[Anyone around The Bay would likely notice something happening. A light seemed to be shining from within, and after a few moments that light would explode into a dazzling rainbow of color washing over the surroundings, making it dull by contrast. At the center of this light was a woman. Tall, slender, and wearing a fashionable if revealing dress and hair that encompassed just as many colors as the light surrounding her. She stood at the entrance of The Bay, looking around with mild disdain before finally beginning to walk, wandering the streets as she gathered her bearings, the light seemingly following her everywhere.]

[It had been a couple hours and Ragyo was shown seated at an outdoor cafe, a coffee next to her as the pamphlet she'd woken up with and the odd currency laid out in front of her as if she were analyzing everything that came with her. As the video started, she was putting down the pendant she had received with a soft sigh.]
La vie est drole... I would commend the audacity of anyone brazen enough to attempt to kidnap me, and the skill to follow through with it. However, cowardice is unappealing. Shoving me into that pod thing was simply uncalled for. As for the hologram claiming this is some other world? You'll forgive me if I maintain some doubts.

There's a familiar sounds of something ticking; the timer that Satsuki usually uses when she's exercising. While generally Satsuki would continue her routine as normal, she does come to a stop, her breathing a bit labored as she sits upright- After all, a leading question like that likely isn't going to lead to very good news.
Needless to say, of oall the things to end up in her line of sight, it most certainly wasn't that. At least not today, and it's that hardest blow she's recieved in quite some time.
For a moment she's at a loss for words. As she raises a hand to her forehead her heavy breathing becomes stilted, as if she's choking.

"A lot of people know you. So you can't hide. Okay Satsuki?" She was using Satsuki's name more than once. "I can help make sure she doesn't look for you at first. Okay?" She tilted the camera down a little. The little youkai was in uniform.
"I can do that because you're busy, right Satsuki?" There was an edge there. "You're very busy and going to be very busy. Tell me the things you're going to do. And be 'truthful' since I can't tell if you're lying over the phone."
[Voice/Private]
She's afraid for everyone she's allowed herself to get close to. She tried so hard not to grow attatched to anyone. To just prepare herself. And it's only a matter of time before that all comes crumbling down. Her hands shaking, but eventually she manages to switch the feed and pull herself together.
She has to do something. She has to do something now. Koishi buying her time is more than she could ask for. After she takes in a deep breath, then exhales she speaks again. "Yes. I need to get Anastasia elsewhere, then contact Lady Schnee. I will keep in touch. Avoid divulging too much information."
And she ends the feed.
[Video -> Action]
"I understand. You're tending to your personal responsibilities and confering with the current people in power. Specifically the current guardian of Nova City. And then you're piecing together information to give to me so that I can do things. Because I'm your right hand here. Especially when it comes to the supernatural. Is that right?"
Of course Satsuki had hung up by then. Perhaps she would have been somewhat relieved by Koishi's ability to embelish. Perhaps not. At the very least one could only hope it would keep Ragyo off of Satsuki's back for some time. Taking a deep breath, Koishi furrowed her brow in concentration, reviewing Satsuki's wishes in her addled brain. This was important. She couldn't forget this... And hopped down out of the tree, catching herself in the air, taking a moment to straighten her uniform before flying after the surprisingly colorful woman in white.
"Miss! Hey! Miss!" Koishi had finally begun to poke Ragyo on the shoulder, drifting to one side and around, trying to get a better look at her. "Miss! Can you see me? Can you hear me? Hey!"
And there was the most adorable and tiny green monster, dressed in what looked like a goku uniform, floating quite a ways into Ragyo's personal bubble. Her eyes were glowing once again and the heart had once again looped itself into being over her left shoulder. "Hello there Miss! I'm Koishi Komeiji. It's very nice to meet you. Did you just arrive? You're very colorful. I like it a lot!"
[Action]
Ragyo wasn't looking at Koishi as she responded, far more interested in surveying the lay of the land than taking in the looks of a stranger just yet.
"I have, yes. However I would suggest you not touch me without invitation again. I do not take kindly to it."

She didn't really like being ignored but... "No. I'm very easy to miss. I've been watching you since you came out of the bay. And then I came over and you still didn't notice me. So I said something. But that's normal for me though."
From the angle she was at the three black stars on her lapel shone quite brightly. "I like to greet people as they arrive. To make sure they're safe and because so many interesting people show up."
After all, Satsuki was always interested in finding interesting people.

"For someone who is so easy to miss, you sure make a lot of noise. To satisfy your questions, I'm fine, you've done your duty."
She stops at a corner, glancing around at her surroundings debating which way to pursue next.

Still, Satsuki was counting on her.
She zipped forward again, drifting along with Ragyo this time. "Miss wait. You're Satsuki's mom, right? You shine just like her and I know all about someone like you from her."

"Yes, I am. I am curious to know just what my daughter has been telling people. However I have issues that require my attention. If you must talk, do so while I walk."

"Miss White is in an important meeting right now. She's very important. So she sent me on patrol, but I'll send her a message about your arrival." Koishi took out her phone and proceeded to poke at it. She wasn't good at texting, okay? "I'm glad I met you though. Because I can show you around if you want. I know most of the places around. Or I could just help out in any way you needed."

"Of course she is. She wouldn't send her underling here if she weren't. And her standards are slipping if you haven't already notified her. Satsuki requires a steady stream of information to do her job, and any hiccups in that reflect poorly on her."

She tapped send and pocketed her device. "Oh! I'm Koishi Komeiji, by the way! I'm a satori youkai. By eye is broken though so I can't read minds anymore so you don't have to be scared of me. Instead I can manipulate the subconscious. That's why you couldn't see me at first!"

"If you say so. However you are mistaken. I did see you at first. I simply didn't choose to acknowledge you."

She doesn't lie at all, in my experience! Of course, it doesn't mean that 'magic' exists, just that not everyone here subscribes to the same rules of physics!

She tilted to the other side, spinning a little in the air. "I have been following you since you first stepped out of the bay. Though you're very observant. That makes me happy."
She gently patted her pocket housing her device. "But anyway I'm here to make sure you're situated and comfortable so if you want to get some tea or if something strikes your fancy I'll get it for you, okay?"
