Your claiming of me is very difficult to forget. [His lips twitch roguishly and his eyes sparkle.] You inspire generosity when you show me such passion. Are you certain you were thinking solely of me?

[He smiles in turn at the sparkle in Gellert's eyes, pressing a brief kiss to his mouth.] Of course it was of you alone. You fear that I think of others when touching you?

I don't know. You've lived a few more decades and you admit you have met many others. [He grins at the kiss, resting their foreheads together.]

[He nuzzles in closer, murmuring:] I have met many others, and yet none of them are you. None of them are even close to you.

[He grins, thoroughly pleased by the proximity and Albus's words.]

I know I should be sorry you felt lonely, yet I can't help feeling...victorious?

[Because this beautiful man is his. Time can't change that nor can distance.]

[He laughs slightly, pressing a kiss to his chin.]

You are allowed to feel so. After all, you are the only one to have possessed me so. So you may claim me as yours all you wish.

[He grins at the warm touch, humming.]

No, no, I must claim you in only one way. I won't be cruel and I won't presume. Those were the mistakes I made before.

[He wears a fond, irreppressible smile at that, gazing at him in affection.]

Ah, and I am eternally grateful for your willingness to change. Truly, I treasure it.

[Pressing a kiss to Gellert's jaw, he adds:] You may claim me however often you like, in turn.

It's...not something to reward. I was so blind before; I thought I could have everything I wished - you included - by using power and force. But here you are, decades later, and you still haven't returned to me. [He frowns, looking intensely unhappy.] I don't...I can't...lose you.

[He looks at Gellert intently, gathering him into his arms, tucking them together as closely as he can.]

You have me here and now. You know I would not refuse you if you came to me again, changed as you are here and now.

[He curls around Albus as if it is the most natural thing in the world. There is no questioning where either of them belong, truly. Their bodies fit together so nicely.]

I need to come to you as an angel? [It's a tease, of course, to lighten the mood.]

[He smiles slightly, pressing a kiss to his chin.]

It would certainly not hurt your cause.

[He stretches out his wings proudly, sitting up to give Albus a fine view.]

Shall I sweep you into my arms when I come to you?

[He gazes at the wings with open pleasure, awestruck by them even still.]

Once we have spoken over things, yes. I will be delighted to be in your lovely arms again.

[The feathers shine with a light of their own and they seem incredibly soft. If Gellert needs a nice place to rest his head for the night, one of them will serve him quite nicely. Of course Albus can rest on the feathers too.]

You would accept me in that form - or any, truly. [He smiles in soft awe, leaning closer to kiss Albus's forehead.]

I would. I am very fond of you as human, as angel, as demon, as whatever you might choose to show yourself as. [He smiles at the kiss, briefly closing his eyes.] You are simply lovely in all your states.

Could that be because you know, in any form I take, I am yours? [Gellert gathers them some glasses of champagne, leaving the bed briefly to pour it. Then he holds the cup out to Albus.]

[Albus turns to watch Gellert as he goes, accepting the glass with his eyes never leaving Gellert's face. He smiles and clinks Gellert's glass before taking a long sip.]

Perhaps so. Perhaps I know we are entwined no matter what shape we take.

[He slips onto the bed, returning the gesture before he takes a sip of the bubbly liquid. His eyes sparkle with unmistakable happiness when Albus is focused solely on him.]

Poor Albus. You are destined to love a difficult man.

[He smiles as he sips his champagne, looking all too much like a satisfied cat.]

Perhaps. But do you think I could ever truly love an easy man, Gellert?

[Gellert mischievously drips some champagne on Albus's shoulder, sucking it off the man's skin a moment later.]

Mm likely not. You are too wonderful for boredom and a quiet life.

[He lets out a delighted hiss at the suck of Gellert's lips, raising one hand to cup the back of his head.]

Exactly. I enjoy my challenges and excitement.

[This is a much better way to drink champagne! Gellert drips more onto Albus's chest, kissing and sucking on the skin greedily.]

I am rather enjoying this champagne on you.

[Albus lets out a pleased sound that's nearly a growl.]

Ah, then you should always drink it this way. I think I'm discovering that I enjoy it very much myself.

[He feels the reverberation of the growl against his cheek. With a happy grin, he nuzzles the now clean skin.]
