5pm-6pm: Seating
6pm-7pm: Dinner

Choices:
1. Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb w/ a Bordeaux
2. Pan-Seared Halibut with Roasted Asparagus and Beurre Blanc Sauce served w/ California Sauvignon Blanc.
3. Mushroom, Chestnut, and Camembert Puff Pastry Parcels (Vegetarian Option) w/ White Cabernet
(All items served with a choice of garden salad or spicy cucumber salad.)
(Wines will be substituted for those underaged or upon request with a choice of water or white grape juice.)

7pm: Dessert is served

Choices:
1. Hazelnut Chocolate Star Cups - Design ref. A dark chocolate balloon cup coated with finely chopped hazelnuts so that look like stars in the night sky. Inside, it's filled with a layer of nutella mousse and topped with a fudge frosting and a piped tempered white chocolate star.
2. Coconut Pannacotta and Pineapple Stars. Design ref. A creamy yet light pannacotta dish with star-cut pineapples with caramelized edges, covered with a thin and crunchy spun sugar display.
3. Tiramisu Glasses - Design ref. Tall glasses filled with a marscapone whipped cream, a layer of coffee-soaked lady fingers, and topped with puff pastry stars and berries.
(Dessert is served with a choice of a 6oz coffee, tea of choice, or hot cocoa.)

7:10pm: Weiss Schnee's Speech (Here.)
7:30pm: Live Music Performances by Celebrities: Muse and Minako Aino
8:30pm: DJ plays, Planetarium goes on for a star show while staff clears tables and chairs out to open a dance floor. (Modern and fun music selection, not full-on rave, but not classic ballroom either. There is a variety of music styles played, more upbeat in the beginning, then slower songs toward the end.)
11:00pm: Music is quiet, open mingle, and a fundraising area for the GSRF is opened.
11:30pm: As party closes and guests begin to exit, a fireworks show begins to say goodbye for the night and thank everyone for coming.

" Well if you think there's nothing else to-" Natsu started before he heard the first boom from outside just as the scent of fireworks reached his nose.

"Yeah lets see what they brought for the occasion. Though I bet they can't beat my fireworks~"

Lucy smiled absently, "You'd have them at a disadvantage if you were making the fireworks." Considering he could manipulate the fire and wasn't so limited in imagination.

She cast a glance up every now and again, though even she could see that walking around with her head tipped back to watch the fireworks would get painful after a while. "Ugh, I can't watch them this way. " Fooey. She rubbed the back of her neck, "Maybe there's somewhere we can sit?"

"Hehe well not my fault that fire's a part of me~" Natsu accepted the praise with a big grin before following one of the rockets with his eyes before it exploded.

When Lucy complained about the fact that she couldn't watch the show properly, another idea sprung to mind. An Idea that was so completely him

"What if you sit on my shoulders? Think that'll help?" YEs he said it meaning it completely.

She chuckled faintly - gosh, she shouldn't praise him so much, his ego was going to get massive. Lucy was fortunate to not have been drinking or eating anything at that suggestion, else it'd be all over the ground. "G.. What!? Are you crazy?! I can't do that!" Sitting on his shoulders in -this- dress? No, wait, that's not the issue here... "I'll... just find somewhere to sit, that's all..! Or... I could lean on something." Like him! Er, or a tree. Or a building, that was doable too.. Or hey, a bench -- or ... yeah she's going to just keep on coming up with other things to lean or sit on in her head.

There was no such thing. A massive ego was already very much in place with Natsu so her praising couldn't make it that much worse. OR it could depending on perspective. "Eh you could easily just sit on one shoulder but if you're sure just leaning works." Natsu said with a resigned shrug before he looked around.

"Hmmm How about over there." He said pointing to an oddly unoccupied bench.

"That doesn't make it any better, really..." Though for a different reason entirely. Still, when he pointed out the bench, she was momentarily surprised. "Lucky~! That'll do, yeah." She padded over, checking to make sure it wasn't wet or damaged first, and sat down carefully.

Once Natsu joined her at the bench, she would eventually unconsciously shift over in his direction to lean against his side.

Natsu didn't mind that weight leaning against his shoulder. In fact Natsu also leaned against Lucy before his eyes followed another rocket soar into the sky. "Guess you can't beat magic fire after all." He commented , holding out his palm and letting the flames form into the guild emblem before Natsu willed it to spin at a lazy pace.

Lucy smiled faintly, feeling him leaning against her in kind, relaxing with a sigh. "I'm not surprised," she admitted with a grin, glancing towards the emblem with a warm expression. "Magic is always going to be more versatile than ...whatever they use to make those fireworks. Although the fireworks are pretty, I will grant that." She shifted a little, sneaking quick glances at him when she thought he wasn't looking.

Natsu just tipped the emblame up into the air after making it spin atop his index finger. It didn't fly too high up before fading into the night air.

"I guess. They don't have enough of a boom if you ask me."

Lucy giggled, "What is it with you and explosions?" She shook her head with a grin, tracking the emblem.

Shivering briefly, she snaked her arm around him slightly, focusing her attention on the fireworks and the stars in the sky. "You know... I think I owe you an apology."

"WEll fireworks are just flashy explosions in the sky." Natsu pointed out matter of factly." Still he watched the artificial creations bloom and fade on the night sky before Lucy spoke up again.

"An apology? For what?"

"I know, but when it's you, it seems more than that." She fell silent for a moment, suddenly awkward. "Well... you remember that talk we had, in the other world? ...When I mentioned the possibility of me dating?" Oh can she get more awkward? Why yes, I think she can.

"Hehe well I do put my own touch to it." Natsu said preening himself a little more before a slight frown clouded his features.

"Yeah I remember that." He wished he didn't.

Lucy hid a smile at the preening. Honestly, that Natsu... she didn't like that slight frown though, glancing away.

"Well I guess I ...kind of know how you felt back then. When that woman came over to us." And asked him to dance. And she got surprisingly hostile and possessive and declared that he was hers -- uh... is it hot over here? Yeah, must be him, and his warmth. She pulled away a little, thoroughly embarrassed by her behavior that evening.

"Wait you mean you were upset like that?" Natsu asked clearly missing how red her face was getting or that she was trying to pull away only to be stopped by his arm that had sneakily looped around her back.

"Um...w...well I -" Oh god. Wait, when did he sneak his arm around her back? "I don't know about 'like that'-" can she please backpedal? ... no, huh...? "I just... you know..." She glanced at him briefly, then away, "... yeah." She was upset like that. Still was, kinda.

"Hmmm Alright. What if I make a promise too then? Just like you did." Natsu then proposed completely serious about the solution. Natsu had no problem with promising to not allow himself to be pulled away by another. And it worked to soothe him last time so maybe it would work if he did it this time.

She glanced up at him in surprise, "A promise...?" And he was even taking the situation seriously. She wasn't sure what she expected, actually. "Okay, um...what kind of promise?"

"I promise I'm not gonna get taken away by some random girl or lady that comes up to me outta the blue. Like I'd be caught dead anywhere near here without you being with me." Natsu pointed out the infallible logic, scoffing at the very notion while pulling Lucy a little closer without actually intending to.

She's not sure what makes her blush more, the promise, or the statement he added afterwards. Or maybe the fact that he'd pulled her closer, unintentionally. Or maybe it was the way she naturally leaned into him when he pulled her closer. "... deal." Though his promise wasn't helping to discourage her from thinking of the not-date as a date. It was however, enough to reassure her, from that happy smile that replaced the awkward one. ... stop it Lucy, this is not a date.

It was probably all of those things knowing Lucy's trend to overthink things that happened. Natsu had no such concerns though. He was perfectly happy to see that smile make a comeback on Lucy's features.

"Alright! Even if I waws already thinking this way from the start you know."

She really should learn to stop overthinking things. But that was probably never going to happen. "You... You were?" Well she shouldn't be surprised by that, right? After all, they've been separated for a whole year and it is true what they say about absence making the heart grow fonder. And it was already plenty fond before they were apart. She's not sure how she managed to keep from throwing her arms around him the minute she saw him, but now - sometimes she felt like doing that and never letting go.

In any case, she couldn't help but feel incredibly happy... and incredibly flustered. She should be pointing out that he was holding her kind of close, shouldn't she? Although she suspected he wouldn't see a problem in it. And she wasn't entirely sure there was a problem either at that moment. "...say, Natsu, you know..." Erm...

"Mhm~ Of course~" Natsu answered without a shred of hesitation. IT was so simple really for him. If onyl that simplicity would run off on Lucy as well. She would be even happier than she already was usually whenever she would find him there in the morning with her.

"Yeah?" He asked, encouraging Lucy to get whatever waws bothering her yet again, off of her chest.

No wait, don't. "I..." She paused, "I think the fireworks are about winding down." She said after a moment. Not what she wanted say by any means, but... it was difficult when he was this close. "S... should we head back?"

There's nothing to teach really. Just don't get worked up over silly things.

"Head back? I guess we can if you don't want to do anything else here." Natsu answered with a firm nod. IT was pretty simple in his opinion. While he enjoyed dancing and eating he came for Lucy and no other reason. So if she wanted to go back then he would gladly agree. But only if she was sure.
