Audio;

[This wasn't the first time Squidward had woken up somewhere stupid. Though, the entire 'waking up in a cocoon and being greeted by a hologram' thing was new. There was some static before the sound of a nasally and incredibly irritated voice spoke up.]

Oh dear Neptune, what is this, now???

[He fiddled with the device he was given, grumbling as he found the 'audio' function first. Whatever, he just needed answers, he didn't care how.]

HELLO??!? [He paused to collect what he wanted to say. He may have woken up in another universe, but he didn't want to look like a moron... Priorities.] Hi. I've just woken up in the.. Bay, or whatever. I was explained by the talking hologram that this place is Genessia? [He mutters 'Am I saying that right?' away from the microphone before he's back to demanding answers.] Look, there's gotta be a way to get out of here. Would just climbing back into that cocoon help? How did I even wake up in that thing?

[He groans in defeat as he messes with the videophone to end the audio signal.] And it was payday tomorrow, too...

[The transmission ended.]

Action;

[If anyone happened to be close enough to the Bay, they may or may not be surprised that the source of the audio was an actual freaking octopus. He was still frowning at the device, taking the time to look through the apps on the screen. It was a nice device, really, but he was a little distracted and upset by the fact that his shift at work was so close to being over, and instead of getting to just go home like he wanted, he was thrown into this city.

He sighed heavily, figuring out how to use the thing properly. He finally looked at his yellow necklace and frowned at that object too, placing it around his neck reluctantly. When it didn't kill him, he let it remain there and slowly wandered around the area...

For being a place that had him wake up in a cocoon and be able to miraculously breathe air, the city looked fairly normal. Well, at least as normal as cities on the surface were. He's only been above the water about 5 times, give or take, but from what he had seen, it looked pretty.... Okay.

What is love?

How do you know when you’ve felt it?

Is it the same for everyone?

I just don't understand.

Anastasia K. Leonheart

Who: Anastasia, OTA
Where: Genessia - Game stores, toy stores, any popular places for children. Name your place.
What: Looking for fun things.
Warnings: Cute things.

[Losing a dear friend has been rough on her, and being asked out by a Pokemon didn't do anything for her either. Anastasia was in desperate need to find the good times again. Anything at all that can give her a sense of normalcy from the days before she met Mamoru.

Following on past successes up until Attleton, Anastasia went back out into Genessia city to look for anything that might be fun, with her Sylveon walking close beside her. But her current state of mind prevents her fro recognizing something fun. She had heard of places called "game stores" and "toy stores." She might go to one of these.

Anastasia eventually finds a store, looking up to read the sign.]

"...Is this it...?"

Koishi Komeiji
12 February 2016 @ 04:37 pm
WHO: Koishi and Mewtwo and maybe Satori
WHAT: Re-visiting the Fayren death trap
WHERE: Fayren woods
WHEN: Feb 10th
WARNINGS: Not really.

Koishi was moving swiftly though the trees, holding her hat, tendrils pushing back the brush, following the faint claw marks she left on the trees left by her previous journey. Last time she had been unconscious, trusting her passive abilities to keep her safe. She didn't remember much beyond what she saw and a sickly sweet smell.

It was longer in coming than when she first went. She wasn't using any of her magic, moving swiftly between and through the trees instead. Her breathing became more even and controlled, finally holding it as she approached the clearing. Perching herself in one of the trees she didn't see the same field of flowers though. Shallow water. Death. The heavy smell of rotting wood and leaves clinging to her skin and clothes... She let out her breath.

Her right eye brightened significantly, projecting her power through the area with force enough to burn and boil minds and drive even fragments of consciousness from hiding. The bushes and trees rustled, birds and small animals shrieking and fleeing from the mental pressure. No doubt it would be even worse for Mewtwo, but she had to make sure nothing lingered. After all, she hadn't really invited him. He had insisted that he wanted to tag along and she hadn't objected to it. Truthfully she didn't really care either way...

Hopping down, she crossed the soft ground to the center of the clearing, crouching down at the water's edge, and staring down into it. She didn't disturb the bones resting at the bottom, just watching quietly. It was almost as if she forgot her traveling companion was there with her.
