Sonico Searching [video and action]

*For the first time in a long time, Sonico finally appears on screen. The bruising on her cheeks has mostly gone, and the cut on the lip is now only a small red line. She bows deeply on the screen and appears very serious in her approach*

I would like to say thank you, very much, deeply, from the bottom of my heart, towards those of you who cared for me and supported me while I was unwell. I am on the mend, and I appreciate all of your good thoughts.

I may still not be able to return to my usual work for some time...thanks to my injuries...but I would like to extend an open invitation for those who would like singing lessons. Please be in touch.

Finally, Sonico feels able to leave her apartment. She is dressed differently from usual, however, in a long sleeved cardigan and a skirt that reaches down to her ankles - the best way to hide all her scars.  She appears to be slinking through the parks and wooded areas of town, apparently on a Pokemon hunt, her own in tow.

*The voice broadcasting is a shaky and timid whisper, clearly a girl in distress*

Is anyone...awake? I could use someone to talk to...

*Sonico sounds quiet and sad, but she does give her address at the Garden Apartments in Genessia. She'll be waiting by the door in her pyjamas when she arrives*

[And she was! She could move fairly fast, thanks to the whole "magic flight" thing. So. She arrived very quickly, tapping on the door gently.]

Sonico?

*Sonico was standing by the door ready and waiting, so she opens it as soon as she knocks. She smiles, tired, but holds it open to let her friend in*

Hello. Thank you for coming.

[She walks in, closing the door behind herself carefully.]

You're very welcome, Sonico.

[sonicosuper]

*Sonico is much more timid looking than she usually is. She keeps away and close to the walls, her arms wrapped around herself awkwardly*

Would you like some tea...?

[heptagram]

No thank you, that's fine. [She shakes her head gently and walks up next to Sonico.]

Here, Sonico. It'll... it'll be okay, honestly...

[sonicosuper]

*Sonico just bites her lip and looks at her friend, slowly nodding in agreement but not sure what to say*

...Sonico.

Is there something I can do for you to help put you at ease?

[sonicosuper]

*Sonico just looks at her for a moment or two before she realises that actually there is something, something she's forgotten to do for a while*

Could you...help me make some tea or...a snack? There's some stuff in the kitchen...

Oh, certainly, Sonico. Here, come with me.

[...You might be thinking Patchouli should be the one being led, not the one leading. However, it shouldn't too hard to find the kitchen. Right?

Instead they get hopelessly lost and wind up several dimensions away. That would be silly even by my standards.]

*The kitchen is indeed very obvious since she lives alone in a small apartment. She shuggles along behind Patchouli quietly*

Please, help yourself. There isn't much but...there are a few snacks and ready noodles, I think.

That's not necessary. But I will prepare something for you nonetheless.

[She'll just start on that tea right now...]

*In the kitchen, Sonico stands for a moment. Then she begins to feel a little overwhelmed, so she sits down on one of the chairs at the small table*

So...how are you?

I'm doing okay. [Clearly better than Sonico is, but she's not about to bring that up. That'd be rude, even she can understand that...]

I know you haven't been well, though.

[sonicosuper]

*Sonico sighs as she settles at the kitchen table*

No. Not lately. But I'm healing. Things will be okay.

[heptagram]

That's good. See, I think you're already on your way if your disposition is so positive.

[sonicosuper]

That's all I can do... Right?

*Then she does her best at trying a positive smile*

Just about, yes.

[She pats Sonico on her head, gently.]

[sonicosuper]

*Sonico is about to sigh again, but she stops herself, realising that she's not being a very good host*
