WHERE: The Castle Royale Hotel, Genessia City.

The event space in the Castle Royale Hotel in Genessia City was decorated for this event. Pink hearts and other decorations were tastefully hung and placed all over the place to help people get into that romantic type of mood. It took quite a while to decorate it all, but it would take less time to get it all down once the event was over.
Just approaching the hotel, you would be able to hear the sound of music faintly playing. The event would have been awkward if there wasn’t any DJ at all to play music to get people in the dancing sort of mood. The DJ has their little area set up so he could entertain the guests with various genres of music. Some slow, some fast, some in-between. But the one thing it has in common is it is all something you can dance to.
The event officially starts at 5PM, but the doors themselves open at 4PM. Though at that time, things are still being set up, but you won't be asked to leave if you decide to sit around and wait for it to start. The GCPD are in attendance as well to help keep the peace.

Don't bid more in the auction than your character would plausibly have. For instance, if they don't have a job, they can't bid 10,000 redbills. Bidding should be done within their actual means.

Ayame expressed her sympathy by taking a second to close her eyes, speaking again with a softer tone ]

[ Ayame gently lifts Anastasia's chin up, squatting down to look at Anastasia in the eyes. ]
People's thoughts are not ours to control, only our own. Whether we matter to their lives or not, despite doing things such as help saving a town, it shouldn't affect the way we view ourselves or how we live our lives. It's hurtful, yes, to seem like you don't belong anywhere or you don't matter.
[ Ayame's lips curl to show her empathy, knowing this feeling from her own personal experience. ]
But understand that you are important, and that your value is dictated by the actions you make. If you want more people to find you an important and memorable part of their lives - go ahead. Live the life that allows for that to happen.
[ Anastasia lives pretty sheltered even in Genessia, it would seem. She hasn't much chance to spread her wings a little for people to even notice her. Ayame puts her hand from Anastasia's chin to the girl's shoulder, as a gesture to tell Anastasia that she is willing to help with this issue. She knows the young woman has a lot of questions, and she is willing to guide and nurture Anastasia to be something better than she is being right now. ]

Anastasia didn't resist Ayame's guidance to make eye contact, but as the woman did, she would feel how cold the girl's skin is to the touch. A trait of her people. The girl's eyes met Ayame's, tears threatening to make themselves known. While she insisted on being stoic, her eyes clearly reveal that she was listening to Ayame and she was desperate to find her own freedom. Not just the freedom to experience life and all it has to offer, but freedom from the darkness that weighs on her heart and mind.
Upon hearing the suggestion to go home, Anastasia nodded as she finally spoke up. Doing so, the tears finally escape her.]
"Y-Yes, okay... I am so sorry, Ayame."
