[ Hera feels, for lack of a better term, detached from everything that's going on around her. It's not really her fault, given all she's been through lately. It might be for the best, though, because at least she's not panicking. No, in general she's feeling mostly numb. So she seemingly takes her arrival, and the infodump provided, in stride, and before she knows it, she's wandering the streets of this strange city that seems to be nowhere near Lothal or any other place she's familiar with in the galaxy.
She's stuck. Grounded. And people are staring at her like - like she's some kind of freak. Have none of them ever seen a Twi'lek before? ]
What are you looking at?
[ Her voice isn't defensive, it's mostly - dull. But there's an underlying hardness, as well. A certain amount of suspicion, like she doesn't trust anyone here.
Eventually, she finds her way to a series of shops and small cafes, and when she gets a whiff of something - baking bread or a pastry of some sort - she makes a nauseated face and turns away from the smell, her brow furrowing a little. There must be somewhere to sit down, right? Maybe she just needs to sit down. ]

I need the services of a medical doctor familiar with non-human biology. I'll come to you.

..Sorry, I couldn't help it. I haven't seen someone look so beautiful and non-human! You match the earth's lushness..!
[Action]
Oh. Uh. Thanks, I guess.
[ In just about any other context, Hera would bristle at a comment like that, but from this girl, or maybe just because she's... so tired. It doesn't seem to make much difference. ]
Does this planet only have humans?
Re: [Action]
Noo, there's a lot more other creatures here, no need to worry. I'm not even human~
[her hands turned into fluffy white claws, then turned back] It's just easier since I'm kind of big. But I'm glad there's more non-humans coming here, this is a pretty interesting place~

General Syndulla?
[ And then he changes his mind, switching to video. Not like his own Rebel allegiance is a secret. There's Cassian Andor, looking right at home in a distinctly low-tech office in Attleton. ]
private video
...Captain. Andor? Right?
Re: private video
It is you, General! I had hoped it would be. It's good to see you. I... [He presses his lips together and sighs heavily. ] So many fought and died at Scarif and I never learned if you were there.

You'd think they'd be less surprised by a Twi'lek with the range of species that show up here. I guess it's too much to ask, though.

So her guard remains up, even as she turns to him. ]
I should be used to it, but after showing up here, it's rubbing me the wrong way. On top of being kidnapped, and all.

[He sighed]
Besides wanting to get back to my family, I can't even do much flying, and it's makin' me crazy.
[He sighs]
And I thought gettin' dragged into the Rebellion even though I kept sayin' I wanted to do my job and get out of there was irritating...

H. Syndulla? General, is that you?
Yes, that's me.
[ And this is... a droid. Looks like Imperial security droid, but... not. Heavily modified. So possibly no longer Imperial. ]
Who are you?
[He shifts slightly so his shoulder is visible. Where the Imperial symbol used to be, not there's an orange starbird.]
My designation is K2SO, Kaytoo if you prefer. I work with Captain. Andor, he's also here in this world. We arrived here about a year ago, after we died.
Are you injured? Do you requite assistance?

Yet today she does find herself stopping, and yes, staring, although she doesn't quite mean it. It is surprise more than anything else that has drawn her to a pause, and at the words, she realizes that she has been a little rude.]
My apologies. I didn't mean to come across as rude. I haven't seen a Twi'lek here before. Have you just arrived?
action
It's... fine. I've just had a rough few days. I just got here, yes. Hera Syndulla. [ Almost tentatively, she offers her hand. ]

I wouldn't hold it against them too much. I tend to get a lot of strange stares too. For me, I think they find me strange. You? I think they find you beautiful. That can't be bad, right?
[Oh hey, look, he's above eye line, perched on the edge of a building, looking down to her.]
[action]
I'm not interested in being eye candy. I'd rather people minded their own business, in general.
