[There are a few clicks and some fidgeting, but finally the phone is being held upright, and a girl with bunny ears and a pretty dubious expression].
Ok, good. Have this working. So that's ONE thing that's going right. Kind of.
So it seems pretty clear that my "world" has decided to pull a Dorothy on me and throw me here, wherever here is, I guess. I'm a kid, I don't have time to listen to holograms when I can just complain about my situation and why it sucks. What can I say, my attention span is my undoing.
But you guys DO have the internet, and assuming its not full of weirdos and perverts like in my world, anybody have any directions to where a kid can grab some grub, and I guess, long term goals, a place that isn't this cave?

No google directions. [There is no internet in a traditional sense but Enis wants to change that.] There is a map but if you're from the 20th century odds are you don't know how to read it.
There is a pizza place near the bay. I can give you directions or show you were it is. I'll leave it up to you though you can probably get me to pay if I show you. [Enis is, if anything else, straight forward and blunt.]
Re: Voice
No, and not even a map like in the real world! What is this stationary crap, really?
That's...really nice of you, so now I definitely know I'm not back home. But real test now: how good IS this pizza place?
Voice
[Enis hums softly.]
Ever been to New York Kid?
Re: Voice
Of course not. I don't even own a shank. Why do you ask?
Voice
[Enis can't help but smile at Louis.]
If you've never been to New York then the pizza is fantastic.

I'll bet, but the only place nearby is this guy that competes with my dad's burger restaurant. I'll be eating that pizza the same day I get my lobotomy.

Either way, he comes on screen just a little intimidating.]
They have a home for children. 3rd and Dogwood. They should have food there, too. Numbered streets are in order. You go to 3rd, turn right, keep walking, and you'll see it.
Re: VIDEO
I've been led to believe that places for kids that are charitable usually aren't so much.
Re: VIDEO
Don't know. I'm a little old for the place.
I don't think it's like that. Places I've seen like that, they do what they can. If you go and it's not, tell me.
Re: VIDEO
[Actually, Louise is plenty grateful, and glad people here are a little more helpful for more than a few reasons].
I'll keep that in mind! If it's bad though, maybe don't burn it down, arson's not the cleanest way to go.
Re: VIDEO
Nah. Fire's a waste of a good building. Just take out who's running it an get someone in who can.

Re: video:
I just woke up from a coffin, so I can't lie too well: my world sucks. So I guess I'm kinda screwed there, huh?
video:
Also there's like a dinner close enough to the entry point that has baller pancakes so I'd start there on the grub situation.
Re: video:
[Oh right. Teenagers were into kissing and...whatever else teenagers were into. Hormones? Sports games? Stupid books about mythological creatures reduced to controlling boyfriends. Teenagers liked that, right]?
Oh, that sucks! I mean about people acting like this crazy place is so easy to deal with. I still have to find that place with all the kids.
So what was this about pancakes?

How does the kid place stack?

The home is very good, we've had a few people live there previously. For the most part, you won't need to work because everything you get is free. Though I believe there is more, I would have to ask either someone who lived there previously or the owner.

Ok, I am definitely into this place. How it hasn't been shaken down yet is a mystery! I mean, politicians are the first to take stuff out of the mouth of people who don't work where I'm from, unless you're an expert at cheating the system.
[Which Louise could only aspire to do for now].

[She paused for a moment.]
I guess it depends on where one can start I suppose.

[Audio]
The hologram was a bit disturbing, and what the...dickens was with that *capsule* that one wakes up in? It's enough to give anyone a panic attack. Complain away: you have company.
Re: [Audio]
How are you holding up?
Re: [Audio]
And what kind of place pulls in young people anyway? I hope I don't sound like an old fogey, but kids need to be with their families.
Re: [Audio]
Beats me, not that I'd want DAD here either. I mean, he's great, but not exactly "exploring" material. Mom would probably annoy someone so much they'd kill her, Tina would be freaking out and Gene would probably poop in the wrong place or something and offend a bunch of people.
Actually, me being here makes WAY more sense.
Re: [Audio]
Troubled family? Maybe you are better off, in that case: I've seen more than I care to, of young people that got out of trouble situations. I hope that you're able to find better things here, if that's possible.
[There's a kind of hesitant fatherly concern in those words, though he doesn't seem forthwith discussing his own end of the matter.]
