[Its everyone's favorite girl who is so small most people walk right past her and don't even notice she's there. Which means she's probably no ones favorite anything. Still, she looks to be in a good mood. Perhaps even overly excited.]

I think I am finally starting to understand how to do this pokemon thing. There sure are a lot of different kinds, aren't there? And some of them don't even make sense! Like I found one that is a fish, but it seems like it doesn't HAVE to be in water to survive, it just likes it more. Which is good, because the nearest place with water is too far away to go there all the time. And then I found a huge bug! Well, huge for me. For a tallfolk, it wouldn't be as big as you. Oh, oh and then I found one that was some sort of...oh, whats the word?

[She is silent for a moment, looking at something off camera.]

Oh, robot! We didn't really do much with this fancy 'science' stuff back home, so I only heard that word not too long ago. People kept calling it a robot. I think my pokedex thing called it 'Magearna'. Say hi, Magearna!

[She turns the camera, and a massive grey metal face with circular eyes comes into view. Not much else can be seen of it, displaying the size different between the pokemon and its trainer.]

Magearna and Feebas are super nice because they don't look down on me for being small. Well, they look down AT me, but not on me. Its totally different! Magearna and Heracross even let me ride around on them!

[Suck on that, tall people. None of you get to ride around on a giant stag beetle!]

Overall, I think I like them. Most of the ones I've met have been friendly to me. Well, once they saw me at least.

Ignis Scientia
31 March 2017 @ 11:33 am
[There was, Ignis couldn't help but think, little reason to trust anything that his welcoming materials or the welcoming hologram had told him. That he didn't have any reason not to trust them either was a null point. He had woken up in a strange place, alone, his head much less clear than he would have preferred.

He had since added a number of brochures to his scant new pile of belongings, flipping through the maps and failing to find any hint of familiarity. The hologram had named the world as Genessia, and if this wasn't an exceptionally thorough trick... Then things were as bad as they seemed.

His phone had been in his pocket when he checked. It had even had power, though no reception. When, after a time, no one else had appeared in the welcome area he started out.

Once outside it hadn't taken much wandering to find a bench. There he sat, mulling over the entire situation in his head. Panic in this situation wasn't useful, so he pushed up his glasses and got out the communicator that he'd been given.

Of the options available for it, audio seemed the safest at the time.

He takes a deep breath, and follows the instructions that had been laid out, holding the speaker towards his mouth.]

My name is Ignis Scientia, and I appear to be Genessia's newest abductee.

I was travelling with my friends before I woke up here, though I have no way of telling if they are here as well.

[He pauses for a moment, hesitating, but decides that, having given his own name there is no further harm that can come of identifying the others.]

Their names are Noctis, Prompto and Gladiolus. Any information would be appreciated. I can, if necessary, pay. Likewise, if any of you can hear this, please contact me.

On another note, the -

[Again a pause, as he works to remember the word.]

- hologram? Mentioned that there were others here who have been working to make their way home. Regardless of whether or not my friends are here, we will need a way home and I will provide any assistance I can in this process. Our responsibilities there are urgent.

Thank you for listening.

[He lowers the phone to his lap, and watches the street as he waits.]

[The video feed turns on to show a rather adorable red-haired girl, and a strange creature. She looks pretty...happy? For someone who was just kidnapped from their world.]

Oh, hello everyone. I'm pretty sure I'm using this right anyway.

[She rustles with a bag offscreen. Has she already been shopping?]

I'll admit this was pretty surprising, but this little guy greeted me almost immediately after I woke up!

[The Cyndaquil lets out a few sounds and then she's...holding out a stick with some marshmallows on it over the pokémon's back.]

Ready for more? Fire away! [Yes, Ringo is using her new companion to roast marshmallows. At least she's sharing them.]

Anyway, since I'm stuck here, I guess I could use a job. Any suggestions?

Prompto Argentum
31 March 2017 @ 12:21 pm
[By the time he got out of the weird, wet cavern he'd woken up in and stepped out into the blinding sunlight, Prompto had mostly had time to calm down (which is good, because flailing his way out of the weird coffin-egg-thing and almost dropping the box that had been on top of him into the water was not the epitome of cool). Listening to the hologram-lady had kind of helped, or at least it had helped cement for him that he had indeed been kidnapped, so at least he kind-of, sort-of knew what was going on.

[(Hey, at least this time it wasn't Ardyn kidnapping him! He'd take it.)

[The city was big, and Prompto found himself looking around in kind of a state of shock. He didn't even think to get out his camera - he was way more concerned with trying to figure out where he was and, more importantly, if his friends were here.

[Unfortunately, just looking around wasn't presenting many answers. So he pulled out the phone that had been in the box on top of him, looking it over for a couple of minutes while standing on the side of the street, getting a feel for it until he figures out how to make a video message.]

H-hello? Can anybody see this?

[He isn't sure he's doing this right, but he presses on anyway.]

I just woke up here? And-- I don't really know where here is. Um.

Nocto? Ignis? Gladio? ...is anybody else here?

Or does anyone know where I can find my friends?

Ano... that's all, I think...

[He closes out the video, uncertain how to end it. Or what else to say, really. Now he has to actually do something.]

[Oh who the hell has this communicator? It's turned on three times, upside down, facing the wrong direction twice, shaken violently and turned off-]

djsflena**$2

[That's happened at least five times too, considering whoever is holding it keeps grabbing it at the wrong angle and hitting buttons at random.

Oops.

At length, there's a sharp phrase, spitted out in a harsh, annoyed whisper.
]

Tā mā de!

[... If you know Chinese, don't tell her you heard that. She's a proper lady, damnit.

Finally, finally, the device is flipped about the right way, and oh my goodness.

Is that an old lady? That is an old, old little lady, angrily glaring at her communicator and continuing to mutter in strings of Chinese, broken up by English.

Yes, auto translate, but the old woman seems to be making a stubborn point of specifically talking in Chinese.
]

A phone doesn't need all this foolishness in it, make calls with the phone, you do not write with phones-

[Someone... someone please help her.

Please.

Please this is really pathetic.

I had a thought and I'm not sure what others might think really, so I will bring this to the invisible table.

Due to me planning to move back into a house that is too big for just me and no interest, I was thinking about maybe converting it to something else, minus of course one bedroom, the living room and the kitchen.

But you may be wondering what I would convert most of the house to and I thought about it and thought what is we had a place where pokemon can go to relax like a spa? Or something like a Daycare where people can drop them off while they have matters to attend to like work.

People's opinions on the matter will be beneficial as people who have pokemon would be using it after all.

Sonico Super
31 March 2017 @ 09:45 pm
[video]
*For the first time in a long time, Sonico finally appears on screen. The bruising on her cheeks has mostly gone, and the cut on the lip is now only a small red line. She bows deeply on the screen and appears very serious in her approach*

I would like to say thank you, very much, deeply, from the bottom of my heart, towards those of you who cared for me and supported me while I was unwell. I am on the mend, and I appreciate all of your good thoughts.

I may still not be able to return to my usual work for some time...thanks to my injuries...but I would like to extend an open invitation for those who would like singing lessons. Please be in touch.

[action - grass areas of Genessia and Nova City]
Finally, Sonico feels able to leave her apartment. She is dressed differently from usual, however, in a long sleeved cardigan and a skirt that reaches down to her ankles - the best way to hide all her scars.  She appears to be slinking through the parks and wooded areas of town, apparently on a Pokemon hunt, her own in tow.

[audio for nightmares - late at night/early morning]

*The voice broadcasting is a shaky and timid whisper, clearly a girl in distress*

Is anyone...awake? I could use someone to talk to...
