tastefully hung and placed all over the place to help people get into that romantic type of mood. It took quite a while to decorate it all, but it would take less time to get it all down once the event was over.

Just approaching the hotel, you would be able to hear the sound of music faintly playing. The event would have been awkward if there wasn’t any DJ at all to play music to get people in the dancing sort of mood. The DJ has their little area set up so he could entertain the guests with various genres of music. Some slow, some fast, some in-between. But the one thing it has in common is it is all something you can dance to.

The event officially starts at 5PM, but the doors themselves open at 4PM. Though at that time, things are still being set up, but you won't be asked to leave if you decide to sit around and wait for it to start.

Don't bid more in the auction than your character would plausibly have. For instance, if they don't have a job, they can't bid 10,000 redbills. Bidding should be done within their actual means.

Okay, now I know you're drunk. [He pauses, but his voice is more subdued when he speaks again. Almost like he can't believe it.] That's-- are you sure? That doesn't sound like me. You, maybe.

[Sips his after.]

You probably get invited to a lot of parties. Being knighted and everything.

I'm sure. You were here when I first arrived. Ruby, Yang and Blake too. Everyone here has come and gone at least once. [Except Sun himself. He'd been here longer than..well..most people here.]

Here, maybe. I got invited to a chocolate festival a long while back after I stopped a serial poisoner named Candyman.

[There it was. The subject he had been tiptoeing over until Sun was ready.] ...Do you wanna talk about it?

Candyman? That's creepy. But a chocolate festival sounds fun.

[He sighs a little.] It's not like I didn't really think it could happen. I knew I could just wakeup one day and she'd just be..gone. Even if she comes back, she might not remember anything about what we had together.

[It was frustrating. He takes a big sip of wine.]

He was very creepy. He actually did a whole villainous monologue when I tracked him down. Even had to do the escape the Villain's base before it explodes thing.

It's really messed up.

[He doesn't comment on the sip. Sun feels like shit, he deserves to get drunk. He's got the foresight to not sip as much as Sun.]

Wow. That makes you sound like the comic book hero. I don't think I could listen to a whole monologue though. I can barely keep my eyes open during class.

Yeah. But I don't regret it, even feeling as bad as I do now.. [It was worth it in the end to just have that much time with her.]

He was speaking on a PA system, so I had no choice. If you bounty hunt enough, you'll have adventures like that too.
