Basically. I am made of Durasteel, a type of very resistant metal that is specially crafted to not have any gasps that would allow liquids to get past them. It's a matter of how things are made and the same reason why fabrics like cotton or paper are very absorbent.

They're mostly sealed but sand and dirt sometimes gets on them too. I need to brush them clean from time to time.

Then it would still be no. Unless someone helping me leave my tower counts then I do have a partner in crime.

Well for one I wasn't allowed to go out, so fear, also I had no idea where exactly I would be going, so getting lost was also a problem.

I had very good reason for not going out though. People who would want to use me. So it was safer to stay inside.
