[It was night time in Genessia and in the Bay, a new resident has woken up. This time, a middle-aged man has just woken up from his pod and right now, he was completely confused at his new surroundings.]

However, he did remember that he talked to his former lab assistant, Alain before the finals where he was about face against Ash Ketchum. After that, he remembered nothing until when he woke up, he found himself lying on a cocoon inside a cave with a box lying on his chest. While he was still confused at why he was here, he remained calm as he checked through his pockets until he found a Poke Ball, causing him to sigh in relief that his Pokemon is still with him.

Eventually, after he went through the contents of the box, he left the Bay, now wearing the necklace from the box as he read through the pamphlet to get some answers on where he was right now. If you like, you can come up behind him and either help him out or say hi (or try to scare him).]

[As the video starts, everyone can see a black-haired middle-aged, yet handsome man wearing his blue long-sleeved shirt on a screen. While he was still getting used to the fact he was "kidnapped" like the woman said in the holographic video, he remained calm as he stared right at the camera.]

Hi there. My name is Augustine Sycamore and I might need some help. I was hoping if anyone might give me a tour around the city. Don't worry, I'll try to find somewhere to stay until then. Thank you in advance.

[He was about to turn off the video when he realizes something...]

One more thing, I'm also a Pokemon Professor from the Kalos region, so do Pokemon inhabit in this city as well?

[Sure, he's in another world unaware of what it contains, but since he IS the Pokemon Professor, it can't hurt to ask.]

[Once she petted the Mach Pokemon for real, Garchomp just growled/purred in delight as Sycamore watched in relief when he saw Sonico smiled at her.]

Well, she was once a little rowdy back when she was a Gible, but she eventually warms up to me and everyone else.

*Sonico giggles quietly as she enjoys the mutual affection between herself and the Pokemon. Eventually, she takes her hand away, and turns to Sycamore with a bright smile*

She's adorable! You're lucky to have such a sweet pokemon. And I imagine she must be so strong and powerful too.

Thank you. To be honest, I'm also felt lucky as well. If I hadn't meet Garchomp, she would remain rowdy and aggressive as before.

*Sonico smiled, looking again between Sycamore and Garchomp, still amused by how clear it was they cared for each other. As for Sonico, she arrived alone, and still is alone, but she is used to things that way*

It must be a nice comfort to have her here with you. I'm sure she'll make it easier getting used to this place.

Don't worry, Garchomp might able to adapt to Genessia as well.

[He not only hoped for his Mach Pokemon to get used to her new home, but also for himself as well. And who knows, staying here is not as scary as being trapped here.]

Now then, looks like we should get inside right now. As for you Garchomp, you need to return to your Poke Ball. You might need some rest.

*Sonico stepped back to allow the pokemon to return, lifting a hand to wave at Garchomp as she goes. Then Sonico shuffled her feet and looked at the building ahead*

So did you want to see my apartment or do you want to head to your own place to rest?

I think I'll take a peek on your apartment, if you don't mind.

[Well, he did get here just to see the Garden Park Apartment, so seeing his new friend's home should satisfy his visit before heading to his place in Commonspace.]

*Sonico leads the way into the apartment complex - it's nice enough, cosy and warm, but nothing super spectacular. At least it is clean and homely. Sonico pauses by her door to open it, then holds it open to let him go in to take a look. Again, it's a small apartment with two small bedrooms, one of which she has filled with musical instruments. While there is nothing special here, it is definitely a warm environment to be in, and Sonico has made it feel like home with her little touches here and there*

[As he walked into the apartment complex, he felt a warm atmosphere thanks to the interior and once he entered Sonico's apartment, he not only saw how many musical instruments she has but also saw how clean she made to her home as well.]

My place back home was actually smaller than this, so I feel like I'm spoiling myself by having all these rooms.

Yes, I live here alone.

*Some people might not like that, but Sonico didn't seem to mind - she was used to it by now anyway*

There's not much. There's a laundry room...which is kind of useful.

Well, if I move in here, I don't mind about it. I tend to go out a lot for leisure or work, so I rather have a home with some basic amenities.

[Not to mention he needs to learn more about his new home if he wants to adapt to it.]

[He almost forgot about that Commonspace by now, yet he didn't panic as he still got the map of the city in his pocket.]

*So she leads the way to the door and holds it open for him*
