ACTION; at the dream docks
[ The first thing Weiss had done when she woke up, after just sitting for a moment, had been to check her phone. Mayu's text was the first thing that she saw about Torchwick, so that was an issue she had to address as soon as she could. A look back at what she'd missed made it clear that he was going after Ruby and Weiss wouldn't let that happen. She needed to go home and see everyone. Now. She needed to make sure that when she walked in, she'd still be able to see the faces of those they'd lost.

Then.. then she'd figure it out. Weiss didn't have the luxury of sitting home crying, not here. She had work to do. She had to find some way to fix this. Aaand she also needed to make sure that the City Guardian's office hadn't gone to shambles because she left it in the hands of her Deputies who had just met that day. She couldn't mourn. She'd have enough time to do that alone, at home, back in Atlas.

Here she just had to find the people she cared about and protect them. If that meant coming down on crime a hundred times harder than normal, then so be it. Weiss too a deep breath, not checking if Sun and Jaune were awake yet, and turned her device to post. ]

This is Nova City Guardian Weiss Schnee speaking.

As of this moment, Roman Torchwick is considered a wanted fugitive. I'll offer level 5 payment as a bounty, direct from the City Guardian office. I would encourage other City Guardians to list him as a high-profile criminal as well. Torchwick's list of crimes includes murder, theft, kidnapping, torture, evading the law and that's just from his previous experience in Genessia. Back home he's done much, much worse.

If you do not have experience fighting, do not approach him. Keep in mind that to keep him alive, you'll need to break his aura but not go beyond that except to disable him. I don't care what state you bring him in provided that he's alive and secure. No one's getting paid for killing him because killing him still means he's free. Anyone found aiding, abetting, harboring, or hiding information about Roman Torchwick is considered a criminal and will be dealt with appropriately.

ACTION; Open to Remnant House / Anyone who wants to visit?
[ Once Weiss had left the Dream Docks, she went home to change clothes and check everyone's rooms. Chances were, those who didn't know what was going on would've just been going about their lives normally, maybe at work or off doing whatever errands, but she still just wanted to see if anyone was home. She wanted to see anyone. She wasn't even bothering with privacy, instead just peeking her heads into doors as she knocked. ]

[Have a pretty familiar head of blond hair poking out from behind the door to her room.]

Oh hey Weiss. You back already? You missed Ruby returning you know. Something seems up though, what's going on back home?

[Yang's greeting is accompanied by her waving her right arm in greeting to her teammate, left hand fiddling with a small knife she was using to slice an apple.]

Everything happened back home and frankly, you don't want to remember.

[ Yeah, Weiss is just walking over and shoving the knife hand out to the side so Yang doesn't stab her with it when she tries to hug her. Just deal with it, Yang. ]

That's...kinda what Ruby told me too.

[And then there's the hug. Yang sets down the knife slowly on the table before scooping up the heiress into her arms and lap. She's going to ignore protests on that action by the by.]

Whatever happened at home seems really bad. Do you...do you wanna talk about it?

[ They don't really come. If it's Yang, she can tell her. Weiss is the one who doesn't hide things from her teammates, especially not when it's important. ]

All three of you were in the hospital. I don't know what happened to any of you, my father took me before I could get many details. Pyrrha and Penny are dead. The last I heard from Jaune was when he called me screaming to save Pyrrha. I sent Ruby up there alone and she ended up in a coma.

[This was...definitely not what she thought it was going to be.]

I Uh...W-what? P-pyrrha's....oh man...

[Enjoy a tighter hug Weiss! Now you know why Ruby wants Yang to let her go during a hug.]

Oh my poor poor, Weiss. Do you want to spend the night with me? I should see about grabbing Ruby too. I don't want to leave you girls alone when this...whatever happened is leaving you this shaken up.

[And maybe try to wrest answers from Ruby, like why she might have ended up in a coma.]

[ Except Weiss is even slenderer than Ruby, so she's just shaking her head, her pitch a little higher. ]

[Oh, oops! Yang lets go of Weiss and simply leaves the girl on her lap, lighter hug this time.]

[ She shakes her head, but she's definitely working her way out of the hug now. ]

I can't. Jaune wants to go after Torchwick, and with being gone for a week I need to make sure Artanis and Troy kept up with the office work in addition to the actiony work. There's too much to do. I just want to talk to everyone and make sure everyone is okay here.

[Yang's not letting you go so quickly.]

Uh-uh. No way am I just going to let you work it off like that. Artanis and Troy have held on for a week, one more day won't kill them. The thing you need right now is rest and care.

So if you're not going to sit in the house, how bout we go get you one of those froyo drinks you like so much?

[ She's just going to be bending over here and literally backing up while bent practically into Yang's lap to escape.. ]

I'm not going to work it off. I'm serious about Jaune- don't let him out of the house. He's going to do something stupid and get himself killed and just because he told me he wouldn't doesn't mean I trust that. He's too much like the rest of us to want to just sit down and do nothing until he's able to think straight.

[Yang's got the experience of having to have Ruby try to weasel her way out of the hugs of Doom you know! That or she could just tighten the hug, though she does let you pull free.]

Then we should just put him in here too. I don't want any of you going outside when you're all reeling from whatever you just had happen to all of us.

Why don't you invite Sun and Professor Ozpin while you're at it too?

[ Weiss is much better at dealing with pain thanks to Genessia. She at least is managing to get a quip about it. Even if they probably need to be in the sleepover too, lbr. ]

What if we all have a large sleepover at my office?

Professor Ozpin's here? Who else showed up after you came back from the docks?

And if we had a sleepover at your office, you'd probably just stay up doing work instead of resting like the rest of you who went to the docks.

I'm not sure. I publicly declared war against Torchwick, though, and he responded. I'll let you know if I see anyone else around.

If you guys are there it'd be impossible for me to do work. I suggested it because it's more fortified than the house right now.

[Yang stands up out of her chair, apple and knife forgotten as she moves towards Weiss.]

Maybe I should head to the dream dock myself. I want to see what's up.

[ Weiss wants turrets. ]

At least while everyone's miserable, we can be in some place that's safe until we can get some serious weaponry and possibly a moat.

[ She knows a moat won't actually do anything but really, who doesn't want to fantasize about Torchwick getting his leg bit off by a croc at this point? ]

[She pauses at being told not to go, giving Weiss a somber look.]

Before you go just.. let me do some research first. There's something I want to look into before you go and it's better if you have all the information before you choose to or not. Please?

[ Weiss doesn't even know how depressed Yang is back home. She never found out. She just doesn't know what happens when you go into the Dream Docks and lose an arm. That's something she wants Yang to avoid if at all possible. ]

[That...sounds fair. Yang doesn't know what happens when someone goes to the dream docks after all.]

[She's already edgy enough with wanting to know what the hell went down.]

At the very least I'll bring my Moltres along. It'll keep me company in case something went down.

Moltres isn't going to be able to go home with you. It's just like going to sleep. Moltres can watch over you while you do, though.

Well that's what I mean. I'm not going to just assume I'll be safe just because I'm asleep. Not with everyone else around.

[And by everyone else she means Torchwick and whoever else he was allies with.]

I have no idea? If its Torchwick, he might still have some ally from here you know? Not everyone whose an enemy would be from Remnant.

I'm well-aware of that, believe me. I think all of his previous known associates are gone though.

[ She pauses briefly, sighing. ] Dracula's the closest thing to someone who's been causing real problems lately, and he's... I don't know. He's tried to help me before.

Doesn't mean they won't or haven't already popped back up again you know?

As for Dracula...well it's nice that he helped you out, but from what I heard of the news surrounding Everglade...I don't think he's someone we can really trust or rely on.
