While the early morning training with Erza had been a few days ago, Lucy still felt sore, and in places she didn't think she could even be sore. The woman was a demon! She had some free time today though, with her friends out training or (hopefully not) getting into some sort of trouble, she decided to head to the library. Not alone though, oh no. She learned her lesson on that one - trotting along at her side was the little dog spirit (and evil mastermind), Plue.

It took longer than she'd liked to even get the door open, but oh well. A nice hot bath later would help immensely. Once inside the library, she set Plue down and cast a curious look for other booknerds around on her way to one of the bookshelves off the shelf. It wasn't just for fun and relaxation she was here - she was here for information too. "I'm going to grab a few more books Plue - go ahead and wait for me over there." She nodded towards a nice quiet spot by the window.

[ If you're in Genessia and you have any sort of electrical device, there is now a small, 640 pixels girl, beaming with wide eyes in your device, just spinning around without a care in the world. Thankfully, she can see outside of the device, so if and when she sees someone in front of the screen, she'll just be all cheerful as she speaks.

(Also, she's recording all of this for the world to see, just in case.) ]

Hiiiii there! I'm kind of lost, but I bet you can answer my questions, right? Anyway, I'm Ene, and it's nice to meet you all. It's kind of weird being in a new place again, but I'm sure I'll be alright. Oh, and if anybody sees my master, please tell me right away!

[ She can be seen opening a folder from the computer's data banks, but instead of opening a file of a picture, she accidentally opens the sound of a young man screaming for his life after being scared. Which causes Ene to fall down in a fit of laughter. ] Pfft- ahaha, sorry, sorry, this is the right file!

[ And ta-da, a picture then fills up the screen. Right behind it is Ene, and she then closes the picture file, pressing the cross button on the top right hand corner. ]

Oh, and if anyone wants to find me a place to stay, I'd really appreciate it! Just make sure you don't drop the phone, okay?

[Someone is feeling extremely chipper today. It's time for a very important announcement]

Citizens of Genessia. You all should already know me as the brilliant scientist; Doctor Albert W. Wily, if not then you really need to poke your head out of what ever rock you've been living under more often.

Today I've come to bring you wonderful news; as of today I'm no longer just a humble roboticist, I'm also the man in charge of keeping Nova City safe and sound from now on. It was a good race while it lasted, but I'm sure you'll all agree that the better man came out on top, after all it's thanks to your votes that I'm where I am today.

[He certainly had nothing to do with the power outage that made the voting machines go all wonky, that's for sure.]

Now as my first order of business as Guardian, as promised I'll be upping the production of my Robot Masters to keep the peace and defend against any attacks that might occur in my fine city and where ever else I'm needed. You'll be seeing them out and about soon enough. In the meantime, my more basic Sniper Joes and Mets will be patrolling the streets.

Now I have a lot of work to do, but you can all feel free to leave me congratulatory messages to listen to while I work. It'll give me something to listen to while I work.

Like hell you did! I don't know what you did, but you pulled something!

As I'm sure you're all aware by now, Wily has been "elected" to a place of power in the city. However, I have evidence that he rigged the election. I tell you all this now, not because I want him overthrown, quite the contrary, really.

For now, I want him left alone. However, stay alert, and report any suspicious activity to me. So long as he plays by the rules, I will let him be. However, the moment he sets one toe out of line, I will be right there to correct him.
