Remember the awards I mentioned, well I have some possible awards.

However I am not choosing who gets put on the nominations, that will be down to you. Please note that Best Guardian and Deputy won't need any because everyone who is a Guardian and Deputy is already automatically on the list.

Alright, I should really come out and ask.... More so with something I saw recently, so I gotta ask peoples honest opinions. [She took a small breath for a moment, looking down at the device.]

What do people honestly think about those who choose every aspect of another persons life? I mean like everything? I'm asking for... personal reasons.

Me? Pretty decent. Lucked out on finding some work, almost got gored by a zombie horse. I did managed to find Rocket, yeah - thanks again, by the way.

What's your new job about? Sorry did you say 'zombie horse'? That's good and you're welcome. Rocket and I have been talking about building a spaceshift but we are in the process of finding the right pieces.

We are doing well, my partner and I both work and now we are building ourselves a new home since we need more space. His name is Cassian Andor.

Just putting in an order for some horse clothes. Lady didn't know where else to go for it since she didn't want to chance that magic plague what with her friend being magic. I just offered to do the leg-work for her on account of not being magic at all. If it's good quality when she goes to pick it up the fee and bonus should keep me going another month.

Oh yeah. Zombie horse. Thing's missing half the skin on it's face, among other things. Big honking sword stuck through it's head like it's trying to be some kind of morbid unicorn. [He laughed a little, quietly.] You want to hear something funny? Smelled less like death than some people I've met.

There are so many worrisome statements in your reply I don't know where to even start. I trust that everything is true, however, since I's been in this world long enough to know all that is possible.

Ah yes, some people seems to be allergic to water and soap. It's a tragedy for those who can't turn off their smell receptors.

Named her after a celebrity from when I was a kid. That's pretty cool. I can usually get a handle on whatever I end up having to in a pinch, but she's my baby. My friends took a little warming up too. What's he usually do?

That's a relief. Some people here can make them but you need to give something in exchange. Or you were asking for a different kind of information?

What made that celebrity famous? I'm curious now. The more ships I knew how to pilot the better, since I was part of a military organization.

Cassian frowns a lot and he's very serious, doesn't joke but does have a sense of humour. He's really smart and loyal to what he believes it. And he's been fighting to make the galaxy a better world since he was a pre-teen, that does things to people.

No, that would be awful. Droids get sold and bought very often too and it can really end badly if you get the wrong master. [Kay's not too fond of slavery, no.] And yes you can do create a subarchway, a portal to a specific location of your world, not all of it. I never made one but I know that you have to give up something of personal importance in exchange. Memories are the most common thing to give up. The subarchway will be created in the city that matches the color of the stone of your necklace. For example, mine's red so it would be created in Nova City.

[His optics light up at that.] I look forward to it.

I think you can choose freely what to give up but it needs to be relatively important. Now only memories you can give up things like, your ability to cook for example.

We do. Some things can be bought in Nova City but either they're expensive or not exactly what we need for a ship. Oh? Do tell, please.

The place is called Knowhere. It's this mining colony, in the head of an ancient being called a Celestial. The thing is, the place is also black market central. Anything you're looking for? It's probably there. We plan a few grab and runs, and as long as no-one can follow us back through the arch? Everything's golden. Could also just dismantle my ship and put it back together over here.

Yeah, that definitely sounds like a plan.

It's worth giving it consideration. I didn't do it because I never had a place to call home and I have Cassian here, so I don't need anything else.

No one should be able to follow us because, technically, no one would be there. But the resources? That should be viable. I can carry a lot of weight without issue, moving huge parts of your ship shouldn't be a problem if creating the subarchway is possible at all.

You meet someone by accident and before you realize it you get attached and then there's no going back. It happens. Who's Yondu? your boss, perhaps?

The hologram and guide probably mention them but I didn't pay all that much attention to it when I first arrived. I'll look into it and get back to you if I find anything noteworthy.

Couple of close calls and a really badly planned rescue attempt that mostly involved trying to blow me up, but yeah. We're good.

That makes two of us. We'll compare notes later. I should probably actually find a place too, we've got a lot of moving parts to go through and I'm pretty sure I've seen bigger bunks on ships than the room they've got in this place.

It is customary in your world to almost kill the person you are trying to rescue' That seems very counterproductive.

Very well. Genessia city is a good place if you are looking for a flat. They're not too expensive and the views are nice. It's one of the most relatively safe cities too. You can get better houses if you share your living space with someone.

No. No, it's really not. He didn't seem to see how it was kind of counterproductive.

That's what I was thinking. Keeps me central. More than likely I'm going to room up with Rocket. He hasn't snored so far.

Exactly. Everything is close, or at east at the same distance. Another thing in his favor.

They weren't really in the...rescuing business before. A learning curve may still be in play.
