[When the feed clicks on, he can be seen standing in the middle of Attleton's Colosseum, much to the annoyance of the spectators and assembled fighters.]
I have gone far too long without a decent challenge. As such, I have decided that I will not leave the Colosseum until that need is satiated. This is an open challenge to any and all who wish to test their mettle, come find me, and I will engage any who step into this arena. Be warned, however. I will not hold back. I intend to exercise my power to the absolute fullest for the first time since setting foot in this place.
Video
I think it might be good idea to give people a general idea of what they're getting themselves into. Especially if you're not planning on holding back on any of your opponents.
Re: Video
My power is a matter of public record at this point. I was created to be the most powerful Pokemon my world had ever seen, and bring it to its knees. I chose the Colosseum specifically because the penalties of death do not apply in the same way here.
Video
You must be ridiculously powerful if you can potentially subjugate your entire world. Maybe I'm wrong, but your invitation is starting to feel less about finding someone that can challenge you and more about finding someone you can let loose with. I knew someone with a similar problem back in my original world. It seems like once your level becomes high enough, the number of people you can fight without having to hold back diminishes greatly.
[He shifts uncomfortably.]
I know you said you won't hold back and death doesn't mean much in the Colosseum, but can you promise me that you won't kill any of the opponents that you overwhelm in your fights?
Video
I cannot. I have no intention of holding back, and those that step into the arena do so only after a warning that their power very likely pales before my own. They do so at their own risk.

"Fine. I'll be along."
About half an hour later, and lo, there Ted was, pokeball in hand as he strode across the sand. He looked as disappointed as he felt. He kissed the ball for good luck, then out popped Gengar in a flash. "Gengar gar! (Oh man, I get to whoop pencil-neck? Dreams really do come true!)"
Ted's eyes met Justice's own, like steel meeting ice. He wanted to say something grand, or at least sporting, but didn't have much beyond the basics. "You know what I'm about, I expect. Ready?"
[Action]
[Mewtwo gave Ted and the Gengar a glare he had not used on the man before. The usual calm collected demeanor given way to something far more savage... almost feral.]
Before we begin, I feel obligated to inform you that I chose this place specifically because the penalties of death do not apply here in the same way they do outside these walls. ...And if you stay in the ring, I will consider you a target as well, Theodore.
Re: [Action]
Okay, back to seriousness. "I won't be a party to that perversity, then. I'll be cheering you from the sidelines, Gengar. Do your best, and play nice." Ted knew men should not fight Pokémon, at least not for sport. Thankfully, Gengar always had an independent streak, and something like cleverness. If any of his menagerie could battle autonomously, he could. "I'll pick you up once this is over."
Gengar waved him off nonchalantly, eyes still focused on Justice. "(Yeah yeah. No promises.)"

Basing all his stuff on Pokken, the best of Gengar canons
Just as valid as any canon!
If only he had the broken af mega evolve. One day...
Mewtwo does have the added benefit of Smash stuff to pull from as well.

[Under any other circumstance, this sort of behavior would cause a deadpan glare to be shot Ace's way, but right now, Mewtwo had gone so long without a decent fight, his blood was nearly burning to unleash his power. However, he wasn't going to take out his frustrations on someone ignorant of his power.]
Before we begin, you must know I chose this location specifically because death does not hold the same penalties here as they do outside the arena. Humans - even those with extraordinary abilities - have always paled in comparison to my power. I will not be held responsible should you not survive my first attack.

I think I'll take the challenge. After my plague was cured, and the completion of my Passage, I haven't really had a chance to see how my power measures in comparison to the people here.
I will be frank, I do not think it is a good idea for you to do so. I have no intention of holding back, even should it endanger the lives of my opponent. Pokemon I do not fear for, however you are not a Pokemon.
While the Colosseum may not hold the same sting of death as the rest of Genessia, it is still ill advised.
Re: [Video]
[Well, that was an unexpected answer, one that almost contradicted his initial challenge.]
Oh...was your challenge specifically for Pokemon then? Are Pokemon really that much stronger than dragons? Will you say that to everyone who accepts your challenge?
[She's almost hurt that he would doubt her abilities.]
If you'd like, I could bring a couple of my clan mates. That should provide a bigger challenge, but I really thought I should do this alone.

[Sans was standing only a few feet away from Mewtwo. Again with the abuse of shortcuts. The way he was casually just combing his non-existent hair suggests he doesn't know what he stumbled onto, but is that really so?]
ya remember me, don't ya? it's yer ol' pal, Sans. how've ya been?
Action;
[Of all the people in Genessia, Sans was probably the only one that could get Mewtwo to lower his guard. Mewtwo had a knack for sensing power, and Sans was oddly devoid of it. As such, Mewtwo's posture relaxed slightly, but even that looked more feral than normal.]
What do you want, Sans? This isn't a good time or place.

just wonderin' why ya wanna fight alluva sudden. why don'tcha try some stand-up instead?

So... you're requesting a Pokemon battle?
Video
It does not matter what kind of battle, at this point I simply need battle. I have stagnated for far too long.
Video
[Dairine glances over towards the corner where her Eeveelutions are playing. It has been a while since her Pokemon have battled either, so the invitation might be welcomed.]
The Colosseum arena has certain rules of engagement, right?
[She had heard murmurs of the Colosseum but hadn't bothered looking more deeply into it. Wizardry was far too taxing to use for simple sport. Dair would need a very good reason to participate in battle herself.]

Was that a hint of smugness? Yes. Yes it was.
"It will be nice being able to fight without holding back. And if you've been practicing properly then the rematch will be more fair this time, okay? After all, you'll never win unless you fully understand your own shortcomings in battle."
Video
You are the one person I am barring from this challenge, Koishi. It was clear the last time we clashed that should you not hold back, I would not stand a chance. That is partially why I'm doing this. I need to grow stronger before I challenge you again.

She was looking thoughtful, tilting her head a little bit. "If you don't want to even danmaku I have something else we could do. Games of strategy and cleverness and logic. I bet those would be great to play together."

[Mewtwo appraises Artanis for a moment, mainly out of curiosity. He had wondered what he was capable of and this seemed to be the perfect chance to answer that.]
Very well, but I will tell you what I have told all those who have contacted me before you. I am not going to hold back, and though death may not carry the same sting, it is no less unpleasant.
Re: [Video]
I am a warrior of the Firstborn. Death is a fate that I do not fear, even when it is permanent.
