[Caelestis had been in this place for a short while now, but had never made himself known to the public over the network. He decides to change that only after seeing the various reactions to the recent news articles regarding Everglade, to which he couldn't help but roll his eyes. Perhaps it was because he hadn't been there long enough to fully grasp the situation, but it almost seemed like people only care about Everglade now that there's a target painted on someone's back thanks to the newspaper. So, a uniformed man with short blue hair, feathers on the side of his head and small gold feather markings on his face appears on the network, his posture giving him a very militaristic air.]

Many people seem to be quick to grabbing for pitchforks now that Everglade's mysterious 'vigilante' had a name and a face placed on him recently. They aim to damn him, and seem to choose to do so by becoming a vigilante just as he.

Instead of wasting your efforts hunting one man, I would advise those of you with that mentality to shift your intentions to considering enlisting with the Everglade Rangers. That is, if it's truly the city that you're wishing to aid and not running on the sole desire to hunt a man down with your own self-proclaimed brand of 'justice' or whatever reasoning you choose for it is. Speaking solely as a Ranger, we could use all the help we can get in order to keep the place safe while maintaining balance.

[Because honestly, this is ridiculous. Everyone is up in arms about one guy while there's so many other issues present in the city. He has no idea how the Guardian and Deputy are capable of coping with this ludicrous mindset of others.]

That said, if there are others who seek aid in traversing through Everglade safely after nightfall, I am here to offer my aid at any time.

[He tips his hat slightly, and moves on to a different subject. He doesn't wish for this message solely to be business oriented.]

And perhaps I could be directed to an establishment that serves fine teas in any of the cities? I have been so focused with business and securing employment since my arrival here that I'm afraid I haven't had the chance to properly seek out such places for leisure.

[Don't be too alarmed by the overexcited redhead on the screen. It's late in the afternoon when this post goes live and Berg Katze looks like he's sitting on a balcony somewhere, perhaps the inn. For today's live show, he's in his usual blue tailored suit and black heels but he has a bright white apron on that he undoubtedly snatched from somewhere.]

I got a watermelon! [He pans the screen over towards the right to focus upon the large green fruit he has sitting on a towel.] And I got it for FREE thanks to the pink lady!

[He means Rose quartz.]

She told me that watermelons are great for summer and even better to share with friends and stuff. I'm not sharing mine with anyone but Bracken, so I gotta make look real nice!

[The goofy alien settles the phone down at an angle so it can keep recording him and the watermelon. People might notice the shadow of a long black chain attached to the phone now.]

Okay, so I gotta open it right? [He kneels down next to the watermelon and taps it.] Hello, Mrs. Watermelon! Won't you share your delicious fruit fruit with us?!

[Obvious this is a joke since he's snickering a little but it's slightly endearing. He places his head against the watermelon as if listening to it.]

Ah, ah! She said yes! I guess time to open it!

[Katze suddenly pauses.]

Eh, does that mean I smash it or cut it? [He hums cluelessly.] But...if I do that, won't the skin get all ruined?

I kinda don't want to just tear it apart. I mean look at it! It's so round and happy!

Action:

[After listening to the hologram, Aya walked about the vicinity of The Bay, just to make sure all of this was real. Anyone who spots him could see that he's annoyed, and that he was holding a sheathed katana in his hand. It doesn't help that he's clad in all black, including a black trench coat. He looks suspicious, but he's not doing anything violent or out of the ordinary.]

['Is this just another mind trick of Schuldig's?' He hadn't seen him in a while, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't pop up and have fun at his expense. Aya walks the streets cautiously, keeping his eyes open for any hidden enemies.]

[Eventually, he stops and takes out the communication device he found in the box. It doesn't look difficult to use, but he wonders who would give him such a thing if they've been taken against their will? He can't help but think that they want him to develop Stockholm Syndrome or something.]

[He was very close to just getting rid of everything in suspicion, but decided against it. Better to use whatever the enemy gives him against them. He at least notices other broadcasts and sees that he may not be alone.]
