Video
[Zexion appears on the screen and he does not look happy in the slightest. Although perhaps he should be- he seems to be alive, after all, despite that the last thing he remembers, that shouldn't be the case. His frown deepens. He wants to ask how that's possible, but he's not sure if anyone here will have the answer to that, or if he even really wants it right now.]
Hello?
[He shifts in his seat like he's uncomfortable or unsure of himself. To be fair, he's much more familiar with books than he is with technology, and he's not entirely sure if videotaping himself is a good idea, but it's potentially the fastest way to get information.]
If I'm to believe the information that was given to me upon my arrival, I've arrived in a world that I cannot leave. Is that accurate?
[He did already try to leave via darkness, but clearly that didn't work, or else he wouldn't still be here.]

[He's enthusiastic enough, at least unlike Larxene he probably won't hurt him.]
That's right, we can't leave once we get here.
Re: Video
Zexion. You're here as well, IX?

[Ducks his head a little at the slight reprimand.]
Need a tour? I can fill you in on things.

...you've been using this as an excuse to slack off, haven't you?

[Audio]
Zexion? Or... another name?
[It was perfectly acceptable to hope he had a heart, right?]
Re: [Audio]
Zexion, of course.
[Video]
You're stuck here with us.
[Her eyes narrowed, studying him, but didn't add anything else.]
Re: [Video]

[Not that she was REALLY trying. Honestly, anything was better than both her home world and being stuck where Xemnas was... actually... that thought made her wonder... a grin slowly appeared on her face.]
I say try to enjoy it. Think of it as a sort of vacation. The Superior isn't here after all.

{ If his voice sounds familiar, it should: It's yours, Zexion! }
That outfit of yours looks familiar. I'm starting to think it's more than just a fashion statement.
Re: video
It's a uniform of sorts. It should certainly be familiar, as apparently a few of my... associates are apparently here.
[He looks less than thrilled about this. Really, out of any three from the Organization, it had to be them? It was like a cruel prank. Or like someone had turned an illusion back on him somehow. But that shouldn't be possible, should it? Especially since he hadn't been creating one at last memory? Hmm.]

{ Well, his 'colleagues' seemed to have been behaving himself, from what little he knew about them. The outfit was highly conspicuous, though. }
What exactly does your group do, then? You don't seem like a guild.
{ At least, not like the guilds in his world. }
(Sorry about the delay! :( )

At any rate, welcome to Genessia? What's your name?
Re: [video]
Re: [video]
Certainly! Well, the world has a motive it's cryptically revealed: the promotion of life. Defining it, living it out, exemplifying it, and so on. Can't really manage that on its own, you see, so it seems to be looking all throughout the universe for prime examples of such. Like growing something off of a cutting, say. So, if you're in the mood for flattery, it might take you to be one of the livelier specimens on offer.
Now, that doesn't work out as often as anyone would like. Sometimes people disappear, due to..."incompatibility", was the term used. I suppose that means they cease wishing to live, or perhaps grow too dim for Genessia to feel worth bothering about. What happens from there is a mystery.
Most assume they go back home, with no recollection of what transpired here. I don't think we've any evidence of that, but then we've just as little as any other theory for where they go when they leave. Some have even left and come back, as though existence were a revolving door, with all the memories of this world in tact. Though it's no consistent thing; others come back as though it were their first time altogether. God knows why.
Well, that's the "why" of it. The "where", as in, "where" the incompatible's wind up is a mystery; all we know is that no one knows for sure. As for the "how"...we've one clue. Apparently our cells are younger than they ought to be. Something about the process involved in bringing us here--or perhaps bringing us up--involves quite the dramatic cellular change.
Re: [video]
[That's not entirely true. With the Sora/Roxas thing, he has his suspicions now that his Nobody name is a clue to his Real Person name, but he has no idea how that would work out in his case. Or if their names are just a coincidence and Xemnas didn't create all of their names like that. But it doesn't seem beneficial to talk about this with a complete stranger when he's still considering the possibilities, anyway, so he doesn't.]
The world itself has a motivation? That is a new concept. [Zexion seems thoughtful, though. He'll have to consider this for a while. Then again, there's a lot of information that Ted just gave him that he'll have to deconstruct in his brain at a later date.] So essentially, one may disappear if they aren't doing enough?
[He'll have to stay busy, then. Going back to where he came from literally means death, and he would rather not, at least at this point. He would have to truly "cease wishing to live" and he's not ready to give up yet.]
And how do we know that our cells are younger?
Re: [video]
[He rears back a little and widens his eyes.]
Oh! Why, you must be a Nobody!
[Wait, that's bad.]
Er, I mean...well, you're not the only! A few of your fellows have arrived a while back. Lea and Arelen made a clean break, in fact, and Demyx is well on his way to the same. Say, what sort of women are you interested in?
[That might sound like a non sequitur. He enthusiastically nods along as Zexion gives him the delight of agreement.] Yes, that's my theory. People just sort of...fade. I mean, the disappearance itself is very sudden, but it seems to happen after a slow period of...spiritual enervation, I suppose.
[He'd be glad that Zexion is taking the hint with regards to that; yes, be active! Get involved! Live and love without reserve! That's the way to be.]
Of all the fantastic persons Genessia's invited, humanity remains a stalwart constant. That is, when it comes to our physiology, we've an idea of what to expect. A large blood sample was taken from a bevy of volunteers, proving that our bodies defied expectation that way quite flagrantly. Thus, we drew our conclusion.
